Two minor inconveniences— only one of the three lamps in the room were working. I was too tired to say anything about it, and it was only a problem in the morning before sunrise when I was packing. The other issue is the shower curtain didn’t completely cover the tub. If I pulled it closed by the shower head, the back of the tub was exposed, and vice versa. I notified the staff on checkout and they said they’d make a note of it. Also of note, the elevator does not work. A bit of a pain, but it wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

The lobby was dingy. Check-in was slow only one person doing check in even though they were sold out. The elevator was out of order. Had to carry luggage up three flights. No breakfast. Limited TV channels. O premium cable channels. Went to the desk for additional towels but no one at the desk and. Nobody answered the phone. I will never return to this property again.

The elevator broke down and was out of service for over 24 hours. The ice machine was broken and not working. The window was not cleaned recently. The bed platform squeaked actually more like a percussion drum than a squeak. The staff was courteous, the linens were cleaned.

If you want to stay overnight this would be fine, especially if you are looking for a place to sleep. The bathrooms were clean but the rooms were dingy. The breakfast area had a fold up cot that was made up in the corner and a bike in there as well. The ice machine and elevator did not work. Needs updates!

This inn is in prime location to nearby shops, dining and to my work. It is safe and the staff are super friendly. Only thing is that they don’t offer breakfast and the washer is broken. There are nearby laundromat and dining at walking distance. So it still worked out. Coffee was delicious.

Paid for a room with 2 queen beds. Room was disgusting with blood on the bathroom floor and stuff running down the outside of tub. There was no smoke detector in room and the tv wasn't even hooked up. When we contacted office they moved us to a smaller room with double beds. Floors were still dirty. It's also advertised as a breakfast included but that is not the case. I would not stay here again because it isn't worth the money for what you get.

We had to wait from about 4:30 to 5:30 for our rooms to be ready even though the check in time is 3pm. And I found an adult bed bug on my bed and asked to switch rooms. They say pest control comes once a week.

The bathroom was dirty. Stains all over the walls. The room smelled like weed and the smoke detector was taped with electrical tape so you know someone was trying smoke weed in the room. The hallways smelled like dog pee. The walls are paper thin and you will hear everything. I had a noisy neighbor that kept me up until 2am. The service was poor. The people that worked there looked like they didn't even want to be there. Didn't feel welcomed at all. Honestly I would say this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a long time.

Upon arrival, I was given a room on the third floor, but the elevator was broken and had luggage for three weeks. I was later told when I left early due to the conditions that a 1st floor room was available and I should have been placed there. The room smelled horrible of stale cigarettes and mold. Paint/plaster chips were on the floor and even though housekeeping came in my room, as the towels were taken, the floor was not cleaned. The towels that were present on check in had stains and multiple types of hair present on them. The flooring was unlevel and had a huge hole in it under the carpet that was a fall hazard. I ended up leaving as the bed was so poor in comfort my hips were in severe pain from sleeping on it. The free breakfast area had appliances stored in the room next to the tables, so I did not choose to try it. I left a day before my reservation as I did not want to stay longer.

My limited interaction with staff was positive, they were very polite. However, our room smelled like marijuana and our bathroom was dirty upon check-in. I lost hot water mid-shower and the room felt damp. There were flies and gnats in our room. It also felt very damp, like a basement. My mother had a "handicap accessible room" but it was very narrow with a high bed. The bathroom had a regular tub and a shower chair placed outside the tub. One night after returning with my family there was a raucous parking lot party that extended into the entryway, and breakfast area. My mom's room was right next to the breakfast area and heard the party extend to all hours. People were blatantly consuming alcohol, marijuana and cigarettes. There were bare-foot children running around and getting ice from the machines with their bare hands, dripping and dropping ice. We did not leave because there were no other motels with rooms available. I did not speak to staff about the party because I was honestly afraid of reparations in the form of vehicular damage (they saw which car we came from). The night of the "party" in question there was no staff person available at the desk to even speak to. My family will not be returning and I will not recommend this motel to anyone.

I booked a handicap room on the first floor and they put me in a regular room on the second floor and the elevator went out when I was leaving to check out. Luckily 2 guests helped get me and my luggage down the stairs.they said the last time it went out it was out for over 3 weeks. Will never stay there again. WiFi kept going out and made the TV useless

Our ac unit in the room sounded like it had a family of mice in it all night long. So nobody got a good night's sleep. The room needed updated. There were holes in the floor. Online, it said they had breakfast, but in reality, there was no breakfast. The tv barely showed any picture on it. It was very static.

The hotel was OK. The bed stands are made of sheet metal and boom like a kettle drum when you lie down or roll over. God forbid you were a couple stayimg here the neighbors might think you were performing the 1812 Overture. There was no continental breakfast, or even coffee and cereal.

