Everything was fine The staff was receptive to needs. Glad there was an elevator since I was on the 3rd floor. However the hair dryer was unable to be fixed for the duration of my 8 day stay. The PLUS designation leaves something to be desired.

West Palm Beach's, Red Roof Inn was the perfect location, amenities ( swimming pool ), clean and a short walk over to the delicious, Cracker Barrell. Reviews being read, raised some doubts. The management , Mr. Edgar Belmonte and staff extends their desire to make a stay very comfortable. The accomdations are comfortable and pleasant. The pool is perfect for a good workout and a blast of sun. Easy access to a highway, the best health care at St.Mary's Medical Center, beach ⛱️ ( 15-20 mins.), good food and fun. Thank you !

Check in (fri)- beds were clearly not changed from previous stay. Pillows are flat and hard. Witneased a fight in the parking lot. Phone doesn't work, lights over bed barely work. Water pressure in shower is non-existant. TV stops working when blow dryer or microwave are running. Day 1- (sat) booked this hotel because of the pool- it was filled with debris though- so no swimming was done for entire 5 day trip. Police on site- late at night- unknown as to why. Day 2- (sun) asked for more towels and was asked to bring mine down, I did that, then was told there were no towels to give. Eventually got towels but not until nearly 9pm Day 3- (mon) police and fire dept on scene- unknown why Day 4- (tue) brought my used towels down around 7:30am, asked for more towels, was told its against regulations to give out towels before 9am. Police and fire dept on scene- unknown why. Got a phone call at 2pm that I would have to take my dog out of the hotel- as he was barking and disturbing people- which was untrue. We decided to leave anyway, as I was leaving the manager said he had been barking the previous day too- at 8am- which is untrue as we didnt leave til nearly 11a. He proceeded to mock me and call me a liar. Stating he "checked" to make sure it was my dog. Unsure how he "checked", but it didn't feel right. We have been there for 4 days up to this point and of all the people I had seen he was never one of them.

Easy checkin, though staff at checkin wasn't the friendliest but not rude i guess. Clean hotel. Coffee is good but only served in the mornings. Welcoming to my gentle canine.

Sheets did lot look like they were changed before we got there. Air Conditioner made bad noises. Needs serviced. Unable to sleep. 2 solid RED dots on the bathroom floor. (Blood?). Disgusting. Very serious health issues if blood.

Yikes! This was not like any Red Roof I have stayed at before and certainly not “plus”. It was VERY dirty. The hallways to the rooms looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months…clumps of hair, debris, bits of food, dirt, just gross. The room itself was not a comfort either. It felt sticky, looked sub par, and under cared for. The tub and caulking were stained orange and black. The sink counter and caulking were also stained and dirty looking. The table had dirt on it and there were ashes on the sheet UNDER the comforter! The corners of the room had dust balls and dirt and there was a long skinny bug in the dresser drawer. The place felt more like an old dirty motel, not a red roof hotel. I turned around and walked out. There was no way I would be able to fall asleep in that room. It was gross.

It served its purpose for the few hours myself and my daughter stayed there but it was dirty, the hallways smelled like urine and there was a roach in my room which I'm sure there were more where that cane from. Definitely wont be staying there again.

The bed was comfortable but the room it self was nasty! You can tell housekeeping does not do their job when it comes to checking the rooms. There were dead begs on the ground and the floor was sticky. The tub did not drain properly, so when you showered , you were standing in a puddle. More than likely will not return.

The 3rd floor hallway carpet was disgusting, the smell of grease and decay was terrible, the air conditioning in the room smelled like mold and the bathroom had black mold and rust, the pillows smelled like grease and were hard, the room had no insects but I felt unsafe at all times, there were never people at the reception, I went in and out on several occasions and there was never any staff.

The room is disgusting. The hallways to the hotel rooms smelled like vomit and mold. The room smelled like mold. A light fixture was falling off the ceiling standing out in the rain would be more water pressure than most coming out of the shower.

Stay was ok but they need to clean their rooms better. Also they need a exterminator and need to exterminate those rooms every month because I seen cockroach and its not the first time. From now on I will request their insect extermination date

Everything was dirty in our room. There was hair on the pillows. The hardwood floor was sticky. The room had a bad smell. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke and mold. Very dissatisfied. The hallways had missing ceiling tiles and ton that had water stains. Someone kept knocking on our door the first night we stayed. While my pregnant wife and 9 year old son was trying to sleep. The shower literally had zero pressure. You had to get underneath the shower head to get wet. Will never stay at red roof again.

This hotel is very dated and not well maintained. It was going back to the 70’s. The walls, the carpet and the elevator were dirty. At least the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean otherwise I would not have stayed. The only reason we stayed there was because no other hotels around were affordable but in the future I much rather pay more and stay in a better place.

Stayed overnight, was a good sleep. Clean room, clean bathrooms. Furniture is older and starting to rust but was clean. The Golden Corral next door is a big plus. Location is very close to the Port if you're going on a cruise.

Hotel was ok, clientele,, shady at best.. kinda pricey too. Paper thin walls. Got there about 4:30.. reserved room was not ready. Had to come back after dinner!!

Didn’t like the room I was in.. the AC made too much noise and I didn’t get enough sleep…. The couple in the room next to us was fighting and slamming doors all night 😡… and there Wer roaches in the bathroom … I usually enjoy a nice day by myself to get away but I wasn’t Happy this time

First I would make sure the Manager was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room lacked a few easily manageable fixes. I suggest higher quality pillows, hangers for clothing, a small bathroom counter for necessities. The fridge was nice, and coffee service as well as the huge ironing board and iron.

