Hallway never vacuumed four days . Hard wood floor very dirty

My room was very nasty. Dirty tub, floors, walls, counters, & frig. Very noisy in the middle of the night. Outside sitting area dirty and messy. Pool dirty. I would appreciate a refund.

While the room's industrial flooring looked new, everything else about the room needed a complete remodel. The non-slip tub stickers were worn-out, making stepping into the tub unsafe. The tub caulking looked moldy. The bedspread was pilled. The air conditioning system put out a musty smell. There was a floor lamp that had no controlling wall switch. The grounds between the main building, and the pool, were poorly maintained. No one appeared to attend the breakfast bar.

This hotel was very unsafe. The stairwell outer doors were left unlocked. Leaving opportunity for anyone to enter hotel. Heavily smelled of weed. The Reims were very dirty. Breakfast area was awful, dirty and unfunctional. Questionable people just sitting around hotel. I was with my husband and still felt unsafe. The grounds had not been mowed and kept up in a long time. Building materials laying around in the grass.

The property is run down, pool was filthy, outside chairs old. The room was disgusting. Got a handicap room i didn't ask for and my husband almost feel in their shower. Very slippery for being handicap. Furniture old, toilet dirty.on and on. Expedia, you should be ashamed of yourself for not looking st properties before you put them on your site.

Property is in dire need of repairs. Room smelled musty.

The room had bugs. There was construction so it was noisy. Breakfast available was very limited. Easy access to 95.

This property was a older facility and was not maintained the pool area was bad

The hotel location is excellent. Close to plenty of golf, beaches and the New York Mets spring training facility and stadium. There are plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby as well. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. However this is by far the filthiest, most dilapidated hotel I have ever stayed in. Room door wasn't installed properly and there is a gap almost an inch wide between the door and frame making privacy an issue as well as safety. There were roaches in the room. I could feel grit on the floor when I walked around. The top of the refrigerator in the kitchen area has definitely never been cleaned since installation which is comically bad since it is directly at eye level. Any towels left on the bathroom floor immediately had brown stains from making contact. The hallways had debris and garbage all over the floor. The pool has visible algae growing on the surface walls and floor.

Unfortunately, this was the scummiest hotel I've stayed at in decades. Room literally damp, my clothes were wet from the AC, bugs all in the kitchen from baby roaches, ants & maybe a bed bug I discovered that morning. Not enough towels, no dishes or pots, stove dirty. This is right at the famous PGA NATIONAL. The guests were loud, people smoking pot in the parking lot. For $144 it should have been $50 . The breakfast was chem food fruit loops & Danish just amazingly discusting. Unless your a roughing it dude who could care less just needing a lumpy damp bed then this place is for you.

Bathroom was dirty . Bathtub had dirt in it. And roaches. The beds had crumbs in it and stains on the sheets.

I left the same day because it was nasty and dirty! I would like to request a refund

Our room was disgusting the floors hadn’t been swept or cleaned in several stays prior to us.The Shower was molded and hadn’t been cleaned or sanitized in months!! We killed 3 live cochroaches, we could hear the call girls next door to us all night long and the traffic of different mentoring and closing her door. The common areas were unsanitary and dirty carpets and stairs haven been vacuumed in days. The office personal did nothing nor did hotels.con

I'll start with the good. The front desk person when I arrived is literally the only good thing about my stay. My room wasn't ready at 3 but shortly after. I dropped my stuff in the room and had to run out. I got back at 10, very tired and went right to sleep. I awoke at 2am to find my room was full of roaches! I went to the front desk and no one was there and I couldn't find anyone for the 10 minutes I looked. I went back to the room and checked all my stuff for roaches and brought it out to my truck. I went back to the room and turned all the lights on in the house it would keep the roaches in hiding. It didn't work. I decided to take a shower. This was the first time I looked at it and was a dirty, disgusting mess. Luckily I had Clorox sheets on my truck and with the Clorox I had and their towels I was able to clean the shower so I could take one. I turned on the TV and say in the chair and was able to sleep about another hour. At this point it was close to 8 and I needed to get out of that disgusting, roach infested, dirty room. I went to the front desk and told them everything that I went through during the night and the only thing I got was a "sorry!" Really? No compensation for the fact I had to clean the bathroom and deal with the roaches! I didn't want to stay anywhere near that trashy place and argue since it was clear they did not care and are probably use to it. This place should be shut down. I contacted the health department but I doubt they'll do anything

Start I’d like to say that it was very uncomfortable bed skirts were dirty. You couldn’t sit on the couch. They were all stained floors were dirty. There was a lot of bugs. There was cockroaches in palmetto bugs, and lots of eggs. You couldn’t leave a thing out without bug tracking all over it. It was an unpleasant day due to the no refund. I had no choice. This was a business trip.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms need to be updated, not very clean. Dirty silverware in drawer, bathroom needs updating, crack in the floor of the shower, very squishy floor. TV kinda small, only one chair in room to sit on.

