Hot tub jets did not work and hot tub was dirty. Our room keys were constantly not working. Very inconvenient when you\'re hands are full and you\'re at the furthest possible room from the lobby. Had to ask for linens for the fold out bed and dishes for the room. Felicia was great, but there was another worker that was not so friendly when asking for towels. "Breakfast" was worst I have ever seen for a hotel advertising they serve breakfast. There was instant oatmeal and muffins. Location was good but I was expecting a much better stay experience.

When I booked this reservation several months ago, there was no notification on Expedia that they were going through renovations. When we arrived late in the evening, they put us on the first floor at the very end. Two days later at 7:30 am on the Fourth of July construction started on all the rooms around us with shouting, power tools, hammers – what you would expect for renovations. I can tell you it’s desperately needed at this facility, but the fact that they didn’t give us a heads up and move us the next day knowing renovations were going to start was inconsiderate. After I complained, they did move us to the third floor to a renovated room. It’s definitely better, but the mattresses were really hard. The “renovated” furnishings are clearly used, but the sleeper sofa was an improvement. The pool was nice, but the hot tub doesn’t work.The breakfast is coffee, granola bars, and make your own Quaker oatmeal/grits. The staff really are very helpful and friendly, but I must say but I don’t see us staying at an Extended Stay again. Not that one anyway. There are better options for just a few dollars more.

Overall everything about thia property is horrible..staff was not friendly..room was smelly..no mirrors besides one in bathroom..no toiletries or kitchen stuff unless you ask. Would not stay here again. Not worth tbe price. Also elevator was broken when someone was in there..thank god I wasn't taking it. Whole place needs upgrade and renovated.

I was not what I was expecting, The place offer free break fast and is not true. The hotel is dirty all around and very unsafe. The Pool is dirty and the Jacuzzi I was not even working with green water. Stay away from this hotel if u have family and kids.

The pool was closed for the weekend we were there. The carpet was not very clean. My socks were black. Website said breakfast, apparently housekeeping works every other weekend. Breakfast was grab an go muffins, instant oatmeal and instant grits. Had a little kitchen, but had to ask for plates, silverware and pots, pans, plates...that was inconvenient to me. The bed wasn't that comfortable and either was the pull out couch. Good A/C, hot water and close to our event so that was a plus

We stayed here in 2012 and really enjoyed it,so booked again for 2024. Couldn't believe the change. The only outdoor seating is inside the pool area and even then it's only a couple of deckchairs and loungers. The pool needed cleaning, in the two weeks we stayed here,we didn't see anyone cleaning it. The breakfast is grab and go and consisted of cereal bars, muffins, porridge and grits. There was limited choice available if you got there a little late. The coffee was available in a big urn,but didn't get topped up. There was no drink available at any other time apart from a vending machine. Rooms are very dated,which isn't really a problem when you're just sleeping there,but they only clean them once a fortnight. It seems that people also live in the hotel and random people just wander in and get chased out by the reception staff. On the second week of our stay,the lift broke down and was still out of order when we left,four days later. The reception staff had no idea when it was going to be fixed,as no one told them

We stayed there because we wanted to enjoy the pool but they were have remodeling done. This wouldnt have been am issue if we were told this prior to booking. Water was cut off twice during our stay.

I've stayed in alot of sketchy hotels over my life and never left a bad review. This hotel by far takes the cake. There were blood splatters on the ceiling and curtains, cobwebs in every corner. The TV was so loose from the mount that it would fall over. The carpet was so dirty that we couldn't walk around in socks because it would turn them black. The smell in the entire floor was horrendous. We would have gladly went somewhere else but rebooking on such a short notice wasn't an option. I wouldn't let me worst enemy stay at this hotel.

This place smelled like urine. The room itself was grimy and there were pubic hairs in the shower. I booked a king but they downgraded us to a double queen because the third floor is “under construction.” The bed was uncomfortable and the blankets were too thin.

I didn't have high expectations, given the cost, but the hotel managed to not even meet my low expectations. The sink in the room would not drain, we killed multiple bugs during our two-night stay, and it lacked in basic items you would expect for a room with 3 beds and a small kitchen. We had to request cooking supplies and dishes, to which they gave us a small collection of items, not enough for our family of 5, and what they gave us had clearly not been cleaned well. The biggest problem wasn't in the room, however. The main lobby, elevator, and hallways of the hotel were terrible. The smell throughout was borderline nauseating; a mix of food, trash, smoke (and not just cigarette smoke, if you get my drift), and general funk. The stairwell had bags of trash and the elevator landing on our floor had tubs with dirty dishes on the floor.

Worst hotel I have ever stepped foot into. This hotel was nasty at the check in desk and got even worse inside our room. A live cockroach was crawling around and the pull out couch had visible springs and different colors of mold growing on the mattress. All that the offered was a cover to go on top. Absolutely horrendous hotel and I absolutely do not ever recommend anyone ever staying at this here for any reason at all. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Trust me it's not worth your time.

The property looked ran down, had a very bad odor in the hall and in my room. The sofa bed was not prepared, when i pulled the sofa out to set up the bed i seen bed bugs.

This hotel has the be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I walked through the halls and there were pots and garbage all over. In my room dog pee as I entered the room. The tub was black on the floor. The carpet beyond disgusting that I put a towel on the floor to walk from the bed to the bathroom. I had a shower and went to blow dry my hair. There is none. I had to go downstairs to get one. I will sleep with one eye open and lights on to make sure there are no roaches. Extended Stay used to be a decent place but standards are disgusting now. I was just too tired to call Expedia to argue with changing hotels. Even the staff agreed standards dropped when I told them that this is not a typical Extended Stay. Very disappointed to say the least. Never again.

