Clean room, great staff!

Fan in bathroom broken and toilet did not flush and there is a water leak under the sink

This is one of the worse hotels I have been to. As you walk into the hotel, it smells gross. We got to the room and it smelled awful too. We could not close the electric blinds because it was broken. The front desk said there were no rooms left with a king bed and that she could not fix the blinds. She said she can give us a discount. My husband and I struggled to put a sheet on the window but got it done. Then I was taking a shower and found out there was no conditioner just shampoo. I had to brush out my knotty hair. When I called the front desk the lady said housing was gone.

Clean, quiet room, slept well -- just wish you would improve the room coffee pot... :-)

Hot water was barely tepid and had very low pressure at shower head, had to use the wand. Escutcheon plate at tub faucet was broken. Just not what I expected from Hampton.
