Most properties like this have at least a Continental breakfast or free coffee. This property has neither. Also the pool was supposed to be indoor and heated. It was not even close to heated. We wil try a different property next time

Breakfast restaurant was great, freshly made egg sandwiches or burritos. They gave my husband a free cup of coffee because he woke up with a headache. Very nice staff. Indoor pool could be a bit warmer. Our bed was a bit soft, but you can't please everyone on that. Overall very good.

No maid service the whole weeked per the property after we checked in. No free coffee. Was charged 19.35 for 3 orange juices. The pool was broken and ice cold alot of upset guests. Would truly like some of my money refunded. However it was clean and some staff we nice some not so much.

Staff was friendly and check in was seamless. Convenient to dining options and actually have a Bistro in the lobby of hotel. Convenient to HCA Capital Medical Hospital. Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. I will definitely stay again when in the area and do recommend.

My main gripe with the hotel is that the pool was so cold you didn’t dare go in. Nice for a quick overnight stay with easy access to restaurants and shopping but a dip in the pool would’ve been nice after a long day of driving

Nice stay. Clean pool, room and facilities. 30 second walk to Outback Steakhouse and about a 4 minute drive to Bonefish Grill or several other restaurants. Kid friendly and felt safe in the area.

The hotel was in a good location, right by the highway. Blackout curtains were great and AC made the room nice and cold. I'm glad I added the extra charge for breakfast when I booked the hotel, got a lot for what I paid. We stayed 2 nights, they didn't clean the room on day 2, not sure if I needed to ask for it, no one said anything. Ice machine was broken, so you had to call for them to bring you ice. They have the pumps in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We ran out of body wash in the shower on the last day, so they aren't good about keeping them full. Hotel was fine, but I don't see us staying there again next time we visit Tallahassee.

The bathroom toilet is for a child. The shower is so small and narrow almost fell with how the slippery shower floor is. Nothing fits the needs for an adult other than the bed. We expected more for a Marriott stay. Very disappointed.

The bathroom is very small and so is the toilet (my fiance says this is a very bad thing). Breakfast was overpriced along with the coffee (drink the coffee in the room at your own risk). On a positive note, the staff was very nice.

I was downgraded from a king bed to a queen bed and told i would get a discount but when i checked they charged me $20 extra and no discount. When I asked hentild me only his manager could discuss billing wirh me and that was it. Ive yet to receive any discount or courtesy call from them.

Hotel accommodations were great. Checkin was a bit slow and the desk agent advised me about breakfast being an extra charge though I had pre-paid online. After much more typing she provided me the breakfast voucher. When I checked out, the charge appeared on my bill. I suspect she did not know how to resolve the issue and simply left it on. The checkout agent was great and fixed the bill.

Staff was friendly and check in was seamless. Convenient to dining options and actually have a Bistro in the lobby of hotel. Convenient to HCA Capital Medical Hospital. Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. I will definitely stay again when in the area and do recommend.

Nice stay. Clean pool, room and facilities. 30 second walk to Outback Steakhouse and about a 4 minute drive to Bonefish Grill or several other restaurants. Kid friendly and felt safe in the area.

I had a pleasant stay at the Courtyard Marriott, although the mattress in my room was worn and too firm for my liking. I felt the springs. The hotel met all my other expectations. Conveniently located near I-10, the establishment was clean and features good food and friendly, professional staff. Most importantly, it offers an affordable option for a quick stay in Tallahassee.

Liked our stay at this Courtyard hotel. We needed to stay close to I-10 but also something a bit quiet - this fit the bill. Note that the hotel has a cafe that serves Starbucks but you have to pay for this - its not a breakfast buffet situation. There are no other breakfast restaurants nearby (in walking distance). There is an Outback Steakhouse that you could reach on foot.

There are no amenities in this hotel other than hotel room coffee, which everyone knows sucks. There is a bistro in the lobby with so-so food. When I tried to put pepper on my food, the cap was loose and loaded my soup with pepper. When the girl noticed this she “oh sorry” and did not offer to replace it. The AC in the room did not work well, the bed was rock hard and the shower in the room was very small. Whoever installed the toiletries in the shower placed them in the worst spot. I will not stay here again nor will I recommend this hotel to my friends

Our experience was a very good one. We were only there for a few hours and we were traveling. But it was clean, and the staff was adequate. Didn’t love that they charged for breakfast tho.

Breakfast restaurant was great, freshly made egg sandwiches or burritos. They gave my husband a free cup of coffee because he woke up with a headache. Very nice staff. Indoor pool could be a bit warmer. Our bed was a bit soft, but you can't please everyone on that. Overall very good.

I was disappointed when I got up to have the continental breakfast, and there was nothing but a very limited Starbucks and creamer station was a mess, when I checked in the person said that there would be something in the morning……..

Room was Clean and COOL when we checked in. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we walked to Outback steakhouse, needed the steps after 2 days of mostly driving. However, we could have just as well eaten at the Bistro, which we did for breakfast, Giant bowl of Oatmeal for her and Bacon Egg & Cheese sandwich for me (the avacado smear was DELCIOUS!)

Not up to the standard of Courtyard properties I’ve stayed at in the past. Couldn’t get the shower the work and when maintenance came, they said “yeah, this one leaks, so we tighten it extra hard.” So we listened to water drip all night but at least we got to take a shower. 🙄

There was no breakfast served and no microwave in the room. Had to go to the main lobby to use a microwave. But the staff was great and the room was nice and clean.

Check in was a very pleasant experience. Kelly was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, including the couch. I didn’t sleep on it, but it was comfortable for sitting.