It was close to the convention center so it served its purpose. The floor I was in smelled of weed whenever I walked in the hallway, you can hear the Mexican music playing down the same hallway. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and the fold out bed has questionable red stains on the mattress.

The continental breakfast was literally nutrition bars and coffee. Don’t expect cereal, bagels and eggs. The walls were super thin, and there was a party happening in the hallway. However, bed was comfy and the water was hot, so for the one night, it was fine. I wouldn’t want to to stay more than that.

In general the stay was good, the room was clean, spacious and well shared. Very central to the Universal parks. It would be good if they put some kitchen utensils. It would make travelers' stay easier.

Nice big rooms, liked the setup. Couch bed very uncomfortable but my daughter slept on it without being pulled out. Convenient to Sea world and icon park. Breakfast was disappointing only granola bars, muffins & coffee.

This place is pretty run down. Everything was well worn and beat up. It worked, but I wouldn't stay here again. Seemed like lots of folks who lived there full time. Surprisingly it was quiet at night. Beds weren't very comfortable. Heat didn't work(it was in the 40's at night the week I was there).

After I complained, they did move us to the third floor to a renovated room. It’s definitely better, but the mattresses were really hard. The “renovated” furnishings are clearly used, but the sleeper sofa was an improvement. The pool was nice, but the hot tub doesn’t work.The breakfast is coffee, granola bars, and make your own Quaker oatmeal/grits. The staff really are very helpful and friendly, but I must say but I don’t see us staying at an Extended Stay again. Not that one anyway. There are better options for just a few dollars more.

We stayed here in 2012 and really enjoyed it,so booked again for 2024. Couldn't believe the change. The only outdoor seating is inside the pool area and even then it's only a couple of deckchairs and loungers. The pool needed cleaning, in the two weeks we stayed here,we didn't see anyone cleaning it. The breakfast is grab and go and consisted of cereal bars, muffins, porridge and grits. There was limited choice available if you got there a little late. The coffee was available in a big urn,but didn't get topped up. There was no drink available at any other time apart from a vending machine. Rooms are very dated,which isn't really a problem when you're just sleeping there,but they only clean them once a fortnight. It seems that people also live in the hotel and random people just wander in and get chased out by the reception staff. On the second week of our stay,the lift broke down and was still out of order when we left,four days later. The reception staff had no idea when it was going to be fixed,as no one told them

Room was decent. Bed was hard as a rock. Like sleeping on the floor. The front desk lady was kinda rude or possibly just ready to get off.... AC was cold was a plus for us. The entire place smelt funny and had a few different smells. The parking is kinda tiny. Nice part is the rooms are relatively quiet. Overall you get what you pay for. Good price though.

This hotel is OK if you plan on staying for a week or more, saving money, and doing nearly everything yourself. This hotel is severely understaffed and underserviced. The front desk host is very often away from the desk doing the laundry or other various chores. I called the front desk 6-7 times and they only answered once. When there were no extra linens in the room for the pull out couch, the front desk offered 1 flat sheet and a wool blanket. No fitted sheet or extra pillows were available. The grounds and parking lot have a lot of litter. the included "breakfast" was a basket of granola bars and muffins.

I booked extra days and when getting to the desk the manager stated you have to book a minimum of 7 days. This is unprofessional. After argument he agreed to extend my stay for two days.

I waited over 20 minutes for someone to even be at the desk to check in. When an employee came by for what seemed unrelated purposes (she was pushing a cart), she rudely asked “so do you need something or what?” I know it was late, and I was trying to give grace, but it left a very sour taste in my mouth. Walking to the room, the carpets smelled extremely sour/moldy. The room was clean enough, and was a fit for the family. But the rest really made us not want to return.

The staff was great. The location was unbeatable. We do feel that the security at night was a little bit lacking, I think the traffic that goes in and out of the hotel they should have a guard there at night. Overall was a good experience.

It was nice..but at night the rift raff hangs around outside by the door ..smelt bud Everytime we left or came back ...the girl with the baby at the front desk was very nice and sweet and helpful.

Hot tub jets did not work and hot tub was dirty. Our room keys were constantly not working. Very inconvenient when you\'re hands are full and you\'re at the furthest possible room from the lobby. Had to ask for linens for the fold out bed and dishes for the room. Felicia was great, but there was another worker that was not so friendly when asking for towels. "Breakfast" was worst I have ever seen for a hotel advertising they serve breakfast. There was instant oatmeal and muffins. Location was good but I was expecting a much better stay experience.

There were hairballs all over the hotel room. The breakfast did not exist. The rooms were incredibly loud, and people were running up and down the hall, and stairs all night. Not the best place to rest.

I've never been so upset. Probably the worst service I've ever received. I should ask for my money back. No silverware,dishes, glasses or pots and pans on the room. Continental breakfast was coffee and graia bars. No juice, milk nothing to eat. It was a disgrace. Very disappointed.

When we arrived, they had to switch our room to a handicap room since their elevator was broken. The hotel smelled like marijuana. The ice machine was broken, too. The room itself was less than clean or unkept. The vent in the bathroom had at least an inch of dust and grime on it. There was black mold along the top of the shower. The room could seriously use a coat of paint. It is in an excellent location, though.