No towels in the bathroom right off the breakfast area. When it was reported to the front desk clerk, her response was “Oh yeah, I know that". Given room on 2nd floor with non-working elevator. Given a queen, even though a king was reserved. Had to provide proof that we reserved a king room. Was extremely reluctant to provide correct room type because all kings were on the 3rd floor. 3rd floor room has a 3" square missing from the window screen. Requested extra towels on our reservation, when we got to 1st room, there were no extra towels, no biggie, but when I asked for extra towels, I was told that there weren't any. When we got to 2nd room, there was 1 towel for 2 people. Admitted the info on the website is not accurate. Side door doesn't close properly. We were able to walk in with no need for our room key. Floor in room was squishy, and had broken floor boards. It was impossible to sit straight in the office chair in the room, as it leaned quite a way to the left. There was no drain plug in the bathroom sink. HUGE issue for contact lens wearers. Several sites mentioned the availability of breakfast, however, there is no breakfast, and instead of correcting the incorrect listings, property management feels the need to shift the blame to the guest for not checking the reviews. Quite frankly, it is the responsibility of the MANAGEMENT to verify their listings are correct and the guest should never EVER be blamed for not reading reviews! SHAME ON YOU!!!

I arrived after check in time and my room wasn’t ready. The bed wasn't finished being made and they said it would be shortly. The individual who checked me in was flustered and stated “I want to go home.” After I returned from dinner almost 3.5 hours later my bed still wasn't made and I had to go to then desk twice before someone fixed it and brought pillows.

I had reservation confirmation from hotels.com. The receptionist informed that there is no room reserved for me. Very bad experiance. I am not sure if i will get a refund for this stay.

Newer hotel. Room had all the basic amenities. Plenty of electrical outlets. Wonderful shower. The room heating/air conditioner had the controls to change the temperature settings disabled. Lots of shopping/restaurants in the area. Very handy to be next to a grocery store.

This inn is in prime location to nearby shops, dining and to my work. It is safe and the staff are super friendly. Only thing is that they don’t offer breakfast and the washer is broken. There are nearby laundromat and dining at walking distance. So it still worked out. Coffee was delicious.

Clean rooms. Seems there were always staff working on cleaning and updating. Outside was well maintained. In a favorable area with easy access to food, fuel and shopping. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

It was clean, with good water pressure in the shower. If that is all you need this place will suffice. The lack of breakfast (the breakfast area is being used for storage) is a little disappointing, the politics on tv in the lobby was very uncomfortable, and the casual dress of the employees felt unprofessional. However, I would still return for a brief stay as the price is affordable.

The lobby was dingy. Check-in was slow only one person doing check in even though they were sold out. The elevator was out of order. Had to carry luggage up three flights. No breakfast. Limited TV channels. O premium cable channels. Went to the desk for additional towels but no one at the desk and. Nobody answered the phone. I will never return to this property again.

Would not have stayed if I had known they did not serve continental breakfast. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and decorated as expected, plenty of pillows. For the price I made a mistake and assumed breakfast was included. Other local similar hotels do include this option, next time I will stay there instead which is a shame, everything else was good at this location.

If you want to stay overnight this would be fine, especially if you are looking for a place to sleep. The bathrooms were clean but the rooms were dingy. The breakfast area had a fold up cot that was made up in the corner and a bike in there as well. The ice machine and elevator did not work. Needs updates!

There were no trash can in room water drainage was super slow going out the shower!! To there defense they were remolding the place so no Continental breakfast because of it.

There was no shampoo or bath gel in the bathroom. The toilet tissue was less than a quarter of a roll, and there was no spare. No facial tissues. I have stayed here in the past and these items were always there. I have stayed at this hotel on several other occassions and I have always found it to be very clean and the staff to be very amendable. I do recommend this hotel for its convenience to activities in the area, reasonable pricing, parking and service. There is a nice restaurant right behind this facility and other eating establishments close by. It is currently being updated, so the free breakfast is currently not available. I will be back in this area again in November and this is where I plan to stay.

I would never come back to this hole in the wall unprofessional nasty hotel. When I got there almost midnight just did 16 hours from work I fell straight to sleep. In the morning I woke up saw that the sheets was nasty, the pillows had hair on them light bulbs missing refrigerator didn’t work and last but not least 3 flies came out the air conditioner when I turned it on. I immediately called front desk manager picked up the phone . I told him what was going on and he immediately got mad because his hotel is filthy, the nerve!!!!!!!! I GUESS he thought I wanted to let the room stay like that for the Duration of my stay….so they changed the sheets check frig and changed the light bulbs. So the day I was going to check out they knocked on my door super hard @10am. 10am!!!!!! 10am to remind me of my check out… how can I forget!!! That was Purposely done….. Here Comes 11am another knock open the door both manager and housekeeper at the door… I said give me a minute…. At this point this is Harrassment and I never been to a hotel that actually gives you a reminder before 11am….11:14 another knock now I’m pissed…this is 3 instances at this point and I told them about themselves and the hotel… Manager didn’t agree what I said but who cares… too rude for my liking and the hotel is nasty… the housekeeper was cleaning another room which is another sad part it but they called the cops while waiting for my uber just to charge me 25 bucks for staying over 20 minutes… smh never go HERE
