This property is ideal for a quick, inexpensive get-away. It’s located just across from public beach access #9. They provide you with a wagon, chairs and umbrella. The pool area is nice and shaded with several places to lounge. It’s a short 10 minute or less walk to Siesta Key village which has several dining and drinking options as well as groceries and shopping. This is not a 5 star resort, so if you’re looking for a place to lay your head that’s convenient and affordable, this is a great option.

Overall wonderful little cottage in walking distance to the beach. I timed it and it’s five minutes from door to beach! Well appointed with dishes, ironing board, coffee maker etc. Our unit (dancing bear) faced the street so there was some noise but nothing disruptive. Had some issues with the AC and internet but staff was responsive and issues remedied quickly. The unit could use a deep clean-dust on doors, fans, vents but overall in good condition. Be aware that each person is allowed one towel every three days-however we were able to secure extra ones eventually. The beach supplies are first come, first serve so we initially didn’t have chairs but once again, staff worked to remedy the situation. Supplies are old but in working condition-wagons rusting and squeaky, chairs torn, but no big deal. They met our needs-it’s all you need for the beach. Never used the pool but it looked welcoming and clean. Smart TV is a nice touch. The Ringling beach house met our needs and was comfortable with a great location!!! We walked everywhere.

Served its purpose. Super close walk to the beach. Living room only had seating for 5. Our 6th had to sit at the kitchen table in the living room area. Also parking may be an issue on the weekends as they let beach goers park in the already small lot for a fee. We were told we could park in the back of the building which would be a block and half walk. Pool was clean when we got there but water quickly turned cloudy for most of our stay. Did appreciate the wagons and beach items (umbrella , chairs etc) that we were able to use. Apt was clean. No vents/fans in the bathrooms. Also close to downtown area.

Everything was amazing. Susan and Karl were the property managers and they were so welcoming. The apartment that we were in was very clean and so was the pool. They had buggy’s to bring to the beach. They also had little coolers and chairs. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for everything.

Lana chose the Ringling Beach House for the location and the reviews. Wow! What a wonderful place. Roberto welcomed us as we were getting out of the car. Super nice guy. Gracie Mille!! Located across the street from public access to the #1 beach in America! Perfect! He even has a wagon for each condo with chairs and umbrella. The condo was amazing. The Clown condo was spacious and clean, no issues. Full kitchen with everything you need is a plus, even a great ice maker. If you want to sit in the beach house pool after a hot day at the beach, you and the kids will enjoy it. Nice! Night life at the Village was a good time. 10 min walk to the right as you leave the beach house. 10 minutes to the left, you can enjoy a large drum group on Sunday evenings. Highly recommend!

We spent 5 nights in the Clown Room. It was plenty spacious for our party of 5. There were two bedrooms and a pull out couch. We didn't cook but there wee dishes, cups etc. It was very clean. The property is right across the beach from the beach access entrance. The beach is amazing! It was about an 8 minute walk to Siesta Village where there are restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc. The property does provide wagons to take your belongings to the beach. It also has beach chairs and umbrellas. The chairs are not in great condition and can use replacing. Susan (I think that was her name) was so nice and helpful. She is on property most of the day and is super helpful for whatever you may need.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and ready for us early. Nancy, the manager, couldn’t have been nicer. This is a no-frills place—but the location can’t be beat! You walk across the street to the beach, and the lively shopping area with restaurants and fun is so close. It’s a quick walk, or you can take the free trolleys/busses. The outdoor area with a nice pool was so relaxing. We used it often. We would stay again. We had 3 teens with us, and they had a blast. We all felt safe. We feel the Ringling Beach House is such a value—to be in such a prime spot in Siesta Keys!

The whole place smells of mold. The sheets had bed bugs and were not in a clean condition. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday with our moms, and we felt discriminated and very uncomfortable as one of the site employees came to the space and questioned why we had dogs and that we had to pay extra for each one of them, even though they’re service animals for clinical and psychiatric care. The space doesn’t look at all like the pictures. Very very disappointing and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t come back even if it was free

No one was there upon arrival. Appeared abandoned. Musty, mildew odor, bedding unacceptable. Walked in and out. Seeking full refund. Property manager unresponsive to immediate and subsequent calls from Expedia who failed to fulfill 2 previous reservations at other reputable properties notifying me months after reservation confirmations with one being over 2 months after confirming and the other approximately a month after confirming the 2nd less than a week prior to arrival date. Totally not as advertised. Stairs dangerous. Office and room first floor appeared abandoned and in disarray.

