Nice little hotel with a very good price per night. Pool was nice and clean. Property was also clean. TVs could use an upgrade but the room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Staff was also excellent. Checking in and out was easy with no wait time. Would stay here again for a weekend getaway.

I booked a NON smoking room but when we got there it was a smoking room! My confirmation said nonsmoking but the motel's reservations said smoking room. They said it Was Hotels.com's fault..since we were evacuating from a hurricane, we really didn't have much choice but to stay. So NO, I'm not very happy with the stay! Besides everything being yellow and sticky and smelling like smoke...there were ants,broken fixtures,light switches and floor tiles.

The staff when we got there was accomodating because they switched us to room on the ground floor after we found that we were put in a room upstairs and they didn't have an elevator My husband can not do stairs very well. What we were very disappointed about was that the floors were so dirty that we had to always have shoes on to walk around in the room or our feet would be black. And one day when we returned to our room it had not been cleaned at all. Bedding was unmade, no clean towels, etc. Also we discovered a roach crawling across the wall. Thankfully we only found one.

The room had mold, the shower didn't work, there were roaches crawling around, fridge were dirty, door didn't lock all the way, key stop working. The Receptionist wasn't friendly, she also got my information mixed up with a previous guest and gave me all their credit card information and put us in their room. I WILL NOT recommend.. Run and go the other way.

The room smelled of stale cigarettes and the bathroom door had a hole in it, the air conditioner had pieces missing. The bathroom tile was broken. The mirror had multiple cigarette burns on it. The floor was dirty. It was just all around gross.

I bought a fan because I wouldn’t dare turn on the nasty ac system. I had to clean and disinfect the room myself it smelled terrible. I barely let housekeeping come in cause they prop the door open and bugs get in I stayed for 2 weeks and the second week I found a dead mouse inside my brand new fan after housekeeping cleaned. I left and only got the money back for one week instead of my whole stay. The manager was very unprofessional kept making it seem like I was the problem knowing damn well her place is gross. I took the dead mouse to her in the fan asked for reimbursement for my fan and she denied it and told me I was something else. Save your money! Not worth it at all. It’s noisy at all times of the day. There was a homeless man sleeping next to the vending machines. Really adds character to their vibe!

I had a terrible experience at Econo Lodge Panama City on June 3rd. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was extremely rude. I was given a smoking room even though I had reserved a non-smoking room. When I asked for a change, they responded with a bad attitude. The second room smelled strongly of chemicals and the AC didn’t work. When I asked to check out because of these issues, the staff refused and told me to come back on Friday. I was also denied written confirmation that I had left. I ended up not staying at the hotel and had nowhere to sleep that night. What’s worse is that my family had stayed here before and recommended the hotel, but my experience was completely different and disappointing. Despite reaching out through Expedia multiple times, the hotel has refused a refund, even though I didn’t stay. Extremely unprofessional service. The hotel was OK. Check-in was quick and efficient. The desk person was friendly and helpful. My room was on the second floor, the only one on an interior hallway - so my window just looked out on the hallway. The room is large and rather dark. It seemed well-cleaned, although the tub/shower was not the best (mold on the inside of the clear plastic shower control, nasty drain opening), and the corners of the tile floor hadn't had a lot of attention. Some exterior surfaces (specifically, the steps to the second floor) were rather dark and dirty. The included breakfast was quite skimpy (coffee, juice, some muffins and bagels).

Desk clerk was most gracious when we checked in. Very impressed with the property, except the cable TV went out (no picture, audio only) while we were watching a national news special report. Otherwise!!! Great stay! Bed spreads were brand new!

The room had a musty smell the door seal had a wide crack in it which I had to put a towel under it every night. Otherwise the cleaning staff did their job every day the hotel office staff check me in fast not close to a beach

It was a decent stay but I got accused of stealing pillows when I know for a fact there was only four pillows in the room! I didn’t get my deposit back when we made sure the room was spotless the only thing was the pillows! Overall though it was a pretty okay stay. They do need to fix the cracks in the bottom of the door, we could hear everyone’s conversation walking by our room!

The room was reasonably priced and clean. Very loud and disruptive being along the highway and apparently on the path of the Air Force Base. Loud jets continued all day and well into the night. Staff was amazing tho cleaning room and fresh linens daily. The last night of my stay the power went out and I was able to get a full refund on t for the last night.

I wish they would state clearly that there is a $25.00 deposit. The site says there’s a $50 deposit but only during the month of February to April. It does say to be prepared to pay a deposit for incidentals but it’s misleading. It looks like the deposit is the one between February and April when in actuality there is a $25 deposit all the time. I just want other people to be prepared to put $25 in cash down because it’s not stated clearly anywhere

The Receptionist wasn't friendly, she also got my information mixed up with a previous guest and gave me all their credit card information and put us in their room. I WILL NOT recommend.. Run and go the other way.

The room had mold, the shower didn't work, there were roaches crawling around, fridge were dirty, door didn't lock all the way, key stop working. I stayed here the door wouldn’t close. When I asked for another room they told me they didn’t have a room. Then we I asked for another room the next day they gave me the room but later the hotel called the police on me saying I was trans passing, and over charges my card four times, and only stayed one night. I will never be returning to this hotel very unprofessional, and nasty.

The room had a musty smell the door seal had a wide crack in it which I had to put a towel under it every night. Otherwise the cleaning staff did their job every day the hotel office staff check me in fast not close to a beach

The room was reasonably priced and clean. Very loud and disruptive being along the highway and apparently on the path of the Air Force Base. Loud jets continued all day and well into the night. Staff was amazing tho cleaning room and fresh linens daily. The last night of my stay the power went out and I was able to get a full refund on t for the last night.

The hotel was OK. Check-in was quick and efficient. The desk person was friendly and helpful. My room was on the second floor, the only one on an interior hallway - so my window just looked out on the hallway. The room is large and rather dark. It seemed well-cleaned, although the tub/shower was not the best (mold on the inside of the clear plastic shower control, nasty drain opening), and the corners of the tile floor hadn't had a lot of attention. Some exterior surfaces (specifically, the steps to the second floor) were rather dark and dirty. The included breakfast was quite skimpy (coffee, juice, some muffins and bagels).

I absolutely love this hotel! Even though the pool water was too hot for me to swim in, there were so many things around the hotel that the pool was not even an issue. I had zero issues at this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity! The breakfast wasn't very good either, but that's okay. They had coffee and that's all that mattered.

First off went to check in after my check in time an my room wasn't clean or ready yet, after getting in there were multiple greasy kissing marks on the window, don't expect to watch TV either to had a horrible blue tint an the room just needed a new one, the room smelled awful, refrigerator was busted only had 3 feet so it rocked Everytime we opened it and was rusted believe it or not, room had multiple roaches in it as well. Mind you it was just me an a buddy out for a fishing trip so room didn't bother us much except when we went to sleep, wasn't happening, another group was there stupid loud well past 2am in the morning and running up an down the stairs and hallways, talked to front end said they had no idea they were like that, guess they were deaf. Trash littered the property, old nasty stained rugs just put in the parking lot, the dumpster was slammed full an was rank right next to our room. I honestly would never stay there again the entire property needs to be deep cleaned or just knocked down an redone.
