This was the absolute biggest disaster hotel I haven’t stayed in. No text or phone call to warn me ahead of my check in that the only elevator wasn’t working and the pool was closed. When I checked in and was told of the non functioning elevator I asked how to we get to the upstairs floors and the desk clerk rudely pointed to the stairs and told me “walk”. I had multiple luggage pieces and told the clerk I had bad knees and and I was 64 years old. No assistance was offered to even hold the door for me. Five days the elevator worked one and the pool was never open. This hotel should be removed from your hotels listing. The indifference of the desk staff regarding their problems was amazing. They acted as if nothing was wrong. Do NOT stay here, even for free!

Rooms very large, with a refrigerator and stove. Toilet and bathroom separated by a door. Bed very comfortable, a large tv. Parking very convenient and well kept. The staff, marvelous, very helpful and friendly. I will return

This hotel is average and appropriate for medium to long stays. There is basic breakfast (muffins, cereal, coffee) and a vending machine, as well as a small guest laundry. The room was clean, but the furniture and fridge are old, and it shows. The couch bed was difficult to open/close and it’s mattress was quite used, but clean. The staff at front desk and housekeeping are very helpful and attentive and take guests seriously (5-star)! The only issue I had was that even though there is no smoking within 100 ft of the property, which is clearly posted, it’s not enforced. So persons were often smoking at the entrance, which made for an unpleasant experience coming in at evenings. - I would stay here again on a budget, as the area is quiet and felt quite safe for me and family. There are also chain eateries and convenience stores nearby (7-11, Wendy’s, ChickFilA…).

Pool was closed for the season. Breakfast food options were muffins or nature valley bars. Linens for the sleeper sofa were not in the room. We had to walk down to the front desk to retrieve them. The water in the sinks and showers smelled like sulfur. The kitchenette had not a single pan, plate, or utensil. The place was clean but that’s about all it had going for it.

Hotel location is great, nearby many attractions and sites. Rooms are quite ok but need some attention and renew. Hallways are all same condition, smelly like cat pee. I stayed on top floor but did go to others and all smell the same, so consider it must be clean and have better maintenance. My bathroom shower was old and scratchy all over the walls, so it also needs to get renew. In general, I believe the property is great and can offer better accomodations, but needs to maintain its fully.

The surrounding area for dog walking was good. However our unit was dirty smelly like food and marijuana and cigarettes. We saw two roaches in the bathroom and apparently brought some home in our luggage! Shame on you!!! I mention to front desk and all she said was oh I’m sorry about that.

This property is old and very dirty! Was not clean and did not off a good customer service. We had to leave as our son gets sick easily in dirty places. The smell of the room suggested mold. Won’t give me my money back.

The room is in good condition expect for the Cockroachs all over the room . I was ewally sick so i didn't complain or take pictures. I just cleard the bed and slept. Tv remote didn't work . The staff is nice

Whoever is in charge needs to update the rooms. The carpet was dirty and dingy with multiple black spots where something sticky was probably stuck. The counter in the entry to the bathroom was stained. The bedside lamp doesn’t work. The drawer in the nightstand was dirty and stained. There wasn’t a full length mirror. The best thing about the room was how clean the bed was and the swivel TV. The hotel itself didn’t smell the best. It smelled good walking in but once in the lobby it smelled unpleasant. I can appreciate that there were air fresheners in the hall way by our room so it didn’t smell disgusting every time we walked out our door.

Was a nice stay, a little out of the way; but a nice staff and decent room. Water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower head was partially clogged and leaking, other than that had a full kitchen for those who stay for more than just vacation which there's a few I ran into during my stay.

I was tranfered to a cleaner room away from pet hair that was in the carpet in room 304 The GM put me in a cleaner room 110 without carpet. This made my stay much better.

Check in was friendly and fast. Room was semi-updated. Wasn’t the best but good for price. There was pet hair visible on the floor in the bathroom, the caulking needs to be redone in the bathroom and it was a little dusty. Room smelled like an old smokers room. I only needed to stay one night so it was no big deal.

No actual food was offered for breakfast besides packaged old stale muffins and coffee. Beds were hard as a rock. Would’ve felt better on the floor. Unable to get fresh towels unless you take them your dirty towels and wait for them to be washed. Zero dishes for the kitchenette. Just overall poorly managed hotel

I stay overnight. The stay was ok. The room needs a little update and carpet cleaning. The couch needs some steam cleaning. If your planning to stay somewhere quick for a overnight, its ok.

Five days the elevator worked one and the pool was never open. This hotel should be removed from your hotels listing. The indifference of the desk staff regarding their problems was amazing. They acted as if nothing was wrong. Do NOT stay here, even for free!

We paid online, then got there at 11:00 P.M. after driving 6 hours and we were tired! NO ONE was there to let us into our already paid for room. I kid you not, the 2 phones on the wall were BROKEN. It was nearly an hour later, when someone finally showed up. And there were no sheets on the foldout couch bed, nor anyone to call to get them! And the fold out mattress was 30 years old with PEE STAINS. Room sleeps 4 and there are no sheets AND ONLY 3 PILLOWS. and there were NO CUPS, NOTHING, NOT A SINGLE UTINSEL IN THE CABINET OR DRAWERS AND NO ONE TO CALL! NEVER COME HERE!

