Il resort è pieno di verde, organizzato bene sia per ristoranti vicino alla spiaggia che alle piscine. Ottimo tutto ad eccezione di due cose: non ci sono né orari, né modo di fare arrivare fuori dalla camera le navette per portarti ovunque.

New and not yet completed resort, amazing design, great family room, 2 rooms in 1 with 2 bathroom, up to 5 beds, delicious food, crew is fast and passionate, clean and good sea point. Gorgeous the free round trip transfer from the airport! We can suggest: - book the moonlight restaurant on arrival - create an app to book restaurants and activities

some of the employees there their attitude have a taste of tirple and anxiety The options of the food is perfect and unique The entertainment team is so helpfull especially fares The pools are clear like glasses Rooms were really special and unforgetable the complex is a little bit massive and huge so I recommend to increase the no of golf cars as there is only 3 of the their!! The shows at night were a little bit boring

La struttura è magnifica, di recente costruzione, ben tenuta! 8 piscine, quella principale (Lagoon) splendida, 3 ristoranti principali, in aggiunta al bar-ristorante sulla spiaggia. Giardini e vegetazione curatissimi, suite spaziosa e comodissima (bagno con wc, bidet e piccolo lavandino, un secondo lavandino antistante al soggiorno, e una doccia immensa separata dal bagno). Staff cordiale e animazione mai invadente...Ci tornerei subito.

Resort nuovo,bellissimo e super rilassante Mangiare buono ad ogni ora…spiaggia privata con mare e barriera molto belli. Un piccolo villaggio elegante…con tante piscine fantastiche. Escursioni vicine in posti stupendi…tanti servizi..campi da padel,tennis e palestra. Se devo dire qualche difetto, è da migliorare l’attenzione al cliente sotto ogni aspetto,è sufficiente ma in un posto cosi deve essere piu alta…sono un pó rilassati anche loro, camerieri e baristi in primis. Aggiungerei una zattera a remi o un gommone per il bagnino nel caso c’è ne fosse bisogno per aumentare la sicurezza. Torneró senza dubbi! Stupendo!

There aren’t enough words for how amazing this resort is. The food is amazing and the service is great. Reef is beautiful. Housekeeping is excellent. I cannot remember his name but the worker who always serves ice cream at dinner was our favorite. He spoke very little English but was so kind. He connected really well with my husband and made the experience that much better. I would absolutely come back here again! Amazing Resort!

Die Unterkunft hat zurecht eine fünf Sterne Einstufung. Die Anlage ist neu und sehr, sehr sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Service top.

Soggiorno con mio marito 14 giorni in questo nuovissimo resort, esteticamente davvero bellissimo nulla da dire, spazi enormi, ristoranti e piscine, lo staff davvero super accogliente, pulizia tutti i giorni ovunque, proprio perché nuovo suggerirei qualche piccolo consiglio come maggiori router wi-fi siccome non prende bene ovunque e più navette che passano e ti portano per il villaggio essendo che fa molto caldo e spesso aspetti diversi minuti per prenderle. Per essere in Egitto anche i ristoranti interni non sono male, acqua e cibo non mancano mai a qualsiasi ora del giorno, sicuramente ci ritorneremo perché ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

La struttura è nuova, molto bella, ampia ma ben organizzata, e tutto è abbastanza comodo da raggiungere anche a piedi. La nostra camera Premium era spaziosa e il servizio di pulizia impeccabile, come in tutto il Resort. Il personale dell’hotel è sempre stato disponibile e cortese. Il Resort è un luogo tranquillo, dove è davvero piacevole soggiornare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il cibo, in particolare nel ristorante italiano. L’unico aspetto migliorabile è il servizio bevande, che a volte può risultare un po’ lento. La barriera corallina di fronte al Resort è abbastanza colorata e offre una buona varietà di pesci, migliore rispetto a quella di altri resort vicini. L’unica nota dolente è l’animazione, piuttosto soft, soprattutto quella italiana. Tuttavia, gli spettacoli serali in stile Broadway e latino sono stati belli. La posizione è comoda per escursioni al Parco Nazionale Wadi el Gemal, alla spiaggia di Ras Hankorab (Sharm El Luli) e per le uscite dal porto di Marsa Alam, come la Dolphin House. Siamo stati davvero bene ed è un posto dove torneremo volentieri. Consigliato!

