The pool was not open because it was full of disgusting green water. That was a disappointment. We thought we should get a discount since we expected to be able to enjoy the pool since it was advertised as having one. I asked to speak to the management and was given his email. I contacted him, but have not received a reply.

They said there was a pool but it was out of order. Filled with dirty nasty water with mold and mildew. The ac was ok. It would get very warm at night. The bathroom was hot because there was no air vent in the bathroom. I was very unhappy.

Hotel would not lets us eat lunch or dinner in dinning area because the on shift employee said and I quote “I don’t want to clean it after so no”. We had to use the stairs as the in operation elevator hadn’t been inspected on schedule due in 2022. I didn’t feel safe knowing this. The bed had hair on in it from previous stays.

Pros: Property was clean and quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice sized television. Cons: Pool was closed. Was told breakfast was 6-9 Saturday morning but nothing was ready at 6:30. We had an early ball game so we had breakfast elsewhere.

The property was a problem. Tv didn’t work & the one person staff did not know how to fix it. Had to be moved to another room. Also elevator quick working just as we were getting ready to check out. Had to take all our luggage down the stairs.

We were told they just closed the pool for renovations. Upon further reading of reviews, it seems we were lied to and it’s been closed for months. Should not advertise a pool. Our room smelled damp and musty. We got in late and left early because of the smell. No one was in the lobby or at the desk to complain to. I would not recommend this property.

Our room had a couple issues. The room smelled strongly of mildew. Our cable box was missing so we couldn’t use the TV. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was so low you had to get really close to the shower head or take a colder shower. The price was affordable but I’d rather pay more and stay somewhere else. The housekeeping staff was great though!

The door jamb to our room was broken so door did not close properly. Was able to lock it though. Bathroom contained mold, Shower very difficult to regulate temp as it was poorly remodeled. Small coffee maker in room did not work. Bed was clean and comfy. Nice refrigerator

The parking in the front of the hotel was limited and most nights we had to park in the rear and walk to the sides or the front to enter the building. Every time we walked out of our room it smelled like a wet fish market and there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom did not have a vent fan to vent out the steam from showering. I would not recommend this comfort inn.

Check in went well. The hotel has some random updates but nothing major. The room claims to be smoke free but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom had several small holes in the walls and the sheets had random long black hairs. We overheard another couple in the hall talking about the same issues. We figured we could complain but would probably find the same problems in another room. The hotel needs a deep cleaning and overall maintenance. The breakfast was probably the highlight of the hotel. We stayed 2 nights. It worked for a short stay.

Rooms are smelly, back entry door didn’t lock, lobby restroom was filthy toilet had not bee cleaned the whole five days I was there. Room wasn’t vacuumed, had a toilet leak reported not repaired, wall outlet need replaced (cracked) sit on bed light plug falls out. Lobby furniture stained. Smoking was going on in rooms and pet should be limited to designated rooms for those that have allergies of animals.

Desk clerk couldn’t find reservation but I’m sure he could have found a room for an additional cost if I had been unable to produce a confirmation email. Shower valve was either plumbed incorrectly or handle installed wrong making hot water position a guessing game. I cannot remember the last time I was in a hotel room and there was not a single handicap bar in the shower. Breakfast was unremarkable but they usually are. The juice dispenser was curious as instead of wither orange or apple it dispensed a combination?

There are no curtains to block out the flood lughts from the parking lot so i suggest an eyemask. Pictures on site are deceiving, cases of toilet paper stacked in lobby etc.

The beds were really comfortable. The water pressure is Very Low. Red Stains on the rug. The front desk charged me for the hotel stay even though I had already paid through Orbitz. I chose this hotel based on location which was perfect.

The hotel and room was run down. Our hotel room security lock was missing from the door. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dusty. The tolet paper holder was loose. The shower faucet was broken. There were no hooks to place a towel on.

