Club Wyndham Orlando International

We stayed 2 nights before heading to Daytona Beach. The room was beautiful. Two bedrooms were upstairs. A total of 3 bathrooms. The resort was located in a great area. Very clean. Big fluffy bath towels. Paul Michell shampoo and conditioner was nice! Beach towels are provided. I did not cook in the kitchen, but it was fully stocked. Basketball and tennis court also chess pieces in the game area. The pool was great, the hot tub was not working. My son said it looked like sewage in the hot tub, someone may have had an accident? Disappointing after a long day at the park. Security checked us in, he was very nice but forgot to inform us we had to come back and "really" check-in. We were given a temp keycard and found this out when the keycard did not work, the lady working then checked us in. We were really impressed with this property and will be back. I think the problems above were out of the norm. Top golf is 10 minutes away as well as Andretti karts. A amusement park is 2 buildings away. Looked fun!

Negative - On checking in we paid for X2 nights for parking our rental car. I noticed on arrival home my Revolut had been charged for an additional X5 extra parking nights (@$15 per night- $75)when we made it clear we were only renting a car for X2 nights. I am unable to find a specific email address to contact the property & was put on hold for a long period of time after explaining my issue over the phone. I trust the property sees this review and takes action to refund swiftly(we stayed in room 201 from 9th-16th August). The internet reception was very intermittent throughout our stay. Postives- a fantastic base for accessing Universal parks via Uber. Spacious room. Great pool and gym- all well kept. Accomodation was very well equipped. Washing machine and tumble dryer available in studios. Premium outlets and restaurants in walking distance. We would happily return and recommend this location (once action has been taken to refund the $75 we were overcharged).

At first glance was uncertain, but was pleasantly surprised once we got in. Amenities like the pool, hot tub, exercise room, and the activities available Were kept nice and inviting. Only thing that I would say is paying for parking on a facility you paid to stay at is a little crazy. Other than that worth the money would stay again.

We loved our stay. The room was clean upon arrival. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. Guests service was very nice and accurate. Located close to shopping, malls and a fun attractions park. Within a short driving distance from Universal Parks. The room was big and the parking was free. The room was located in a second floor I wish they had an elevator since one person in my group has difficulty with stairs Other than thst everything was great.

This stay was great! The rooms were large, beds very comfy. Everything was nice. The main bathroom was a little dated and could use some upgrades, but everything else was wonderful. The staff was incredible l, even the security who offered me help during a difficult time for me. We utilized the play areas for pickle ball and other things. The pool is smaller but clean and the area was well maintained and plenty of seating. Close to a lot of things with in a few miles.. traffic is overwhelming, be aware!

This hotel was equivalent to staying in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Fully equipped and even had a washer and dryer. Clean, very comfortable, roomy…1200 sq ft. Offered nightly movies outside by the pool. Complimentary snacks in the afternoon and evening. Staff was polite and lovely.

Location was about an 11 minute drive to Epic Universe! A small resort, but peaceful. Parking is $15 per day. Loved our stay as always. Will definitely be back!

I like the option of getting comfortable 2 bedrooms. The price was affordable. The room had everything we needed. Hot tub and pool were great and clean.

The staff at the resort was extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating, and care about the guests. We had an issue with the a/c in our room and upon mentioning it, maintenance arrived within 5 minutes. After learning it wouldn’t be a quick repair, the hotel relocated us to another room. The grounds are well kept and the pool is very nice. The rooms are stocked with all items needed to cook and be comfortable during the stay. Upon our initial arrival, the room was not completely cleaned, but there were supplies in the room and I swept/cleaned floors. The second room was clean as are the grounds. It was a good experience and again, the hotel staff is excellent!

Great location 20mins walk to premium outlets great bar(cheers) right across road so good wr extended our stay Bbqs for use if needed great clean pool area with towels. No need to bring toiletries all provided in large bottles.

This was my first stay with Club Wyndham Orlando International and I enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice and welcoming. The description from the site was accurate. The estate is well kept. Rooms were neat and clean. Check in/out was smooth. Short distance to parks. Would recommend.

