Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Intl Dr N

All good!!!

I was taken aback before I even walked inside the hotel. The hotel is located behind two abandoned buildings. This is not conducive for anyone who would like to take a walk to International Drive. As I entered there was a strong odor. I asked the receptionist and she explained that the floors were treated and the smell will go away (she was very nice by the way). I go to my room, prepare to take a shower, and the shower is not working. I attempt to call the front desk and the phone isn’t working either. I put on my clothes and head back to the front desk and informed them of the problem. A new receptionist immediately moved me to another room (she was very nice as well) with an upgrade. The next morning I go downstairs for the breakfast and it was disgusting. I always stay at the Hampton Inn when I visit Orlando (the Sea World location) so I am aware of what to expect. I asked if I could transfer my stay there and was informed that this location is independently owned and that transferring was not possible. Avoid this location at all costs.

Very clean and spacious room. Staff was very nice and helped accommodate all of our requests. Breakfast was plentiful and different each day. Great easy parking

Had a great service breakfast was great & they were not knocking at your door at 11 even when you had to be out great service love it !

The room is LARGE, lots of space. Beds were comfortable. Shower was adequate. Breakfast was OK. We were only there one night but plan to book this hotel again.
