Prior to landing the Orlando airport, the hotel messaged me the shuttle for our party of 7 will pick us up at parking space S52 at 10.10pm. No mention of any description of the vehicle. There were crowd of customers waiting at different parking space. Eventually, a shuttle with the name of hotel By Wyndham arrived at the S52 and on time at 10.10pm. When asked the driver, he said he could take us to the La Quinta Inn at 7160 North Frontage Rd. When we arrived the hotel , we walked up to the reception desk where a lady staff yelled out that the driver couldn't find us and we had to pay the penalty US$50 for not showing up. We explained the free ride at the designated S52 and exactly 10.10pm. The said hotel driver came into the lobby at that time. We believed no vehicle unrelated to the hotel gives free ride and we did board the shuttle parked at the designated S52 at 10.10pm provided by the hotel. Actually, the claimed hotel shuttle did not spend time more than necessary in airport. Next morning when we checked out the front desk assured all 4 rooms that there were zero balance and printed the final account statements. We came home early this morning and could only out that US$50 was charged to my credit card sometime after we left as the entry was billed after other spendings on the credit card posted on the day of our departure to the cruise port. The attitude of the front desk staff was terrible and the act is not only unreasonable but also deceiving , hotel had no loss

Hotel staff were very nice. Room was okay. Nothing special, freezing cold when we arrived and actually had to turn the heat on to warm up. NO HOT WATER..lukewarm shower turned to cold. Hubby wanted to soak in a hot bath and there was no hot water. Not very impressed for the amount of money I spent when we couldn't even get a hot bath.