Our shower only had one sliding door, so floor got wet. Front door had mold on it. We had to request toliet paper, as they wouldn't leave an extra one. Of course we had to request towels, washcloths as we needed them. The couch was so very, very filthy. We had to put towels on it just in order to sit on it. The side of fridge and dish washer were full of rust spots, so it made it look dirty. Coffee pot was dirty. Kitchen ceiling had leak spots and rusty vents. I left this message with management. They said the shower door was coming the day of our checkout, as well as new pillow covers for the sofa cushions. This didn't help us. They offered to refund $90, but only if I had Zelle or Venmo, which I do not. I asked for credit or check to be mailed, but they did not answer after that. Pool was nice.

Location was amazing and the pool was refreshing and clean! Condo wasn’t the cleanest and garbage disposal didn’t work and had food in it from someone else’s previous stay. We swept a couple times and there was lots of dog hair and we didn’t have a pet with us.

Location is fantastic and Roberto was truly helpful, kind and welcoming. The unit however is in need of deep detailing. Sheets were stained. My pillow sheet was stained with blood that had turned brown. The pull out sofa in living room was unhygienic. When we pulled out the sofa to convert it to a bed, I immediately regretted having done that and placing kids to sleep on there due to the amount of vomit/dried up liquid… who knows what it was but it was rough to look at. The most uncomfortable part of the stay was the lack of cleanliness. We made do and the place itself isn’t bad however I sadly would not return to this location.

We enjoyed our stay. Two bedrooms, a little kitchen and a small living area. Easy to walk to restaurants, grocery, beach, etc The unit we stayed in needs some maintenance. Both bedroom doors were hanging off the top hinge. We used a knife and tightened the screws but they fell out again before our stay was over. One towel was not clean (it was gross). The ice cube trays in the fridge are all broken so it leaks out water into the bottom of the freezer. If they do some regular maintenance it's a great place to stay. The pool is great.

Close to the beach, room was very clean but 20 feet from the road. Entire floor was swollen, needs replacement. Expedia 9r the owner didn't have a comment about this room. Dancing Bear. Dont get this one.

This property is a consumer best buy in terms of options in the key. Being able to walk across the road to the beach access, especially when you have young kids, can’t be beat. It’s also beautiful inside with loads of amenities, and the staff is so pleasant. The street facing apartment is a little loud at night (not something they can control, of course), but the trade off for the extra beach time we got without the hassle of parking was well worth it. Plus the pool is delightful (although by day 2 of our stay it could have used a cleaning - not all guests were showering before entering and so the pool was getting full of sand and sunscreen). Super comfortable beds!

Top location across the road from Beach Access #9 and an easy walk to Siesta Key Village for all the shopping and dining options without having to worry about parking or driving. The property was lovely too. Lots of room to spread out with two bedrooms, two bathrooms a large lounge/dining area and kitchen with everything you need. It also had a small outdoor area with table which was nice to sit and have breakfast or a pre-dinner drink. It was nicely supplied with added extras like a buggy to put your beach things in and beach chairs and even a little cooler. Those added thoughtful extras are a nice bonus. The communication was also extremely good and we were easily able to check in and out. Truly a great find.

Top location across the road from Beach Access #9 and an easy walk to Siesta Key Village for all the shopping and dining options without having to worry about parking or driving. The property was lovely too. Lots of room to spread out with two bedrooms, two bathrooms a large lounge/dining area and kitchen with everything you need. It also had a small outdoor area with table which was nice to sit and have breakfast or a pre-dinner drink. It was nicely supplied with added extras like a buggy to put your beach things in and beach chairs and even a little cooler. Those added thoughtful extras are a nice bonus. The communication was also extremely good and we were easily able to check in and out. Truly a great find.

Served its purpose. Super close walk to the beach. Living room only had seating for 5. Our 6th had to sit at the kitchen table in the living room area. Also parking may be an issue on the weekends as they let beach goers park in the already small lot for a fee. We were told we could park in the back of the building which would be a block and half walk. Pool was clean when we got there but water quickly turned cloudy for most of our stay. Did appreciate the wagons and beach items (umbrella , chairs etc) that we were able to use. Apt was clean. No vents/fans in the bathrooms. Also close to downtown area.

We stayed at Seal apartment. It has two rooms; a full kitchen and it looks to the pool. The exterior has kept the colonial/Spanish architecture, but the interiors are fully renovated and new. The air-conditioning is silent (which is something not always you encounter). It's very close to entrance 8 and 9 to the beach, literally you just crossed the street. The hotel has beach chairs and umbrellas, which is a plus. It is also very close to the Siesta Key downtown, which is a beautiful beach town, with restaurants and shops. We loved staying here.

Great location. Updated unit which was very clean and comfortable. I did not realize I had to bring my own toilet paper, so we had to make a trip to the store after settling in. There is not 1 hook or rack to hang a wet towel or bathing suit. 3 bath towels given for 3 people so they needed to be hung to be re-used for a few days. There was no bath mat or extra towel to put down on the floor for getting out of the shower. There was no place to put luggage on other than the floor. Wifi barely existed. Pool area was very cute and clean.