Ein wunderbares, sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit sehr großzügiger, sehr gepflegter Garten- und Poollandschaft. Das Hotel besitzt einen schönen, weitläufigen Strandabschnitt und sehr viel Poolfläche, so dass die Gäste nicht schon um 6:30 Uhr die Liegen reservieren und man auch noch um 11 Uhr einen schönen Platz findet. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist über einen Steg mit zwei Einstiegen möglich. Das Hausriff ist ok, in der Umgebung ca. 15-30 Min. mit dem Auto finden sich aber sehr schöne Tauchplätze. Die Essensqualität ist für all-inklusive sehr gut. Die Essensauswahl ist sehr vielfältig. Die Gästemischung war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr angenehm. Eine bunte Mischung aus jüngeren Paaren, Familien und Rentnern. Die Gäste kamen aus Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien und Tschechien. Saufpublikum war erfreulicherweise nicht anzutreffen. Animation wurde angeboten, aber von den Gästen bis auf einen Tag, an dem es eine nachmittagliche Schaumparty in Poolnähe gab, sehr zurückhaltend angenommen. Auch die Lautstärke der Musik war stets sehr angenehm, nie störend. Das Abendprogramm, das in deutlicher Entfernung von den Zimmer stattfand, können wir nicht beurteilen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sehr bemüht. Wir können das Hotel für alle, die einen eher ruhigen Strand- und Poolurlaub in einem schönen Hotel suchen, uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. È la seconda volta che torno qui; la prima volta a ottobre 2024 quando ancora c’era il soft opening e la seconda ora a fine maggio. Che dire , il resort è FANTASTICO. È completamente nuovo, le stanze (sopratutto le Fabulos) sono enormi, pulite e comodissime. I ristoranti ed il cibo veramente veramente eccezionali. Barriera corallina buona, purtroppo si vede che il tempo la sta deteriorando ma tra tante viste non è poi così male! Può capitare di nuotare con la tartaruga marina anche nei pressi della barriera del resort. Poi c’è molto da nuotare e vedere. Si può costeggiare tutta la costa di barriera corallina fino ai due resort che ci sono accanto : sunshine e fantazia. Che dire, consiglio 100% Un grande saluto allo staff gentilissimo e sopratutto ad Amr che lavora al bar di piazza bar, un ragazzo d’oro. Andate andate andate !
È la seconda volta che torno qui; la prima volta a ottobre 2024 quando ancora c’era il soft opening e la seconda ora a fine maggio. Che dire , il resort è FANTASTICO. È completamente nuovo, le stanze (sopratutto le Fabulos) sono enormi, pulite e comodissime. I ristoranti ed il cibo veramente veramente eccezionali. Barriera corallina buona, purtroppo si vede che il tempo la sta deteriorando ma tra tante viste non è poi così male! Può capitare di nuotare con la tartaruga marina anche nei pressi della barriera del resort. Poi c’è molto da nuotare e vedere. Si può costeggiare tutta la costa di barriera corallina fino ai due resort che ci sono accanto : sunshine e fantazia. Che dire, consiglio 100% Un grande saluto allo staff gentilissimo e sopratutto ad Amr che lavora al bar di piazza bar, un ragazzo d’oro. Andate andate andate !

