Super 8 by Wyndham Acworth/Atlanta Area

Property was clean. Well lit parking lot. It serves my needs for a clean comfortable sleep.

Decent place to stay. Very steep hill driveway on a curve makes it hard to get out safely

For being a lower price hotel with minimal amenities, the staff were outstanding, especially with cleaning my room each morning. Front desk staff were friendly and available. Parking is the biggest downside.

The entrance from the street was challenging since you had to drive straight down. Other than that, it was clean, close to a lot of places to eat and convenient for my purposes of visiting family.

Overall the motel was nice. Staff were polite and helpful. The driveway into the place was very steep. If yoyr brakes ever gave out you would end up driving into the building!

It’s a very clean property with clean staff. Washing machine was broken but there’s a laundry facility near by. Very pet friendly.

My wife, myself and the dog were well taken care of. The staff was so kind and sweet to us. I'm definitely making this a regular place I come to when I need a affordable, comfortable, friendly, place to stay. I'm highly satisfied with what my experience was.

It was dirty with hair everywhere. The longer we were there, the more we saw. The ac unit was too moldy to run. We tried to take a shower and the water backed up. Not for travelers..

Everything was good, just the restroom needs more attention, it has too much hair everywhere, dust, mirror and chorme in the sink dirty. The floor with hair and dust too. The rest Everything was good.

BEDBUGS!!!! I was to stay a week could not complete stay because of bedbugs. First night there was dirty bed linen, dirty tub, rusty pipes in the bathroom so I spent the night in my truck. So I stayed in the hotel two nights of a 7 night reservation. No part of my stay was deemed refundable. Incredible! Uncooperative customer service!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly! Don’t judge this super 8 by the name alone. The location was perfect and accessible to other places we were going for our trip. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. Would stay here again anytime.

We checked in late at night due to traveling. We booked 2 rooms. One room was clean- ours, not so much! As soon as we opened the door there was a cockroach right in front of us! The air was not turned on at all in either room- on a 90 degree plus day! We checked under the beds and corners and bathroom- there were no other cockroaches, so we stayed. There were skittles, crumbs, hair ties all on the floor. Beds were cleaned, so the room hadn't been vacuumed. Bathroom floor was filthy also. We slept about 6 hours and headed out. My husband tried to tell the person at the desk about the cockroach and the filthy room, but they walked away and ignored him. I would NOT recommend, even if you are in a pinch!

it's a Motel so Nothing Fancy. Outdated Electrical & Plumbing but Rooms are Clean & Somewhat comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean. The problem was the street noise, the room needed more sound proofing.

Rooms are pretty run down and blankets have cigarette burns in even nonsmoking rooms. Most of the nonsmoking rooms still smell strongly of cigarettes and smoke but I still enjoy staying there. Staff is nice and they have a good deal on rooms

Its an older hotel- motel looking on the outside. The inside though has been completely renovated to where you wouldnt realize its the same place. We had the best customer service here. I arrive with wrong purchased room off expedia & front desk helped me to the best she could to have us accommodated. Housekeeping is the sweetest as well. Its definitely a small family business that takes pride in their place. I would stay again if im ever in the same location.

Motel is priced very well. There is ALOT of road noise throughout the night, loud motorcycles try to stay on backside of motel. Lady clerk was able to move us next morning. Breakfast i have seen better.

The property was ok and the beds very comfortable. Front desk was very rude and they hurried us out the next morning. Rooms were also comfortable.

I Ubered straight from the airport on a late flight. Made sure this was a 24/7 hotel and made them aware I would check in late. Tiny vestibule was open, lobby was locked. Sign said “we will be back soon”. Standing alone in a sketchy part of town in an unlocked vestibule was not great. Called the hotel, they answered and just said ok. Thought that meant someone was headed to me. Waited 10 more minutes. Called again. Same person answered and was angry and said “ no one is coming to the front desk”. I asked how to get a refund and started worrying how I was going to an Uber and a different hotel at 1 in the morning. The person hung and walked around the wall-they had been there the whole time. They blamed me-“you should have come in”. Me-the door is locked. Them-you should have rung the bell. Me-the sign says don’t ring the bell we will be right back and I called you and actually spoke with you. Them-still your fault and you shouldn’t threaten refund. Room was dingy, outdated but not different than expected, tbh.

The first room we were placed in was on the 3rd floor a single mom of 2 littles. trying to get my kids upstairs all my luggage was very difficult to do after looking around the room to find black gunk in the sink the microwave was brown underneath the tray the fridge had grease marks dripping along the sides or something the bathroom tub had grime and what looked like the plug to the drain was broken I then tried to call front desk for a new room and was yelled at told I shouldn’t have waited an hr to request a new room knowing I had little children and we were trying to get up the stairs with all our gear she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t want me on her property as all of her rooms were this way. I am simply trying to talk to her about my concerns she was very rude at first. After, she came up to the room herself to look took her fingernail attempted to scrape it off said look it’s stuck everything is fine! I explained I am a professional cleaner this was not how the rooms were advertised her response was well that’s your problem your to picky then said we would have to sleep in this room until the next day and then could look at another but that they all look that way so if I don’t like the room we would get a 3 day refund instead of 4 and would have to go elsewhere.This was my first time traveling alone with my kids first time ever using a hotel. A pool is listed but it’s not actually open having no choice but to stay we checked out the other room it was much better.

Great price for this room. Clean & fresh. A.C. worked great in the room. Just off the freeway in a residential area. Convenient. Cannot beat it for the price!

Clean,affordable, and everything you need is closed distance. From walmart and etc..

This was a perfect stop for me for an overnight rest in a 17 hr drive south. Clean, convenient, near food, as a single woman, I felt very safe and welcome both on check in and at morning breakfast.

We went to GA for a family event. The stay here was good the mattress was very comfy, room was clean. I plan to stay here whenever we have another family gathering. Has a bunch of places to eat very close by.

Host was pleasant, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast could use more/different options.

Place is clean and service was great. Breakfast is until 9:00 a m. Which might me an issue for some.like us who made it there late at night after a long drive.

Place was ok, wouldn't take family to stay. Plenty of places to eat and downtown Acworth is nice. They say the offer breakfast but, cereal and honey buns was it.

Cheap option and i didnt have any complaints. Only downside is theres not many breakfast options

Good stay for the money. room was clean enough, heat/ac worked and could set to a temperature. fridge worked and was set to a good temperature. breakfast adequate although not great: bananas, hot/cold cereal, juice, coffee, packaged waffles, pastry, toast. would recommend to others and may stay again if it fits into our travel plans.

The hotel room was very clean. The listing said it had 2 queen beds, but the beds were full size but comfortable. We only stayed there to spend the night to continue our drive to Florid, so we didn’t spend much time there. The breakfast area was very clean and there was coffee, juice, premade waffles, bread, butter and jelly, some pastries, milk and cereal.

The room was comfortable, nice, very clean, except for the floor, which just needed a good mopping. Overall a very good value for the price and the pet fee was acceptable (poop bags would be a plus). A breakfast upgrade would be my main suggestion - the cereal was stale and the choices were extremely limited. Maybe add a refrigerator for the milk and some yogurt. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
