We had a nice 2-night stay. Check in was easy and we got a room on the floor level like we requested although it was way in the back of the hall. The room was quite nice, but the bathroom needs better cleaning. We did like however the support railing in the accessible bathroom. The breakfast wasn't as good as I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express IHG. The omelets were hard, only raisin bagels, the cereal bowels were tiny, no hot oatmeal only packets and the attendant wasn't very friendly at all. I have to give thanks to Natasha in housekeeping for her help and thanks to Nadia in the front desk for her friendliness and help.