Soggiorno con mio marito 14 giorni in questo nuovissimo resort, esteticamente davvero bellissimo nulla da dire, spazi enormi, ristoranti e piscine, lo staff davvero super accogliente, pulizia tutti i giorni ovunque, proprio perché nuovo suggerirei qualche piccolo consiglio come maggiori router wi-fi siccome non prende bene ovunque e più navette che passano e ti portano per il villaggio essendo che fa molto caldo e spesso aspetti diversi minuti per prenderle. Per essere in Egitto anche i ristoranti interni non sono male, acqua e cibo non mancano mai a qualsiasi ora del giorno, sicuramente ci ritorneremo perché ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

Grundsätzlich eine schön angelegte und saubere Anlage. Wir bewohnten ein Deluxe Swimup Zimmer , dieses war hochwertig möbliert - sehr großzügiges Raumangebot. Gut befüllte Minibar / Kaffemaschine. Der Blick aus dem Bett am Morgen auf den privaten Pool und das Meer - unbezahlbar! Herr Mohammed welcher sich für die Raumpflege und den Gästeservice verantwortlich zeichnete, hielt unser Zimmer tadellos sauber und kümmerte sich schnell und zuverlässig um unsere Wünsche - Vielen Dank für das Service! Im Bereich Gastronomie gibt es noch Potential zur Verbesserung - sehr wenig typische ägyptische Gerichte, auch kein ägyptisches Brot -sehr schade. Die Cocktails haben luft nach oben. Leider überschattet der eher schlechte Zustand des Hausriffs den insgesamt sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Struttura. Albergo enorme con centinaia di camere, parecchie piscine, bar e ristoranti. Purtroppo molto poco funzionali. I bar sono aperti a turni e nessuno offre alternative fresche tipo macedonie, gelati o similari... Solo pizze, hotdog, hamburger, patatine, cocktail terribili e birra calda tutta schiuma. Camere. Spaziose (50/60 mq) ma poco sensate. È un grosso spazio vuoto con un letto, un armadio, uno scrittoio e un divanetto. Una zona living avrebbe reso la stanza più vivibile e sensata. In più la mia aveva un condizionatore rumorosissimo e sottodimensionato. Cibo. Noioso. Primo impatto top perché sembra vario. In realtà non cambia mai il menù e dopo 3 giorni è una noia mortale. Inoltre un po' sciapo. Poco personale e quindi attese infinite per il bere. Spiaggia. Ni. Non è sabbia fine (salvo la battigia) e sembra materiale di risulta degli scavi dei lavori. Chiude alle 19 quindi 18.45 iniziano a sloggiarti. Mare. Laguna completamente morta con qualche pesce chirurgo e qualche pesce palla. In fondo al pontile reef più vivo. Best stay I had in a very long time in egypt, at the reception they gave us a free upgrade and the rooms were so spacious and clean. The animation staff were soo friendly and fun especially ahmed and romany who really made our stay 100 times better and by far the best animation team members me and my friends have met. The food was good and there was decent variety although i wouldn't recommend any poultry. The shows and parties were so livid and fun and overall the stay was more than amazing. i would recommend this hotel to any group of friends who want to have a very fun and luxurious stay

La struttura è magnifica, di recente costruzione, ben tenuta! 8 piscine, quella principale (Lagoon) splendida, 3 ristoranti principali, in aggiunta al bar-ristorante sulla spiaggia. Giardini e vegetazione curatissimi, suite spaziosa e comodissima (bagno con wc, bidet e piccolo lavandino, un secondo lavandino antistante al soggiorno, e una doccia immensa separata dal bagno). Staff cordiale e animazione mai invadente...Ci tornerei subito.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza splendida in questo resort 5 stelle! Le camere sono confortevoli e ben arredate, il cibo è eccellente e le piscine sono meravigliose. Il mare è accessibile da un bel pontile e offre la possibilità di ammirare una splendida barriera corallina. Tuttavia, abbiamo avuto un'esperienza negativa con il manager della reception. Nonostante avessimo pagato in anticipo per il late check-out, ha dimenticato di registrarlo e quindi le nostre card hanno smesso di funzionare dopo le 12. Siamo stati costretti a tornare in reception per chiarire la situazione e il manager ha reagito in modo arrogante e poco professionale, sostenendo che la colpa era nostra a causa della presunta vicinanza della card allo smartphone (cosa non vera, visto che in 10 giorni non era mai accaduto nulla del genere). Solo dopo una discussione animata ci ha concesso mezz'ora in più, quando sarebbe stato sufficiente ammettere il proprio errore e concedere un'oretta in più. Sarebbe utile se il manager della reception fosse più diplomatico e disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Tuttavia, è doveroso riconoscere che i ragazzi che lavorano in reception, in particolare le due donne, sono stati di una gentilezza unica e hanno sempre cercato di aiutarci e risolvere i nostri problemi con un sorriso. Spero che il manager possa prendere esempio da loro. A parte questo, il resort è perfetto e lo consiglio a tutti. Spero che possano migliorare la gestione della reception.