Stayed in the room for one night. Room had a lot of rust spots, which means to me a new paint job is needed soon. I also got charged $3 for something and I never left my room. Extremely weird. Bed was a good size. I didn’t need to contact anyone for anything since it was a quick stay

The overall experience wasnt terrible and it was fairly cheap. However, every time we came back to our room we had to get the front desk to reactivate our key card. Their system was messed up and the key activation seemed to only last a few hours at most. This got to be pretty frustrating. We stayed 6 nights and every time we went back to our room we had to stop at the desk and wait before we had access to the room. Also, the door latch was broken, like someone befofe had rammed open the door and cracked the frame. The lock worked fine but the additional safety latch did not work at all.

Staff was very friendly. Didn't like the $28 early check in fee. Waited until 4pm to check in. Got my room key. Ooened the door and someone else was in the toom. They switched my room immediately. The rest of my stay was without any incidents.

Check on starts at 4 pm and literally took over 40 mins. If you want to check in early they charge a 28 dollar fee. The place is pretty run down and the smell was bad too. Definitely never again

Don’t go here it’s beyond horrible. Staff didn’t care that our room wasn’t cleaned and we ended up getting comped for how filthy it was. Definitely don’t go if you want to relax.

As soon as I got in, which was like at 1:30 in the morning because my flight was delayed, the lady in the customer service was around a wall sleeping. I had to knock on the counter several times to get some help by the time I got to the room it was like 150 in the morning trying to figure out what to do how dirty it was. I was trying to find the number because I was too scared to go out of my room then I had no option to head to the hospital because I was there for an emergency visit for my mom and I didn’t wanna go back

The FIRST night i stayed was great...check in went smooth...room was great...the next night i booked online but when i went to check in CRAIG (wouldnt give his last name) tokd me i had to authorize a $3 charge for a room safe then decline it at checkout and get a refund. I saw nothing of this policy online and DID NOT have to do it the night before. He WOULD NOT accept cash...he said i had to put it on a card. I explained i didnt have a card with $3 available! He proceeded to tell me I could NOT check in even with an authorized reservation for a PAID for room on New Years Eve!! Needless to say i will NEVER give Red Roof Inn plus my business.

The FIRST night i stayed was great...check in went smooth...room was great...the next night i booked online but when i went to check in CRAIG (wouldnt give his last name) tokd me i had to authorize a $3 charge for a room safe then decline it at checkout and get a refund. I saw nothing of this policy online and DID NOT have to do it the night before. He WOULD NOT accept cash...he said i had to put it on a card. I explained i didnt have a card with $3 available! He proceeded to tell me I could NOT check in even with an authorized reservation for a PAID for room on New Years Eve!! Needless to say i will NEVER give Red Roof Inn plus my business.

Stayed overnight, was a good sleep. Clean room, clean bathrooms. Furniture is older and starting to rust but was clean. The Golden Corral next door is a big plus. Location is very close to the Port if you're going on a cruise.

Location, Close to the freeway. Did not feel safe even to sleep for a few hours. Could hear people snoring, hear people going and coming from rooms. Bathroom was dirty. Room smelled bad.

The property inside was perfect, the location was not that good in particular for tourists. I paid the reservation for my husband and host would not accept it if I was not there to check in because it was under my name. I asked her if I could cancel the reservation and make another one under his name. She said no. So I had to travel all the way to Miami to check in. Even AirBnb support was unable to help me. So everybody be aware!

The Red Roof Inn was a fine place to stay for one evening as a couple traveling (moving to Florida), but I wouldn't recommend for any long term stays. There's a lot of people hanging around the ground floor, so while we were safe, I wouldn't recommend it to people traveling solo. Rooms are clean (just older), beds are comfortable.

West Palm Beach's, Red Roof Inn was the perfect location, amenities ( swimming pool ), clean and a short walk over to the delicious, Cracker Barrell. Reviews being read, raised some doubts. The management , Mr. Edgar Belmonte and staff extends their desire to make a stay very comfortable. The accomdations are comfortable and pleasant. The pool is perfect for a good workout and a blast of sun. Easy access to a highway, the best health care at St.Mary's Medical Center, beach ⛱️ ( 15-20 mins.), good food and fun. Thank you !

I am in Uber driver and I was forced to go to Miami and I can’t drive at night so I decided to stay in West Palm Beach somewhere. I found this hotel fairly cheap and read the reviews and the last one they stayed there the night before said the bed was very comfy and the room is clean. I must’ve got the same one. It was the same Also have a pool which I did not use plenty of parking your coffee in the morning nothing special, refrigerator but no freezer and a microwave

Outdated hotel. Besheets very dingy like they haven't been washed in years. The hotel's idea of amenities is mediocre coffee with coffee mate in the morning. Should be bamed Red Roof Inn Minus.

It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. Many people outside smoking. My room smelled of stale smoke from ac. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. All the withe towels were stained and did not smell fresh or clean. It was nice having Cracker Barrel next door.

The pool was disgusting when I went to go check it out the first day I was there. It had a nip bottle in the pool and it was disgusting like I hadn’t been cleaned. They only cleaned the room once a week and when I asked about it they said it’s been like that since Covid Covid is now passed going on five years. There was roaches in the room plugs didn’t work and the shower curtain didn’t even close properly the most disappointed thing about this is the constant illegal activity that was going on there. Cops even showed up once while we were there on our stay, don’t be fooled by the pictures people this place is extremely horrible.

I was creeped out by the area the hotel was in and the hotel had no amenities. I needed a place to stay while my brother was in hospice until he passed away. So needed a place on short notice and because it was peek season finding a place in that area in my price range was difficult. I settled for Red Roof and I should have paid more and stayed somewhere else. The ceiling in the room was dropping white crap all over everything grossing me out. I thank God I didn’t have to stay there very long.