Hotel is a zero star. Traveled thru the night and day. Get to hotel at 2;15pm, the guy sitting in the lobby, tells us to go back n our car and check in is not until 3. But they were at our door at 8;15am to see if we were ready to check out. Hmmmm. The man who checked us in said absolutely nothing other than ID, then just put the room key on the counter. If you do t speak English, then Don’t work the lobby! . Breakfast is a waffle and there is 2, and I mean only two pre wrapped tiny apple donuts out for an entire room of people. The pillows in the room are little tiny squares, not even close to a standard pillow. The breakfast area has eight tables but there are only 5 chairs. This place definitely needs new ownership/management. I forgot to mention, the guy who checked is in walked the floors a lot, which I thought was very weird. Should have been up front.

I didn’t like that the person who answered the phone tried to charge me an extra 30 dollars for trying to check in early. I can understand if there is not a room ready to do this. But to me that seemed shady, I have never been told that and I stay at hotels all over and have NEVER been told that. I will think twice before I stay here again. Also the staff was not friendly at all.

The beds were really comfortable. The water pressure is Very Low. Red Stains on the rug. The front desk charged me for the hotel stay even though I had already paid through Orbitz. I chose this hotel based on location which was perfect.

A comfortable place to stay for a night just passing thru. Very convenient to the highway. Housekeeping could have been better. It was pretty obvious the shampoo bottle was empty, so that wasn’t great.

Convenient location off highway Quiet We were given the options of a couple of rooms and were shown them to decide which one was best for us. That was something we had not encountered before and was very nice.

Very clean. Well stocked with towels. AC appropriate upon arrival. With other hotels in the area I didn’t care about the 18-wheelers taking up both sides of the road only leaving enough space for one car to go through.

Desk clerk couldn’t find reservation but I’m sure he could have found a room for an additional cost if I had been unable to produce a confirmation email. Shower valve was either plumbed incorrectly or handle installed wrong making hot water position a guessing game. I cannot remember the last time I was in a hotel room and there was not a single handicap bar in the shower. Breakfast was unremarkable but they usually are. The juice dispenser was curious as instead of wither orange or apple it dispensed a combination?

Room was clean and all was in good order but when we went for the morning breakfast down at the lobby, they didn't have any eggs or anything else on the hot side, so you have to show up as soon as breakfast starts cause if you arrive 2 hours late they ran out of the hot food side, luckily across the street their is several other businesses for food to have but its not part of the hotel so you have to pay your way.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly. However, the hallway smelled terrible. Breakfast was not good. It was supposed to be until 10 am from the website and ended at 9 am every day. The fitness room only had one treadmill and a stationary bike with a few hand weights. My keycard stopped working and it was fixed without asking to see my id which was worrisome.

Pros: Property was clean and quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice sized television. Cons: Pool was closed. Was told breakfast was 6-9 Saturday morning but nothing was ready at 6:30. We had an early ball game so we had breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel was convenient off I-75 and was booked for a one night stay during a drive from FL to TN I would absolutely choose another Hotel if you don’t want to smell like mildew for the rest of your trip Walking into the room the smell hit hard but it was later in the eve and I was beat so I gave it a go The bathroom was cleaned, but poorly maintained so you just felt yuk showering in there! I ended up throwing flip flops on to try and help but sheesh, it was not a good night at all I slept for a few hours and hit the road before the sun came up I am perfectly fine with lower costs and dated amenities but this experience was too gross to leave unreviewed I wish they offered a refund for poor experience when their photos and advertisement tell of a completely different offering

At check-in, the staff member tried to charge us an early check-in fee for arriving about an hour before the official check-in time, even though the hotel appeared to have plenty of availability. The front desk was also frequently unattended. There was a sign saying “Be right back in 15 minutes,” but the staff was not consistently present. The lobby itself felt very low-budget, with the TV turned off and the living room area closed. The sofas were actually being used to fold towels and sheets, which did not give a very welcoming impression. The pool was a big disappointment. It was dirty, with leaves and a large number of mosquitoes. The water and surrounding area made us feel itchy. The towels provided for the pool were folded but were already wet and had an unpleasant smell. We also noticed an excessive number of security cameras and felt like guests were being watched very closely throughout the property, which made us uncomfortable.
