Overall it was ok. The shuttle was great. Our bathroom light kept flickering when we were using it. The elevator was making questionable noises. The shower was dirty and cold. Was it absolutely terrible? No. But it does need some updating and electrical work done to figure out that light issue.

Property is badly in need of an upgrade. Bathtub is stained and so unappealing we didn’t use it. Hall carpet is unattractive and appears dirty. Staff are great but they can’t overcome a deficient property. They advertise a free shuttle to airport but the first run is at 10:30 so worthless for a noon flight. Overpriced for the accommodation. Surprisingly, as I thought La Quinta Inns had a good rep.

Location was a benefit. However, I would not stay here again. The rooms were outdated, old, and not clean. Bathroom stall was re-tiled, but bathroom floor/baseboards/walls were gross. The room smelled badly, not sure if that was due to the air conditioner or just musty air. The doors to the room didn't close on their own so you had to slam them to make them shut. This resulted in a very noisy night with doors slamming. I wouldn't think of getting in the pool, it looked dirty and uninviting.

Called the day before for airport Shuttle from airport and was advised to call upon arrival. Call Sunday upon arrival to be informed the airport Shuttle was only available Monday to Friday. I had to take an Uber....where is my refund. Inconvenience.

I picked La Quinta Inn because my flight arrived at PBI at 11:15 pm, which was too late to pick up a rental car, so I took an Uber to the hotel. On its website, one of the amenities listed is "Free Airport Shuttle" which is what I wanted so I could return to the airport the following morning to pick up my rental car. Imagine my surprise when I went to the front desk the next morning to schedule a shuttle and was told that the shuttle doesn\'t operate on weekends (see photo). So I ended up having to pay for an Uber to take me back to the airport. Not a great way to start my day. Besides the missing shuttle, the room was clean but it was worn out. In the entryway, the wood floor was extra scratched and looks like it hadn\'t been refinished since when Clinton was president. The same with the bathroom door which was missing varnish in quite a few places. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were outstanding and provided a very high level of customer service

Cons: 1. Airport Shuttle not available on weekends. 2. Every snack i saw in the vending machine was expired. Only one vending on first floor. 3. Stains on our couch. 4. Stuffy smell 5. Not a lot of shopping/restaurants within walking distance 6. Carpet hallways aged/worn. Pros: 1. Tv channels and services nice 2. Sheets clean and toiletries. 3. Microwave, bottle of water, coffee in room 4. Surprised breakfast was alright. I expected continental breakfast and that is what it was but they also had sausage/egg cheese croissants prepackagrd (you had to microwave) but overall it wasn't bad. Nothing hot but ok. .

The property is dated. Some of the furniture in the room was worn. The TV controller was broken. It was advertised as having airport shuttle service. It had VERY limited shuttle hours (10:30 to 5:30) and had to pay for taxis to and from the airport.

Room smelt like stale smoke. Bathtub was rusty and peeling. Curtains had huge stains on them. A lot of people loitering and hanging around outside. Main door to the hotel stayed open all night long for anyone to walk in or out. Staff overall was fine. Breakfast was limited but decent for the price.

The hotel was not clean. Main stores did not lock. No working phones, some outlets did not work in the room, dried up food and trash under the bed, mold in the vent and window. Bathroom toilet barely worked, water bubble in ceiling in bathroom. We had to check out and could not stay there. Pictures online very deceiving. It’s a non smoking hotel and you could smell people smoking in the rooms. Extremely disappointed and put in a complaint with this property. Never again!

We checked in to hotel went up to our room 305 noticed there were 2 huge stains on the bed sheets (both beds), the bathroom tub area was not cleaned properly and there was rotting food (mangoes and a breakfast sandwich) in the refrigerator. We immediately cancelled our reservation and left hotel.

