Mountain River House (On Delatite River)

It was very easy to check in . Instructions were sent well in advance to our stay. The kitchen had everything you need to cook for yourself and your family.Very relaxing walk along the little river behind the property.

A wonderful spot to spend the weekend away. Our hosts were so helpful, and the property was the perfect place for my family of 12 to relax and enjoy Merrijig. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Lovely location on the Delatite River with a nice wood heater inside and a log fire outside. Very clean and comfortable. Appropriately secluded but on 10 minutes from Mansfield. Highly recommend.

We spent a lovely long weekend in Merrijig. The house is great - very well appointed with everything we needed (and more) for a comfortable stay. On the sunny days, the kids loved playing in the (icy cold!) river at the end of the garden, followed by marshmallows over the fire pit under an incredibly starry sky. When the rain finally came we had a cosy fire indoors and a great selection of dvds. A very beautiful part of the world, and very generous hosts.

Loved the house and its location would definitely stay again . Our family had a great time hope to be back soon .
