Didn't know about construction or remodeling. Check in was in a room in 5th floor. Pool and hot tubs were closed for remodel. Recommend staying elsewhere until fonished

Parking is insanely expensive, the staff overnight is uneducated, didn't even know which credit cards they accept. Hotel is decent but not close to worth the price

Valet parking around the back of property… kind of confusing since the front door is by a bus lane. Otherwise gorgeous hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Great staff and 6th floor pool area is hoppin. Very posh and eclectic. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the hotel. I was there with my family and we had a wonderful time. The rooms are super comfortable, the staff is super helpful and attentive, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. The only unpleasant thing was a "private party" at the pool where the attendees were behaving quite inappropriately (a couple was practically having sex in the pool, other girls were twerking, etc.) and everything could be seen from the rooms. We were leaving the hotel in a bit of a hurry, so we didn\'t even have time to report the situation.

We were disappointed that the hotel is under construction. The lobby was relocated to the 5th floor and the pool was closed. I thought that is something that is disclosed on website. I did not see anything nor did the other couple we were traveling together. They did give us free valet and a drink voucher.

Great location and very friendly staff. Easy access to the interstate. The only thing I would recommend is not coming on the weekend to “relax” because it is very loud at the pool when they have pool parties. Otherwise it’s a great experience and a job well done..second favorite GB hotel behind Mountain Brook, Alabama.

Beautiful hotel. Every staff member we came in contact with was above and beyond helpful and friendly! The only critique I have is that the coffee maker in my room was not clean on the inside. It looked like maybe hard water buildup but it certainly made me not want to use it. Otherwise, great experience.

We were expecting so much more from this hotel. We had a very old room (which is fine), but the bathroom fixtures were out of the walls in disrepair. The management team never reached out to me as was promised. It is a very noisy pool area and the pool was quite cloudy and frankly looked a bit scary dirty. This is an expensive hotel so please ask many questions before booking.

Lovely hotel. Room was pretty and clean. Awesome location for someone attending an event at the Kia center. The walk to the Kia Center was quick with lots of eateries along the way.

Great property. Clean, comfy beds and nicely appointed bathroom. Lovely renovated bar area with a good variety of options for appies and drinks. Very convenient to downtown venues, especially the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center located across the street.

Don’t stay here if you want a quiet relaxing night or WiFi. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. There was a party so loud that we had to get a different room. Internet was terrible, wouldn’t even connect until I complained, then some guys “fixed it.” It still wasn’t fast enough to watch Netflix. Half of the amenities were rented out and closed to guests. I don’t feel like I got what I paid for, I would have rather stayed at a clean 2 star hotel.

Overall nice place with good amenities. For my specific trip I was traveling for business though so being placed in room 625 is a really bad idea since the window is on the pool area where they play music all day and night. It was a little overwhelming. If you are there to party, that’s your spot.

Always important to me: the beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. I have trouble falling asleep, but I hit the bed and I was out! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and always with a smile. I will stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

While this hotel is quite nice with a very convenient location, the room itself was just ok. Lighting was lacking, no vanity lighting in bathroom and spotlight over mirror in entry gave no options to properly get ready for our event. My daughter had to use the flashlight on her cellphone to apply her makeup. We'll chose another hotel when visiting Orlando for an event again.

Beautiful and lavish artwork and furniture selections. Friendly staff. Room didn’t have a microwave, but it was provided upon request. My girlfriend mentioned it was her birthday. The room service staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a dessert selection without me asking. I gave them a nice tip for this because it really made the morning for us. My girlfriend said she had never felt so pampered or special. It made her cry but in a good way. Beautiful robes, beautiful bathroom, fixtures, very comfortable bedding.

The property itself was very clean and modern. The area is extremely noisy. Traffic noise kept us up most of the night on both nights. The staff was not on the same level of professionalism as other Autograph hotels.

I’d give the staff five stars but they were so understaffed it took an hour to get breakfast. Also, I called the front desk for help in adjusting the TV and they didn’t answer the phone after two attempts and multiple rings. It was 10 PM and I had to put on my clothes and take the elevator to the lobby where they were very nice and helpful but…

The service you are paying for in the rates charged by this hotel is not there. They were understaffed. Huge line to get in to valet parking. Huge check-in line in the lobby with one person at the front. When we called the room service number to order food, no one picked up after 5 minutes.

Lovely hotel. Room was pretty and clean. Awesome location for someone attending an event at the Kia center. The walk to the Kia Center was quick with lots of eateries along the way.

The property itself was very clean and modern. The area is extremely noisy. Traffic noise kept us up most of the night on both nights. The staff was not on the same level of professionalism as other Autograph hotels.

Lovely, comfortable, clean room. Excellent Bosendorfer Lounge and atmosphere. Perfect location for Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center performances. Pleasant staff.

Great bartenders Tessa & Chez! They make excellent drinks, very engaging with everyone at the bar and they stayed very calm when they were slammed after a concert with patrons at 10:30pm on Saturday night, bar and tables were full and they did a great job serving everyone.

Autograph properties are generally "hit or miss." This location is fine for a few nights. The area is very noisy at night because loud (race cars?) travel up and down the street at high speeds. I was on the 9th floor and noise was terrible. Also, there is an extensive menu online but options are limited to time of day and location. That was very frustrating. Do you want a Reuben sandwich? Well, that's only room service and only for lunch.

I’d give the staff five stars but they were so understaffed it took an hour to get breakfast. Also, I called the front desk for help in adjusting the TV and they didn’t answer the phone after two attempts and multiple rings. It was 10 PM and I had to put on my clothes and take the elevator to the lobby where they were very nice and helpful but…

Beautiful property. Hotel has old Florida charm. Upscale amenities. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Our bathroom was absolutely beautiful. Pool are is clean and inviting. Bar at the pool was a great place to be in the evening as well. Bartender was friendly and live music made the evening special. Highly recommend this hotel. Planning on coming back soon.

Is a nice hotel, conveniently located. Check in staff very helpful, parking fee is ridiculous for the amount paid to stay at hotel. Restaurant was a terrible experience. Waiter was inattentive, waited an hour for food that was only “warm” to say the least. Sent back appetizer, was ice cold. Only food that was good was the lobster and crab bisque. Waiter never came back after dropping off food another server took the check. Paid a lot of money for terrible food. I do not recommend eating at hotel, McDonalds would have been a better choice.

Service, amenities and value exceeded expectations. Hotel was clean, well equipped; old world charm meets modern luxury. Felt like the old standard I used to expect while traveling pre-Covid has returned. Highly recommend.