Best Vacation Ever – With One Exception I had an amazing vacation overall! The location was perfect, with the beach and swimming pool both being excellent. Food and beverages were easily accessible and very satisfying. The duration of the trip was just right for relaxation and enjoyment. However, the one downside was the reception. Most of the staff there were unprofessional and not helpful, which was disappointing. The big exception was Mr. Kirllos — he truly stood out with his kindness and professionalism. He was incredibly helpful and made a real difference in our experience. Thanks to him, our stay was much better than it could have been. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve the rest of the reception team.

La struttura è nuova, molto bella, ampia ma ben organizzata, e tutto è abbastanza comodo da raggiungere anche a piedi. La nostra camera Premium era spaziosa e il servizio di pulizia impeccabile, come in tutto il Resort. Il personale dell’hotel è sempre stato disponibile e cortese. Il Resort è un luogo tranquillo, dove è davvero piacevole soggiornare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il cibo, in particolare nel ristorante italiano. L’unico aspetto migliorabile è il servizio bevande, che a volte può risultare un po’ lento. La barriera corallina di fronte al Resort è abbastanza colorata e offre una buona varietà di pesci, migliore rispetto a quella di altri resort vicini. L’unica nota dolente è l’animazione, piuttosto soft, soprattutto quella italiana. Tuttavia, gli spettacoli serali in stile Broadway e latino sono stati belli. La posizione è comoda per escursioni al Parco Nazionale Wadi el Gemal, alla spiaggia di Ras Hankorab (Sharm El Luli) e per le uscite dal porto di Marsa Alam, come la Dolphin House. Siamo stati davvero bene ed è un posto dove torneremo volentieri. Consigliato!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Oasis. Le service était globalement très satisfaisant, avec quelques membres du personnel qui se démarquent particulièrement par leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse : Un immense merci à Mohamed Shaaban Masoud (Housekeeping) pour son travail impeccable et son dévouement. Il a vraiment fait toute la différence dans notre séjour – top top ! Merci également à Mohamed Tito (le maître-nageur), toujours accueillant et d’une grande gentillesse – un vrai plaisir de le croiser chaque jour. Mention spéciale au Chef Kamel, qui a été très à l’écoute de mes besoins alimentaires. Ne consommant pas de sucre, il a eu la délicatesse de me préparer de délicieux desserts sans sucre, ce que j’ai énormément apprécié. La cuisine en général était vraiment bonne. Côté réception, seul Mohamed Salah s’est montré à la hauteur d’un accueil professionnel. Les autres membres de l’équipe auraient besoin de formation en accueil et relation client. Concernant l’infrastructure : l’hôtel est très vaste, ce qui peut être un avantage… ou un inconvénient selon votre situation. Si vous venez avec un enfant, évitez les chambres “confort”, elles sont trop éloignées des restaurants et de la plage. Les chambres “fabuleuses” sont idéalement situées, proches de tout. Petit bémol : la plage ne nous a pas vraiment séduits, il y a beaucoup de rochers dans la mer, ce qui peut rendre la baignade moins agréable. En résumé, notre séjour a été très agréabl!

