The sink is broken and needs repair. The light switch by the bed barely works. The lamp on the desk does not work. The property is overpriced for its condition. The outside has been painted and cleaned up giving the impression that the hotel has been renovated but the rooms need a lot of work.

This is a bottom of the line motel. Check-in is done through a window, overall facility is rundown, Room is also rundown, towels were small and thin, needs complete re-model. The beds were clean. I stayed for two nights during Daytona Bike Week, when hotel rates are very high, so I stayed at this fairly cheap motel, when others are two to three times more expensive, so in that sense, it served its purpose, but if your expectation are high, I would not recommend this place.

We are both handicapped and asked for handicapped accessible room. It seemed like we walked a mile to get to the room for one. For two.... It looked like nobody had stayed in that room for a long time. The bathroom and the vanity area were not clean at all. Spider webs with spiders crawling in them, the sink and tub were nasty and it looked like dead bugs under the tub mat. We only stayed one night and slept on top of the covers. I'm fine with no complimentary breakfast but at least let your people come in the lobby and get coffee. Something to think about....

Bed was ok but whole room smelled like cigarettes, was pretty dirty in the room and my feet got black from literally walking to bathroom and back. Very noisy also. A little sketchy but to be fair we had no issues. Were only there one night.

I never really checked in I got they key from the front desk went to see the room it was dirty so I went back to the office was not even at the room 5 mins because the room was to dirty I asked if there was another room I can switch to they told me no the manager asked me if I wanted to check out so I said yes and they still charge me for my stay for two day and I didn’t stay there I left after I seen how Dior he room was I don’t recommend anybody to stay at this facility

I was awakened twice once about 5 am and then again at 6:45am, to the couple next door slamming doors and screaming at each other, with the man yelling and threatening physical violence. Not worth the money, avoid this motel, When I informed the front desk, I was told that happens about every night.

The hotel was an older site but the room was clean! The bed was very hard. The house cleaning service clean the room daily! There was a night where the door was left unlocked after cleaning but nothing was taken! Over all it was a great stay for the price for 5 nights and wasn’t a bad drive to The Daytona, International Airport Speedway for Rockville.

We were deceived! Booked through hotels.com but the link showing on the map was for the Econo Lodge on the other side of the interstate. False advertisement!!! Old, run down, dirty. Bed was as hard as a rock, building was so run-down I'm shocked it passed inspection. We paid $550 for 2 nights (upfront before seeing the room, of course). Had it not been Bike Week and everything else booked up, we would have gone somewhere else.

Excellent location for bike week. Our room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. There was an issue with our toilet, but I let them know and they had it fixed by the time we got back to our room. Very safe area. I would definitely stay here again anytime

Excellent location for bike week. Our room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. There was an issue with our toilet, but I let them know and they had it fixed by the time we got back to our room. Very safe area. I would definitely stay here again anytime

Last minute because another reservation had issues- During Daytona bike week…. It was a placed to sleep after 12 hours on the road. Front office was polite- had a truck and trailer, parking was available. Was approached by a “person” outside the room asking for assistance…..

I love the courtyard in the middle, it’s great for the dogs to run around and play outside.The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help and I am very grateful for their support. The rooms are always so clean and never see any bugs thank goodness! Very quiet and laid back property. Family and pet friendly. However the only thing that I don’t like is the pet fee of having to pay $20/day. It gets to be expensive.

The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked properly—lights, TV, AC and bathroom all in good condition. Beds were comfortable, which is what matters most. As a stop-and-sleep place, I'd give it a solid 10 for quality-to-price ratio. Perfect if you just need a decent night's rest without breaking the bank.

The biggest problem was the A/C did not cool as much as it should have. However, they were replacing them durning our stay just hadn’t gotten to our room yet. Staff was very nice and property and rooms were clear.