Everything was amazing. Susan and Karl were the property managers and they were so welcoming. The apartment that we were in was very clean and so was the pool. They had buggy’s to bring to the beach. They also had little coolers and chairs. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for everything.

No one was there upon arrival. Appeared abandoned. Musty, mildew odor, bedding unacceptable. Walked in and out. Seeking full refund. Property manager unresponsive to immediate and subsequent calls from Expedia who failed to fulfill 2 previous reservations at other reputable properties notifying me months after reservation confirmations with one being over 2 months after confirming and the other approximately a month after confirming the 2nd less than a week prior to arrival date. Totally not as advertised. Stairs dangerous. Office and room first floor appeared abandoned and in disarray.

Easy checkin, easy checkout. Roberto was great and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The place was really nice and apparently had just been remodeled. It was very convenient to the beach and they provided a cart with chairs and an umbrella. I would recommend this place.

This is my second time staying at Ringling Beach House. Roberto is very accommodating and the location is great. It’s located directly across the street from beach access 9 and a short walk to the Village where all of the shops, bars, and restaurants are.

Lana chose the Ringling Beach House for the location and the reviews. Wow! What a wonderful place. Roberto welcomed us as we were getting out of the car. Super nice guy. Gracie Mille!! Located across the street from public access to the #1 beach in America! Perfect! He even has a wagon for each condo with chairs and umbrella. The condo was amazing. The Clown condo was spacious and clean, no issues. Full kitchen with everything you need is a plus, even a great ice maker. If you want to sit in the beach house pool after a hot day at the beach, you and the kids will enjoy it. Nice! Night life at the Village was a good time. 10 min walk to the right as you leave the beach house. 10 minutes to the left, you can enjoy a large drum group on Sunday evenings. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and ready for us early. Nancy, the manager, couldn’t have been nicer. This is a no-frills place—but the location can’t be beat! You walk across the street to the beach, and the lively shopping area with restaurants and fun is so close. It’s a quick walk, or you can take the free trolleys/busses. The outdoor area with a nice pool was so relaxing. We used it often. We would stay again. We had 3 teens with us, and they had a blast. We all felt safe. We feel the Ringling Beach House is such a value—to be in such a prime spot in Siesta Keys!

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut. Die Küche war okay, könnte aber etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden. Ansonsten hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt mit dem Manager. Leider war in der ersten Nacht die Klimaanlage defekt. Dadurch war es nachts sehr warm und wir konnten nicht so gut schlafen. Am nächsten Tag wurde sie jedoch repariert. Ansonsten war alles super. Die Unterkunft liegt außerdem sehr nah am Strand.

What was shown in the hotels.com listing was not updated and was not accurate. Nowhere on the property is there laundry. Not in the rooms or anywhere on the property. In fact it has been years since they had any laundry facilities I was informed. I had to ask because there are several pictures of a laundry room in certain rooms and in the general property. They blamed it on hotels.com stating it wasn't their real page and they hadnt authorized those images. The bed was completely sunken in in the master and impossible to sleep in. Bring soap and shampoo because you only get two very tiny shampoo tubes and a bar of soap upon checking in unless you order more for the next day. Towels are limited, and there is no front desk to visit if you need something. You have to text or send a message and wait. Check in is via code that you scan and you get assigned a room after waiting a while. I do have to say that the rooms were clean and so was the property and the pool area. The beach is also right there. They are very firm on the no changes or cancelations one week prior even if images dont match on website. Prices also fluctuated a lot and went from very high to being reduced drastically during the same week. For the price I wouldn't say it was worth it.

Leaving a very honest review for people looking to book here. After reading all of these reviews I was very excited for our stay. We were placed in a 3 bedroom ground level unit to fit 7 people. 5 adults,7 year old and a 10 month old. We stayed 6 nights/7 days. Positives: The location was great proximity to the beach! The pool was great to use and kept pretty clean. Had lots of chairs to relax and chill on. Kitchen had pretty much everything needed. Negatives: The cleanliness was just not there. Spider webs all over the light fixtures. Hair and dust on the baseboards and very dusty ceiling fans. Crumbs and dirt on the rug and floors. Very damp environment down there. The floors are warped and popping up so you had to watch out for that. No fans in the bathrooms that had showers. We had to ask for a broom and vacuum for the rug and floor before we could sit baby down on it comfortably. No pool or towel replacements for our stay. They would only replace bath towels every 3 days. Our last two days of our stay we found alive cockroaches each day in the dining/kitchen area. Which I know Florida has bugs but that was very unsettling. I contacted manager and she did have her pestcontrol come after we left.Place needs more TLC than it’s getting after each guest and during one’s stay. Would not stay here again. After waiting and planning for this trip for almost a year it was a letdown for what we got. The woman who I spoke to was very nice and tried to help as much as she could.