The home was stuffy, 3 of us sneeze throughout. In the master bathroom by the sink theres a unpleasant smell not sure if its in the pipes or where. Its unpleasant. The stay was just ok, nextime ill be more careful of where to book inconcern of allergy

This property is very clean, quiet, safe, and convenient to restaurants, Universal Studios, and many other attractions in Orlando. We would stay here again and recommend this property 100%. We stayed in a 2 BR 3 BA unit. We never heard anyone around us and had plenty of space to enjoy. The air-conditioning works great and everything is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very responsive via text, call, and in-person and it is not overcrowded like many properties in the area. We enjoyed a movie at the pool one evening and they offer other daily treats and activities. We give this property at 10/10! I only took one picture as we enjoyed it so much we didn't take any others.

The carpet was very old and smelled bad and the room of the child had a bad smell.

The unit was spacious and clean upon entering except for the air conditioning. It smelled like wet animal hair. On the last day of our stay, we noticed tiny bugs om the dining room table. Not sure what they were.

So spacious! 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry, well-equipped kitchen, living area and screened balcony! Slightly dated, but spotless. The only drawback is carrying your luggage up the stairs if you are on the second floor.

Very clean!

This place is even older than it looks. Everything is a little dingy. There are lots of bugs in the rooms. The staff is good and try their best to help with anything you need.

This property was very quiet and relaxing! The suite was very nice and plenty of room! The only thing was that the floors upstairs squeak when you walk around!

We had another wonderful stay. The staff was kind and helpful and even brought roses for my birthday. Club Wyndham is our go-to hotel anytime we go to Universal.

The service desk was not organized. We paid for an extra day due to the hours of our flight. 3 times we were told that we did not pay. The cards were disconnected while we were still in the property for another day.

My reservation was canceled 15 mins before check in. I expect a refund. Thanks. I did not expecta that situation

We stayed here for my son’s 16 birthday. Property was better than what I expected. Staff was professional, helpful and extremely friendly . So far this is one of our favorite vacation spots .

My wife and kids loved this place. The place was clean, staff were kind and helpful and the beds were great. It was super close to Universal, parking was good and the other amenities were great. My only gripe was my wife and kids arrived a few days before me. I paid for the resort on my credit card, but I put all check-in information in my wife's name. I emailed and talked to someone letting them know she's checking in, and I would arrive later. Even gave her the credit card I used. My wife was traveling with my kids and i wanted to make sure they were safe. During check-in, the person at the desk told my wife, she and my kids couldn't check in because I wasn't there, and eluded to them having to make other accommodations. The entire trip from the rental cars to the flights, tickets, etc was on my credit card. She was listed as Spouse. She had no issues with anything, except for this. Also the logic was the person paying for the room needed to pay the deposit and sign. My wife couldn't use her credit card because she didn't pay for the room. I was arriving 2 days later and the entire ordeal was way more frustrating and difficult than it had to be. To add insult to injury, the guy said he do something in the system, but as soon as I arrived, I'd have to sign. Upon arriving 2 days later I went there, and a young lady told me that it wasn't needed, and she had no idea what I was talking about. This was a resort/front desk isssue, and not the property owner. Hopefully they've gotten that figured out. Also, I would absolutely stay there again.

I did not get to stay here due to it being over booked last minute but they helped and transfer me to worldmark orlando Kingstown reef which was beyond what I expected loved everything about my stay at the location I was transfer to.

Really nice setup, apartment and pool. Based in quiet area, with friendly staff, not far from the local attractions and shopping, would recommend for families and couples. 5 minutes drive from Universal studios.

It was a quiet resort within minutes to Universal Studios, and I would actually stay again .

It was a great place to stay. It was comfortable, well appointed and easy (within 15-20mins) from most of the theme parks. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a vacation in Orlando

Very quiet, cleanliness, shopping and restaurant near, no supper market the nearest Walmart is around 20 minutes. The staff are professional and very helpful Interior needs some updates to make it more modernized Excellent place to stay. I would stay again Most thing we can access within 20-30 minutes

Found this for a work event at the convention center likes that it had three full bathrooms as there were three of us staying there. Liked that we could walk to a nice Thai restaurant and a gym. Although there's a gym on the premises, I like to lift heavier weights ;). We enjoyed the one afternoon we had to ourselves by the pool and would have taken advantage of the game if we had time as well.

We had a really great stay! Our room/apartment was spacious. We were able to save quite a bit of money by having the ability to cook, relax, and have space to spread out. The amenities were more abundant than we expected, too!

Property was clean and we had everything we needed. The property even comes with dishes for preparing meals. Made us feel like home and we had just the space we needed. I will totally recommend this place.