Lost our reservation and blamed it on Hotels.com when Hotels.com still showed the reservation on their end. Others came in with same issues yet still blamed it on the third party Sat in parking lot for over an hour with our special needs child Kitchenette in room but had to get all accessories from downstairs No table to eat at or chairs to sit on Small desk with desk chair No hair dryer No bag for dirty clothes No drawers for clean clothes Dust on things Hair in bathtub Cobwebs on the INSIDE of all the windows! Telephone had no dial tone and couldn’t be used so anything we needed we had to go downstairs to ask for. This was not an enjoyable stay, at all! Yvette was amazing and did make it right by giving us a walk-in room with hotels.com reservation price and upgraded our room to a bigger room … but the issues we had weren’t worth it.

The night check in guy is great. Super sweet and that was about it. Roaches. Had to kill some. Exhausted by that point to even call front desk. (..."and in the morning...) I was so tired and had the bathroom door closed the whole night. Didn't realize my room did NOT have a shower curtain. Called the front desk for one. Manager said housekeeping would bring one. Didn't hear back. I had meeting to run to. Went to the front desk. Language barrier between front desk and housekeeping. Did anyone think to use Google translator? No. I had to whip out the phone so I can ask if she found the shower curtain. *Housekeeping had told me she left it at the front desk. Went to front desk, they said no. All she could have done was give me another room to shower since housekeeping was cleaning anyways. I don't know.

The last extended stay that we stayed in had the dishes for you to utilize inside the room. We didn't have to pay a separate price. And the next morning when it was check out time, being 5 mins over, we were still able to check out. This stay, the front desk guy came banging on the door yelling, "front desk." I opened the door with my bags in my hand literally getting ready to walk out. I was at the door when he banged on it. And it was only 5 mins passed check out time. That was unprofessional to me and out of all the rooms and hotels I've stayed in in my lifetime, that has never happened. We were only there because my husband had to preach during watch night service and that hotel was close to our church for that time of night and reasonable.

Hotel location is great, nearby many attractions and sites. Rooms are quite ok but need some attention and renew. Hallways are all same condition, smelly like cat pee. I stayed on top floor but did go to others and all smell the same, so consider it must be clean and have better maintenance. My bathroom shower was old and scratchy all over the walls, so it also needs to get renew. In general, I believe the property is great and can offer better accomodations, but needs to maintain its fully.

The area around the hotel is a little sketchy and dark. Lots of men hanging out in the parking lot late at night and early in the morning. Was a bit nervous, walking to and from my car with my daughter. The room was a good size and was clean. Bed was hard and a bit uncomfortable. The front desk guy that checked us in was quick but unfriendly. I almost felt like we were bothering him by checking in. There definitely were people there living there. Trash bags in the hall way outside of neighboring rooms. Barking dogs and loud children when we first got there but the noises went away so cant complain too much about that. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Chair ripped and torn Mold throughout bathroom Staff threatened to forfeit my money paid for reservation if I was not there by 11:00 pm I called and indicated travel delays would not put me at hotel until midnight!! MIND YOU HITEL ALREADY PAID IN FULL FOR STAY!! ADVERTIZED FREE BREAKFAST!!! All self service! Regular coffee, package oatmeal Small packaged muffin No lemon O juice No milk No fruit ! Pitiful

No actual food was offered for breakfast besides packaged old stale muffins and coffee. Beds were hard as a rock. Would’ve felt better on the floor. Unable to get fresh towels unless you take them your dirty towels and wait for them to be washed. Zero dishes for the kitchenette. Just overall poorly managed hotel

This is the first Extended Stay I've been to that didn't have any cups (plastic or glass) and paper towels in the room. When we requested a fork, the staff member told us they didn't have any clean ones. The breakfast was sub-par as well- coffee was nowhere near hot, and the breakfast options were oatmeal, muffins and granola bars. Staff could be much more helpful and a lot friendlier.

This hotel is average and appropriate for medium to long stays. There is basic breakfast (muffins, cereal, coffee) and a vending machine, as well as a small guest laundry. The room was clean, but the furniture and fridge are old, and it shows. The couch bed was difficult to open/close and it’s mattress was quite used, but clean. The staff at front desk and housekeeping are very helpful and attentive and take guests seriously (5-star)! The only issue I had was that even though there is no smoking within 100 ft of the property, which is clearly posted, it’s not enforced. So persons were often smoking at the entrance, which made for an unpleasant experience coming in at evenings. - I would stay here again on a budget, as the area is quiet and felt quite safe for me and family. There are also chain eateries and convenience stores nearby (7-11, Wendy’s, ChickFilA…).

Even though we were told breakfast was “grab and go” in a very rude way. It was really disappointing that at almost 8 am we had to ask about it. (Supposedly breakfast was from 7-9) There was coffee, tea and grain/fruit bars. As we were leaving the clerk approached us with some mini muffins.

The system was not working so we had to wait like 30 minutes to check in. The elevator is dirty. It was supposed to be breakfast included but they only had coffee and chips. I won’t come back again.

My boyfriend and I decided to stay for a little retreat. It was wonderful. The pool was clean, the room was spotless and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I was also thrilled to see the magnet stove which to me is not only unique its such a convenient touch! A couple of small issues: two of the lights didn’t work, the vending machine drinks were warm, it was difficult to get the recliner to click back & the bed rolled a bit. The fridge and freezer were extremely cold and clean, which I loved along with the rotating TV. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back. These were minor things, so it’s still a solid 4‑star experience / 9 outta 10! Thank you to Rhonda (working 7/16 around 4 PM) for making our visit even better. <3
