Very clean room and sheets were clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Was never bothered or treated like im bothering anyone. Pool is clean. Gym was clean. Has laundry room on second floor.

Our experience was soso, the elevators are not working. Two days up and down stairs from the third level. Hotel room door, does not shut correctly. Who offers, Shampoo, lotion and shower gel. There was no conditioner. Mini refrigerator was not secured, you open the door and it can pulled out. This stay was soso.

Great staff but the hotel is evidently well used, the beds are not great and the fitness centre was closed. If I had known I would have booked elsewhere. Very poor by comparison to every other Hampton I’ve stayed in. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful however

Hotel is conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. Super friendly staff. However, room had moldy/musty smell and shower would not get hot no matter how many long we run it. Took cold/lukewarm showers. Standing lamp shade had stains. Not the standard we are used to at a Hilton hotel. Very disappointed.

The room was dated and the carpet felt oily. The person that checked me in was also dressed too casual and had body markings that should have been covered. There were also computer issues on both check in and check out.

The staff was great: friendly, accommodating and responsive. They could probably all use a raise. The property is located in a place that's really convenient to just about everything you'd need when staying at a hotel. But it is a bit run down. For example, the tub wouldn't drain and the AC was temperamental.

The place was ok stayed on 3rd floor stinky carpet smelt like dog pee had to spray our room with fabreeze wich helped , the hallway had very stinky carpet .. The staff was great the breakfast was really good. There was a police presence day of check out not sure why but I never felt unsafe for our stay.

There was a huge area of black mold on the ceiling of the first room I checked into. I had my three month old baby with me and the room had a terrible smell. I was able to get into a new room and that room was stuffy so I had to blast the AC. My baby was born premature so he gets cold very easily so the AC having to be blasted due to the stuffiness of the room was not ideal. The room was "clean", but it didn't really feel clean. I was very dissappointed in the quality of both rooms overall.

The property and room were clean. That is always most important to us. The bathrooms had decent quality toiletries. I don’t like going to some hotels that have tiny bars of soap and tint bottles of shampoo that don’t really work. Here they have full size pumps with everything we needed. The breakfast was not bad and housekeeping was appreciated. It’s in a good location with a Publix next door and about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee Stare Park. We spent a few hours at the pool which was well maintained. It was a pleasant stay considering the price point and I would gladly stay again.

Had a great stay. The breakfast buffet didn't look all that great to me, but Dunkin Donuts is right next door and can be walked to. Plenty of restaurants in the area, both fast food and sit down. Rooms are roomy and nice.

The Hotel Staff was lovely! Always felt welcome! However, the decor and furniture in the room is very old and really needs to be changed out. The room is clean, but the chair and the coach is so uncomfortable.

I liked most everything about the hotel. Especially there staff. the one problem i did have was being woke up at 3 AM by music and people yelling. Called the front desk. and they took care of the problem.

I have to recognize Angie from the front desk, evening shift. Our initial room was an adjoining room with a door separating the two rooms. The guests on the other side were a bit “overwhelming “ for a lack of another word. I called the front desk to request another room. The hotel was either at capacity or very close to it as Angie tried to accommodate my request. She ended up giving me an upgraded room and even ran the keys up to my current room. This was, in my opinion , an employee going above and beyond for a guest!!!! She made my stay fantastic as we were then able to get the rest needed as my daughter had a 4 hour test the next morning. Thank you Angie!!!!! If I could give you a raise I would!!!!!

Levi is a gentleman, got us in our room in minutes after not such a great stay at a competitors hotel! Room was clean and at a perfect temperature. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! Breakfast in the morning was robust and had tons of different options, 10/10 would tell my family to stay here as I recently moved to the area!

They overbooked and did not have a room for us when we arrived. Turns out they gave my room I already booked to someone else under my reservation number. Now i am being told I have to wait and see if I will get refunded? Did they check ID's? Easy in and out parking off the highway. Room was comfortable they are currently working on upgrades which is very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for one night. The rooms were cozy and clean. Property was clean and staff was friendly. We went to Weeki Wachee the next morning which is 10min from hotel. Highly recommend if visiting the spring!

The property and room were clean. That is always most important to us. The bathrooms had decent quality toiletries. I don’t like going to some hotels that have tiny bars of soap and tint bottles of shampoo that don’t really work. Here they have full size pumps with everything we needed. The breakfast was not bad and housekeeping was appreciated. It’s in a good location with a Publix next door and about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee Stare Park. We spent a few hours at the pool which was well maintained. It was a pleasant stay considering the price point and I would gladly stay again.

Amazing free breakfast! Large selection, everything was hot and good. The woman in charge was talking with guests. She had a great outgoing personality and kept the breakfast super clean! Wish I got her name. Aldo Renea was great, talked and joked with us and unlocked the pool area so we could sit outside

Customer service was excellent. I beleive the A/C must have been down. Corridors were very hot. Room wasn't much better.

We enjoyed our two day stay at the Hampton Inn in Spring Hill, FL. The staff was very helpful especially Friday evening when we arrived. The desk clerk helped us carry our things to our room. The Saturday morning breakfast was great and the employees couldn't have been any more helpful. But the cleaning staff did not replenish the coffee service in our room for the next day and there was no water pressure in the shower on Sunday morning. Otherwise we were happy with the accommodations.