Il resort è molto bello e nuovo, camere ampie e i ragazzi sono tutti gentilissimi. Il punto mare è pessimo, barriera corallina inesistente, qualche pesce ma niente di che, sono rimasta molto delusa (purtroppo io mi sono fidata di chi scriveva che c’era una bella barriera). Purtroppo abbiamo avuto bisogno del medico in quanto il pesce “chirurgo” ha attaccato il mio compagno al piede e non avendo l’assicurazione ci hanno chiesto “dai 600 ai 1000€” per dei punti (che non abbiamo fatto mettere) su un taglio che quando siamo arrivati a casa era già chiuso (abbiamo comunque pagato 131€ per visita e fasciatura). Inoltre bisogna organizzare meglio il trasporto dall’aeroporto senza far aspettare più di un’ora per partire e andare al resort che comunque dista un’ora e mezza.

La struttura è nuova, molto bella, ampia ma ben organizzata, e tutto è abbastanza comodo da raggiungere anche a piedi. La nostra camera Premium era spaziosa e il servizio di pulizia impeccabile, come in tutto il Resort. Il personale dell’hotel è sempre stato disponibile e cortese. Il Resort è un luogo tranquillo, dove è davvero piacevole soggiornare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il cibo, in particolare nel ristorante italiano. L’unico aspetto migliorabile è il servizio bevande, che a volte può risultare un po’ lento. La barriera corallina di fronte al Resort è abbastanza colorata e offre una buona varietà di pesci, migliore rispetto a quella di altri resort vicini. L’unica nota dolente è l’animazione, piuttosto soft, soprattutto quella italiana. Tuttavia, gli spettacoli serali in stile Broadway e latino sono stati belli. La posizione è comoda per escursioni al Parco Nazionale Wadi el Gemal, alla spiaggia di Ras Hankorab (Sharm El Luli) e per le uscite dal porto di Marsa Alam, come la Dolphin House. Siamo stati davvero bene ed è un posto dove torneremo volentieri. Consigliato!

Der Aufenthalt im Sentido war sehr gut! Der Strand war schön, sauber und es gab Windschutz. Das Konzept ist sehr gut durchdacht, sodass wenn man z.b. ins Gym geht, rechts neben dem Eingang frische Wasserflaschen und Handtücher bereit stehen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend und abwechslungsreich und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Besonders gut war jedoch das Arabische á la Carte Restaurant. Ich würde den Aufenthalt definitiv empfehlen :)

Ein wunderbares, sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit sehr großzügiger, sehr gepflegter Garten- und Poollandschaft. Das Hotel besitzt einen schönen, weitläufigen Strandabschnitt und sehr viel Poolfläche, so dass die Gäste nicht schon um 6:30 Uhr die Liegen reservieren und man auch noch um 11 Uhr einen schönen Platz findet. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist über einen Steg mit zwei Einstiegen möglich. Das Hausriff ist ok, in der Umgebung ca. 15-30 Min. mit dem Auto finden sich aber sehr schöne Tauchplätze. Die Essensqualität ist für all-inklusive sehr gut. Die Essensauswahl ist sehr vielfältig. Die Gästemischung war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr angenehm. Eine bunte Mischung aus jüngeren Paaren, Familien und Rentnern. Die Gäste kamen aus Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien und Tschechien. Saufpublikum war erfreulicherweise nicht anzutreffen. Animation wurde angeboten, aber von den Gästen bis auf einen Tag, an dem es eine nachmittagliche Schaumparty in Poolnähe gab, sehr zurückhaltend angenommen. Auch die Lautstärke der Musik war stets sehr angenehm, nie störend. Das Abendprogramm, das in deutlicher Entfernung von den Zimmer stattfand, können wir nicht beurteilen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sehr bemüht. Wir können das Hotel für alle, die einen eher ruhigen Strand- und Poolurlaub in einem schönen Hotel suchen, uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Resort nuovo,bellissimo e super rilassante Mangiare buono ad ogni ora…spiaggia privata con mare e barriera molto belli. Un piccolo villaggio elegante…con tante piscine fantastiche. Escursioni vicine in posti stupendi…tanti servizi..campi da padel,tennis e palestra. Se devo dire qualche difetto, è da migliorare l’attenzione al cliente sotto ogni aspetto,è sufficiente ma in un posto cosi deve essere piu alta…sono un pó rilassati anche loro, camerieri e baristi in primis. Aggiungerei una zattera a remi o un gommone per il bagnino nel caso c’è ne fosse bisogno per aumentare la sicurezza. Torneró senza dubbi! Stupendo!

