Chambre vieux et lit non confortable et la piscine etait froide et très sale l’eau etait vraiment a changer car j’ai eu un infection urinaire a cause des bactéries dans l’eau. La localisation très bien et prendre note qu’il faut payer 18$ par jour pour le stationnement.

On est très content de notre séjour en famille dans ce bel hôtel. L’installation est un peu daté, mais la chambre est grande et le service est excellent. Les personnels à la réception sont tous souriants et toujours prêts à aider. On a apprécié le coupon cocktail par adulte pour un apéro chaque soir au bar à lobby. C’est également très bien situé avec beaucoup d’attractions, restaurants, et boutiques accessibles à pieds. Dommage que le jacuzzi sur la photo n’existe pas, mais nos enfants se sont bien amusés dans la piscine chauffée même en temps de pluie(la moitié de la piscine est couverte, rare à Orlando).

A estadia em geral foi ótima. Equipe de funcionários muito simpática e eficiente. Senti falta apenas de opcoes para quem tem restrição alimentar no café da manhã. Havia leite de aveia mas era preciso pedir e não tinha itens de padaria sem glúten.

The room was updated and clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff at the front counter were nice. Unfortunately, there are many reasons why I will not be coming back. When I booked there was no mention of the immense construction and redesign that was taking place during my stay. There was plastic sheeting up everywhere, the workers were blaring their music and it just felt like staying in a construction zone. Also, the shower had no separation from the toilet, so after I took a shower, the water pooled all around the toilet. It felt nasty. Also, the pool was dirty and needed to be skimmed. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel, they just closed the whole pool, very disappointed for my 9yo. Finally, my daughter left an Apple product in the room. When we got home she tracked it to that hotel (days later). But when I called lost and found, they said they did not have her electronic item. All in all, I would avoid this hotel.