Stood here back in February it was great, clean and quiet and the staff was great, stood here again this week, the tub paint was peeling the room was dirty and it was so dark in there. Staff was great but it’s gotten really run down, I also paid for a king and got a full with only 2 pillows

My room was not clean and had old food in the refrigerator and condom left in drawer. Lock on inside of door was broken. Appears to have been kicked in at one time and never fixed properly. Found hairs on my sheets so I put a towel down on the bed to sleep on. I took pictures and will report this to the franchise headquarters.

I stayed at the one on palm beach lakes. I recorded a video of a roach crawling on the bed. We ended up checking out early be of this. Made every uncomfortable and creeped out. I was so disgusted. The place also had a weird smell like bad plumbing in the building. I would never stay here again. 254

Great location but needs updates. Bathroom was clean but there was rust in the border of the tub. Same on some of the room laps. The room had a weird wet smell. During breakfast the appliances kept turning off it seems there was an issue with the main power switch.

This hotel was overpriced on Hotels.com for what I received at this hotel. The room was very worn out looking -definitely needs updating and repairs. The door didn’t shut completely closed unless you used extra force because the door frame was a bit mangled. The mattress was just okay as far as comfort but the pillows felt old and lumpy; which was very uncomfortable. The toilet stopped working. When I tried to call the front desk to inform them - I could not because the phone in the room was not working either. Upon check out , I informed the clerk behind the desk, and all he could offer was “ I’m sorry to hear that”.

The staff was great but the shower in room 311 should be redone. The shower head is a small drip without any water pressure. The hot is cold and the cold is hot. To pull out knob to get the water our of shower head does not work and you have to play with it until it stays. It was a bad showering experience. This next comment is just a suggestion - This is a pet friendly hotel and that is why I booked there but there isn't an area for a dogs to be walked - it would be great to have an area for dogs to taken to go potty safely. Thank you.

The rooms have not been upgraded in a while and things look and feel like patchwork at best. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was about the slowest I've seen in many, many years.

The hotel is in need of a facelift. My room was old/dirty. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable. My bathroom sink facet did not work correctly. The "breakfast" was minimal. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful and did all they could to make our stay comfortable.

This is the first review I have ever written! This hotel was horrible! The check-in process was terrible! I had booked 2 rooms. At first they said I didn’t have any reservation then said I only had one. After finally finding my reservation the check in process still took 20 minute, needing my credit card and license again even though I had completed the check-in online.I finally got into my rooms and in the first room, the bed was disgusting and stained and they had painted the bathtub so the entire room smelled horrible. The bathroom was covered in mold. The second room was just as dirty with mold stain on the pillow and the hot water faucet at the sink didn’t work at all. I would never stay at this hotel again!

It is just average, stayed there for three days on the 6th floor. The place was not really cleaned, found the door open(you can smell the bleach they used to masked odors); door was hard to close/open. Deceived from two queen size beds to full sizes. The first night we catch an allergy, the second night, I went to ask for new/clean sheets and towels, I had to wait in front of a door to have the sheets, but the employe came back with: "sorry, we don't have towels at this time, they are still in the dryer, they are not dried yet". My husband had to wait for the cleaning crew to ask for the towels, they gave him two sets of hands towels and two shower towels (you cannot make this stuff up). It takes forever to have your deposit back.

The management and receptionist were incredibly rude to me. I stayed two extra nights, and on the third day I decided to request very late checkout which was 3pm. The front desk approved my late checkout request; however, I was struggling to get my apple pay card to go through (currently dealing with credit card fraud and identity theft case) and after charging my card three times in a row and it declining every time, the receptionist felt inclined to get the management involved and they both personally came up to my room to threaten calling the police on me if I didn’t leave. I’ve never felt more insulted and unnecessarily disrespectful by a mediocre hotel’s staff in my entire life. Do not use this location or any other La Quinta in the future unless pointless escalation and unneeded stress from a staff who obviously need to pass the day by filling their silent, dust-ridden, vacant building of a hospitality job with drama they themselves cause.

