Extremely disappointing experience — we checked out within 20 minutes The room smelled so bad that we immediately knew we could not stay. Within minutes of checking in, we noticed what appeared to be black mold in the shower. The door also looked as though it had previously been broken into and poorly repaired, which made us uncomfortable from the moment we entered. To make matters worse, the staff was not helpful and became argumentative when we brought our concerns to their attention. The room was also incredibly noisy — we could hear virtually every sound from outside and everything happening in the room next to us. We ended up checking out less than 20 minutes after checking in because the condition of the room and the overall experience were completely unacceptable. We have stayed at many hotels and understand that things aren’t always perfect, but this was far below a reasonable standard. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.

I still yet received my100.00 deposit credit back to my card since check out, I'm hoping it returns soon like they stated the system would after logged house keeping had clean room ,if they uphold there word and it not a plot to overcharged customers I'll change the review I gave but that unacceptable when they state it policy and fully refunded it should be processing it at check out not when room tend to

The staff was wonderful! Always friendly and helpful when you need something. The property could use renovations. Carpets need replacing and pool needs resurfaced. Other than that, great stay!

The staff were amazing. The rooms could have used a deep clean (rust on shower head, etc). But it was great. No issues and was what we needed

good breakfast. clean room, king bed was very comfortable, but the room was noisy-shuddering plumbing, bathroom door was not closing properly. since it was for late night on the go-stay & were tired, slept thru the rest of the night.
