Marriott Orlando Downtown

Great clean room staff at the front desk was nice. They should’ve warned that parking was $38 valet parking. Thank God they had $20 street parking. The shower and sink never cold the entire time. Lobby was nice. The view of Orlando was nice.

No hot water for showering

From the initial email from David, welcoming me to the hotel asking if I had any request or needs before arriving. I simply wanted a higher floor and that was granted...Room 1204 Nice! Upon arriving I was greeted by George, who was awesome and so gracious as to tell me about the neighborhood and give me a map to the Kia Center and surrounding areas- Love it... I encountered Kayla the next day when I went down for drinks and then Jeffery when I needed silverware and a microwave the following day. I had an Awesome time in Orlando, I was there to celebrate my daughter's acceptance to Medical School and to support my son and his team at the Kia Center- which is why I chose the hotel for its close proximity. Everyone that I encountered was on point and the customer service was unmatched! Upon checking out I met and talked to Edmundo and he was delighted that we truly enjoyed the stay and all the team members were awesome.. * I will also like to thank the house man, the dynamic ladies taking care of the rooms and the young guys and young lady outside/ Valet they were awesome and made a great impression as well. I am grateful for the experience. I shall see you all hopefully in November for my birthday! Thank You All Sonia

Perfect hotel to unwind from a four-day trip. Clean comfortable room, serene lobby, everything was perfect for our stay. Especially kind food and bev director Unal - he made our experience that much more exquisite - added the Marriott quality which makes it our preferred luxury hotel. Thank you for asking, it was great.