We arrived at the property at 3:05pm EST. I was told the room was not ready. At 3:26 I followed up with the front desk. At 3:57pm we were given room 210 and when we stepped out of the elevator the room was directly across. Once we walked in we were shocked! The floor was wet, there was a kitchenette and that is something I would never want because of roaches. The bathtub was dirty and needs to be regrouted around the toilet and tub. The floor was so dirty we were afraid to put our feet on the floor and used flip flops in the shower. There was a large gap when you closed the front door that faced the elevator. We slept with the lights on to avoid bugs and as two women felt unsafe and uncomfortable especially with a gap in the door. Room service did not clean the night table that had dried coffee on it and I cleaned it myself including dusting the other tables. The lamp also had a rip.The view was awful with over 20 pieces of broken equipment piled up that can bring bugs and rodents into the inn. The website was also misleading because the reviews I read said mainstay but the front of the hotel said the venue was the Sleep Inn. I am a victim and feel totally mislead with the name and the absolute filth, unsanitary conditions, and fear with a large gap in the door in front of an elevator. We were also afraid to sleep in the bed and went out to purchase pillow cases and two blankets that we placed over the hotel bedding. This was the worst nightmare we’ve ever experienced.

With a full-size fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, some basics in the kitchen, this room is perfect. Clean, no carpet. Good choice.

My first two days the Ac barely worked, the night of the second day it died altogether and I was told they didn’t have another room. The Ac was replaced mid day of my last day there. The mattresses are horrible and should be replaced, the entire building including the rooms is dirty/dingy. Some of the staff were okay but certainly no exceptional service. I definitely will not stay again and would recommend it be avoided

The gentleman in the front desk that did our check in was polite and pleasant. The room was spacious but it did not look clean. There were multiple stains on the sheets, curtains and furniture. The pull out couch was old and my poor daughter said she could feel every single spring! Breakfast was until 10am and although we came down late (9:40) everything was gone. When we asked if we could have at least milk to make coffee, the lady said there was no more. Sugar was also finished, unless you wanted splenda. I am glad this was a one night stay (just so we didn’t drive 1hr back home after a graduation party.) We will NOT stay there ever again.

I was hoping to have a room that had a couch and a separate sleeping area. The living room had a bed and yes we had a separate bedroom however there was absolutely no air conditioning or a working fan in the bedroom.

I booked a stay for my kids dad using my one key points. He was attending the funeral of his mother the next day. He arrived late in the evening to check in, the door was open however no one was there. He waited for over an hour, tried to call while sitting in the lobby, and no one ever came. He ended up sleeping in his car to attend his mother’s funeral the next day. Pathetic service and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone due to this.

The staff was helpful, but we had several issues with the room starting with the door lock and ac unit that wasn't working. Maintenance replaced the unit while we were out of the room. When we returned the door was left UNLOCKED, which was very scary for two female travelers. In the morning, we found that one of the beds had what looked like pizza sauce wiped on them - so they were never washed prior to our check in. I should have paid more and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express.

The desk clerk was pleasant and helpful

First they have me a key to someone else's room, the. They give me my key to a room infested with ants. I go back asking for a change first they tell me no they're all booked but then someone switches something for me and I got a nice room. However the desk person felt the need to pull my phone number from the data base and proceed to hit on me. Making my stay very uncomfortable to say the least. I didn't even wanna leave my room.

From the moment we entered the room we were overcome with a mildew smell. However we decided to stay. Upon checkout Kenzie “ the alleged manager”. Decided the she was going to refuse to give me $100 cash deposit rudely. I asked for a receipt of her forfeiture of my cash deposit. She was very rude, and condescending while blatantly stealing my cash deposit.

Very dirty and smelled. Location was terrible. Lots of highway noise. Outdated.

The hotel was disgusting, left and did not stay. If was filthy and is apparently a home for displaced individuals. It was extremely loud. Didn’t bother requesting a refund, I didn’t feel safe and left.

It was a good escape place from Hurricane Elena. Proximity to shopping and gas was excellent regarding ease and travel time, plenty of room and ample sleep choices. It,qas easy for my friend to take his dog out to relieve himself. The water was very good, only thing for ME and my daughters was breakfast was all carbs, no protein choices. Over all I would say I'd definetly recommend it to friends.

Sheets changed once in 7 days. Noisy dirty hallways with litter on hallway floors. Breakfast terrible (what there was of it) breakfast lady very unfriendly. Won’t be ever staying here again.

toom 148. nothing to cook with suoplied. glad i was only staying 1 noght. the water runs out of the shower all over the floor. room smelled like mold. don't wear white socks, (wear flipflops ir something as the floor is filthy, socks will be black. Alot of noisy people in rooms with screaming kids, loud yelling like people fighting. no coffee in breakfast area machine broke. seems to attract low budget low class people.

The breakfast was non existent even though it’s free! It was waffle mix toast wrapped apples Variety juices syrup. The waffle maker needs to be replaced AsAp! I get its. Free but efficient effort is needed. Room was decent and the little bugs in the bathroom was not too bad. But it’s a Choice Hotel Right. Lol

Room was ok.Staff was good. The breakfast was not much to talk about. Nothing was restocked so all we had was waffles. No fruit or muffins.

Front desk were very friendly. Would only let us have 2 towels. Bugs were in the room. The room smelled of bleach. I had to wipe down all the counters because of the bleach. Breakfast was not good. 3 pieces of bread to choose from. Juice machine not working. Coffee not working. Some your to choose from. Not much to choose from on the food and not much of it. Wifi not working the last day we were there. They told us there is always problems with the Wifi.

I booked for a cheaper night hotel room was infected with roaches as I asked several attendants if my room could be cleaned and I asked several employees and they told me no. Otherwise we kept stepping on and killing bugs the entire stay. The hotel doesn’t provide a full stocked breakfast

I killed 2 insects in my room. Breakfast was good if you like Captain Crunch cereal and waffles