Siamo una coppia giovane e dinamica. Questa struttura ci ha permesso di godere di completo relax e anche di poter vivere con dinamicità le nostre giornate, tra la palestra con sauna e spa, spiaggia attrezzata con un comodo pontile per ammirare il reef e la fauna marina spettacolare, lunghe passeggiate mattutine o serali. Per i più pigri relax assicurato in piena tranquillità. Il divertimento è sempre all’angolo: le innumerevoli piscine con i bar adiacenti offrono a tutte le ore cocktail e snack, l’animazione è presente ma mai invadente. Le serate animate dalla musica dal vivo sono gradevoli. Abbiamo mangiato bene, un offerta per tutti i gusti anche se avrei gradito qualche pietanza tradizionale egiziana e piatti di pesce poco presenti. Buffet di dolci e frutta buono. Personale cordiale e simpatico Da migliorare: pulizia nelle stanze superficiale; l’orario della palestra più flessibile e magari aggiungere un bilanciere per i pesi. Aggiungerei il gelato e altri snack di frutta e verdura nel pomeriggio. Se dovessi scegliere Marsa Alam per le prossime vacanze di sicuro Sentido Reef Oasis sarà la nostra scelta.

Grundsätzlich eine schön angelegte und saubere Anlage. Wir bewohnten ein Deluxe Swimup Zimmer , dieses war hochwertig möbliert - sehr großzügiges Raumangebot. Gut befüllte Minibar / Kaffemaschine. Der Blick aus dem Bett am Morgen auf den privaten Pool und das Meer - unbezahlbar! Herr Mohammed welcher sich für die Raumpflege und den Gästeservice verantwortlich zeichnete, hielt unser Zimmer tadellos sauber und kümmerte sich schnell und zuverlässig um unsere Wünsche - Vielen Dank für das Service! Im Bereich Gastronomie gibt es noch Potential zur Verbesserung - sehr wenig typische ägyptische Gerichte, auch kein ägyptisches Brot -sehr schade. Die Cocktails haben luft nach oben. Leider überschattet der eher schlechte Zustand des Hausriffs den insgesamt sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Struttura. Albergo enorme con centinaia di camere, parecchie piscine, bar e ristoranti. Purtroppo molto poco funzionali. I bar sono aperti a turni e nessuno offre alternative fresche tipo macedonie, gelati o similari... Solo pizze, hotdog, hamburger, patatine, cocktail terribili e birra calda tutta schiuma. Camere. Spaziose (50/60 mq) ma poco sensate. È un grosso spazio vuoto con un letto, un armadio, uno scrittoio e un divanetto. Una zona living avrebbe reso la stanza più vivibile e sensata. In più la mia aveva un condizionatore rumorosissimo e sottodimensionato. Cibo. Noioso. Primo impatto top perché sembra vario. In realtà non cambia mai il menù e dopo 3 giorni è una noia mortale. Inoltre un po' sciapo. Poco personale e quindi attese infinite per il bere. Spiaggia. Ni. Non è sabbia fine (salvo la battigia) e sembra materiale di risulta degli scavi dei lavori. Chiude alle 19 quindi 18.45 iniziano a sloggiarti. Mare. Laguna completamente morta con qualche pesce chirurgo e qualche pesce palla. In fondo al pontile reef più vivo. Il tutto sembra un grande vorrei ma non posso, soprattutto per i servizi. Peccato

