I feel this was a bait and switch. Our balcony and view were nothing like what they showed in the pictures. We paid for a double queen, oceanfront room which we were very disappointed with. It was on the second floor and had a 4 foot wall on the balcony so you could not see the ocean unless you were standing up in the room. Also, it was right over the outside bar roof. In addition, the balcony held water with a lot of black mold on the concrete so we were uncomfortable going out there. I don’t feel that it should be the same price as the other oceanfront rooms that are higher up. They all had see-through balconies. Only two rooms have the concrete wall and they are on the second floor. Another item was the coffee maker in the room. It had mold and debris where you pour the water in and I was not able to clean it out.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. However we arrived the hotel a bit late (quarter after 5pm), most of the beach service were no longer available, which is a bit disappointing. The beach itself wasn’t the best, so if you are looking for some nice beach, this may not be the best choice.

El hotel es muy lindo. Bien ubicado. La playa hermosa. Habitación amplia. Camas cómodas. A mejorar: te cobran por todo. El hotel teniendo suficiente espacio de parqueo, cobra usd 35 por noche. Nunca me habia pasado. Y debo decir que me hospedo en hoteles con mucha frecuencia. Está bien cuando el hotel NO cuenta con parqueadero y uno debe pagar para parquear en uno cercano. Pero que teniendo los espacios de propiedad del hotel, te cobren, no me parece apropiado. Ademas debes pagar una tarifa obligatoria por el Internet, el agua de la habitación y las sillas de la playa. Lo uses o no, te lo cargan a la habitación. Amenities en el baño, cero. No hay nada. Por error nos hicieron doble cargo del valor del parqueo y al hacer el reclamo, la señora del front desk se molestó. Esperamos la devolución.

The hotel was really in a great location however, the ac turned on and off all night and it got very hot and stuffy. Also o paid a good amount of money to book the ocean front balcony the price on hotels.com said with tax and fees total.. but when I got there I was told it would be $37 a day for resort fees and another $35 a day to park! Very disappointed with that.