Dirty, run down, smelly, rude staff We have stayed at La Quintas all over the country and never had an issue… until now. We got there at 10 and we knew checkin was at 3 but we’ve NEVER had an issue with a little bit early check in.. until now, the rude man at the desk said our room wasn’t ready but if we paid $75 we could have our room now. It was like he didn’t want to help us because we booked through Expedia. While we waited we heard the staff fighting with each other about how bad the pay was, and heard the manager (I think) putting down the staff. No wonder they are rude to guests. Then he finally checked us in at 3:00 PM. The whole place was run down and in need of an update. The headboard had stains, the bathtub was cracked, and the drain was rust stained, and there was questionable droppings in the corner. This is the kind of place you wear your flip flops in the shower. To make matters worse the room stunk like mildew. We will NEVER stay here again and probably not at a La Quinta again. Expedia should seriously look into their contract with this location as they definitely treated us differently because we booked through Expedia.

Our room was filthy, we took our shoes off and walked around in our bare feet and they were black with dirt. Also, we did not get any room service for four days we had to ask twice. I’m very dissatisfied with our stay at your hotel and it will be our last time we stay there

Nothing unique. Close drive to outlets. If you book on line it's at least 30.00 less than walking into the lobby and booking a room. Door to room was very hard to open. Carpeting needs to be replaced. Room was very small but sufficed for an overnight stay.

The staff are very friendly and the location is great near the freeway. These are the only positive things I can say about the hotel. It was flat out nasty!. It should be rated a 1 or 2 star. The carpet was moist, the bath tub black, toilet seat broken, dog pee in elevator! Never again!!

This property is NOT at the airport and their rooms are in need of repair. We stayed here two nights in two different rooms at each end of a cruise. The first room had strange anomalies like a shower curtain rod that wasn;t anywhere near the bathroom and did not seem to have a purpose. The second night, there was an issue with the hot water. The maintenance guy had gone home for the day, so it remained an issue. And their shuttle service does NOT run on weekends--we had booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle.

They had a good breakfast with hot waffles you make. They had yogurt and fruit, as well as hard boiled eggs. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and there was very little warm water coming out of the sink. Hot water was available from the shower. Because this was a room with a large bed, it was a handicap room. We didn’t want to give up the big bed for a room with two bedsheets from the front desk.

Check in took a long time. The person got it done but it felt like she was annoyed at me because there was a glitch in the system. The room had a card in it that said it had been cleaned but there were hairs in the shower and the sink so the cleaner didn’t do a great job. We picked this hotel because it had a free shuttle to the airport. What was advertised was that the shuttle runs Mon -Friday from 10:30 am to 5 pm. I would have chosen a different hotel if I realized that the shuttle was useless for us because our flights didn’t fit that time table. The room and facilities are dated but the bed was comfortable. We were able to get an Uber to the airport. I will choose to stay someplace else next time.

This place was supposed to have a breakfast. There were two oranges when we got there at 8:30. We were told that the "fruit delivery is tomorrow". Meanwhile, there is a grocery store across the street. An employee couldn't go across the street to get some fruit? Give me a break! The toaster didn't work. The woman in front of us tried three times to get her cinnamon raisin bread browned, but ended up with it only warmed. In arrival my room was stifling hot.... probably 80. It tracked of something... probably chemicals? Had to run the bathroom fan all night to get some air, as the window wouldn't open, not even an inch. It wouldn't move a millimeter! The air unit was short cycling....looked like it needed service, a charge of refrigerant. I don't know what the deal is there, but I wil definitely try to avoid it if I need a room near the Palm Beach airport again. PS? Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. The room had a strong, moldy smell, and there was visible mold on the window glass. We requested to change rooms, but the second room had the same moldy smell. Because of this, we tried to stay out of the room as much as possible during our stay. The carpet also appeared dirty and did not seem to be properly cleaned. In addition, the lady at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming, which made the experience even more unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast was okay, parking was convenient and available onsite, and the location was excellent. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, while the location, parking was good, and breakfast was ok, the cleanliness and moldy smell in both rooms, along with the poor customer service, really took away from our stay. We hope management addresses these issues because the hotel has a great location and could be much better.