Best stay I had in a very long time in egypt, at the reception they gave us a free upgrade and the rooms were so spacious and clean. The animation staff were soo friendly and fun especially ahmed and romany who really made our stay 100 times better and by far the best animation team members me and my friends have met. The food was good and there was decent variety although i wouldn't recommend any poultry. The shows and parties were so livid and fun and overall the stay was more than amazing. i would recommend this hotel to any group of friends who want to have a very fun and luxurious stay

La struttura è magnifica, di recente costruzione, ben tenuta! 8 piscine, quella principale (Lagoon) splendida, 3 ristoranti principali, in aggiunta al bar-ristorante sulla spiaggia. Giardini e vegetazione curatissimi, suite spaziosa e comodissima (bagno con wc, bidet e piccolo lavandino, un secondo lavandino antistante al soggiorno, e una doccia immensa separata dal bagno). Staff cordiale e animazione mai invadente...Ci tornerei subito.

Il resort ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative, tutto perfetto. Farac che guida la golf car è di una gentilezza disarmante, tutto il personale sempre con il sorriso. Il buffet è sempre molto vario, ti dà la possibilità di mangiare cose diverse. Gli animatori sia di Valtur che del villaggio sempre molto carini, ti invogliano a fare le tantissime attività che si svolgono durante la giornata, mai invadenti, che dire veramente un villaggio perfetto! Spero di ritornarci presto!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality and excellent service made me feel very welcome. Animation wurde angeboten, aber von den Gästen bis auf einen Tag, an dem es eine nachmittagliche Schaumparty in Poolnähe gab, sehr zurückhaltend angenommen. Auch die Lautstärke der Musik war stets sehr angenehm, nie störend. Das Abendprogramm, das in deutlicher Entfernung von den Zimmer stattfand, können wir nicht beurteilen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sehr bemüht. Wir können das Hotel für alle, die einen eher ruhigen Strand- und Poolurlaub in einem schönen Hotel suchen, uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ein wunderbares, sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit sehr großzügiger, sehr gepflegter Garten- und Poollandschaft. Das Hotel besitzt einen schönen, weitläufigen Strandabschnitt und sehr viel Poolfläche, so dass die Gäste nicht schon um 6:30 Uhr die Liegen reservieren und man auch noch um 11 Uhr einen schönen Platz findet. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist über einen Steg mit zwei Einstiegen möglich. Das Hausriff ist ok, in der Umgebung ca. 15-30 Min. mit dem Auto finden sich aber sehr schöne Tauchplätze. Die Essensqualität ist für all-inklusive sehr gut. Die Essensauswahl ist sehr vielfältig. Die Gästemischung war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr angenehm. Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin is a very clean, modern, and well-maintained hotel. The service was disappointing and showed a clear lack of experience and organization. This is an area that definitely needs improvement through better staff training and supervision. The reception team could also benefit from more experienced and professional staff, particularly in handling guests’ requests and providing a smoother check-in and check-out experience. The hotel would be much more enjoyable with more activities and entertainment options, especially for guests staying for several days.

La struttura non si discute veramente bellissima, ma non abbiamo gradito non essere avvisati dei lavori a ridosso del resort con rumori persistenti nell'arco della giornata che influiva sul relax del momento

Struttura decisamente sopra la media, organizzata benissimo . Per essere un villaggio VALTUR forse potrebbe essere migliorato un po' il cibo all'italiana. Sotto le aspettative il reef davanti all'hotel e le segnalazioni di non entrare in acqua dalla spiaggia ( cartelli piccoli e poco controlli non faranno che peggiorare la situazione). Con la nostra offerta il viaggio è stato favoloso, a prezzo pieno diventa un pochino complicato

L’hotel è molto ben pulito e nuovo è un po’ troppo grande diciamo che l’unico difetto è che proprio a fianco stanno costruendo una nuova ala dello stesso resort quindi durante il giorno si sentono un po’ i rumori della costruzione non è proprio piacevolissimo anche perché alzano un po’ di polvere, però l’hotel è molto ben gestito le camere grandi ristoranti a buffet molto vari comunque al netto del rumore della costruzione del parte a fianco lo consiglierei sicuramente
