Everything was in good condition, but this location is a step down from the typical Doubletree experience. Although it wasn’t much, I was surprised that they charged $5 to park in their huge parking lot in a suburban area.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Some of the details shared online didn’t match up. Ex. A shuttle to local areas and restaurant (besides breakfast) is not open anymore. The room was much smaller than expected but was well maintained. Perfect for 2 people but any more and you will feel cramped.

Their website advertise shuttle transportation and the day before arrival they said they don't. I talk to a representative who said they would refund the cost of taking an uber. So I took one and now I'm having to jump through hoops to get that money back even though I have a case number stating I will get a refund because of their false advertisement.

I would not stay at this location again. I have photos and video of my experience. When I arrived in my room the floor was dirty and sticky, as if they didn’t clean the floor. If also had hair on it possibly from previous occupant. Also I saw vitamin capsule on the floor. I brought it the the managers attention. He said he’d have someone come and clean the room the next day but no one ever came. So I never had my room cleaned during my stay for the 2nights. I am VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience.

Side door that is supposed to open with key access opened just by pulling it open. Very unsafe situation allowing anybody access to the building and my room was right by the unsecured door. Front desk was slow.

Found a ball of hair on the floor of our room. Also spotted a few ants in the room. House keeping gave us a bath cloth with red stains on it which was mind blowing. Only positive from this hotel is the kind lady (Diane at the desk) & the hotel’s closeness to essential stores.

Very noisy hotel and not quite 4 stars Every slammed door, plumbing noise or footsteps above my bed on the next floor were magnified almost like things were poorly insulated. The shower had obvious mold in it.. Also, adding some plants in the planters outside would do a lot to make the entrance more inviting.

I recently stayed at this property twice, once going to Florida and the other time a week later coming back. I had never been through this part of Georgia before, so it was all new to me. I was impressed by the location of the hotel and how safe it was. It was very close to dining as well as shopping. The hotel itself was extremely clean. The bedding was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was amazing. The room was spacious. The first time I stayed on the third floor and it was so quiet. The second time I stayed on the first floor and my only complaint was , my neighbors above me stomping heavily. Overall, I was more than satisfied and will definitely come back on my next trip through the area. The staff was very welcoming when I checked in and out and even texted me a couple hours after I checked in. Definitely worth the money.

first impressions are important. Walked into lobby, fans all over, carpets nasty. Hung out in lobby until checkin time. Then key didnt work, Elevator didnt work. 3rd floor carpet nasty, hallway all pot odor. Fear for my life. Came back after my event, key didnt work again, 40min wait in line. Hot, moldy n pot odor at the front desk!

The location was nice. I would stay at the property again just not the very 1st room on the floor or by the lobby. We heard all the foot traffic of guess, a heated a guess going off on the staff, and just noisy. The room above us flooring is not sturdy. We could hear continuous pacing of the guess starting at 4am daily. Overall the room was clean. The staff were very nice. It wasn't terrible. Would recommend especially for the price. Definitely had great restaurants close by.

I stayed at the DoubleTree during a work trip and arrived around 1:45 pm, hoping for early check-in. I was surprised to learn that checking in before their 3 pm time would cost $50, something I’ve never experienced at other hotels, and I travel quite a bit (though not usually with Hilton). When I asked if this was a Hilton policy, the front desk clerk said it was specific to this location. The property looked a bit worn and dated but was clean. My room was small but well-organized with everything I needed. However, the bathroom was extremely tiny—barely bigger than a closet, with a small standing shower across from the toilet. I could also smell food in the hallway in the morning, even with my door closed, which I didn’t like. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price, but I’ll probably choose a different hotel next time I'm back in the area.

Upon entering I found the towel hook was broken. Not a huge deal. Reported it so I wouldn’t be charged. As late as 1:30am there were people thumping on the floor above me; running and jumping around. The concierge wasn’t able to make them be quiet - if he even tried. It was at least 2:30am before I got back to sleep. Horrid.

The property was nice but if you ever get room 114 don't expect to get a good night's sleep, because it's located next to the kitchen and they make no effort to keep quiet and start their food prep at like between 4 and 5 in the morning and you can forget sleep after that. All the front desk had to say was " Sorry, have a nice day". Worst hotel stay ever.

I booked a king bed room with a tub and got a room with 2 doubles (or maybe queens) and a shower. The bare minimum of my expectations is to get the room I thought I was getting/paying for. Highly disappointed with that because if it was me and my husband and we NEEDED the king sized bed and didn't get it, then what?! Or if I booked a 2 bed room because I was not going to sleep in the same bed as the person staying with me and got one king bed, then what?! It was just me traveling so I could be flexible, but even at check in they didn't tell me, hey, I see you booked a king room but will 2 beds be ok?

We arrived at the hotel at 2am so we were exhausted and ready to go to bed. When we entered, the male employee was talking on his phone, which is not a huge issue but apparently it caused him to make a mistake! We were given the wrong room number and of course the card was not working to the room. The other person that was inside of the room was upset and I don’t blame them. When we informed the front desk about the mistake he immediately got an attitude as if we were in the wrong. Stay off the phone and you wouldn’t have trouble mixing up room numbers! We were beyond irritated because we were put in an unsafe situation.

Staff fails to give instructions on the room cleaning/service policy. When they finally did, it came in a "it's your fault" tone. Waited at the front desk for someone on two occasions for more than ten minutes. The room was fine but the stay was not ideal.

The staff was top notch!! For the life of me, I can’t remember the young man’s name that checked us in. African American guy with Afro and braces was the most accommodating front desk I’ve ever had staying at your properties. Very friendly even though he had a nasty guest that was before us. He regrouped and handled us with the utmost respect. Then there was a lady at the desk in the morning. I believe she is Caribbean because of her accent. Let me just say, she was so soothing to my soul. She identified that I was struggling and was very attentive. I’m in town for a funeral and was emotionally and physically exhausted. She checked on me, offered me a muffin even though I declined. But her gesture meant a lot to me. I’m sorry for not remembering their names but I want you all to at least acknowledge who they are for the service they provided.

There was one set of wash cloth and towel. There was no meat offered during breakfast. I had already paid for a couple days of breakfast befor knowing this. Better than continental breakfast though.

Nice place to stay and quiet area. Be advised that breakfast isn't included with your stay, its 17 dollars per person. Also its a normal continental breakfast buffet setup.

This was a very nice and comfortable stay, and I give the staff and facility a 5 star rating. The room and hotel property as a whole was very clean, the beds were soft & cozy, and the breakfast bar was excellent!! 👍👍 We will stay here again!!

Disappointed in the food the breakfast in the morning is terrible that bland no flavor. Eggs didn’t taste real. There were no microwave in the bedrooms. Ask for something to drink at night. Only thing they had was beer nothing else to drink.

Shower pressure was terrible. Couldn’t even rinse the shampoo from my hair. Did not put extra toilet paper in Bathroom and had to get a roll from the front desk. No free breakfast. Charging $17 for a hotel breakfast with sub par food is ridiculous.

I stayed at Doubletree with my boyfriend for a night while we explored Georgia. The hotel was great but what made it even better was the staff at the front desk. They were super friendly and even gave us recommendations for where to visit in Georgia. As corny as it sounds, they made us feel at home when we were far from home😄

There was allegedly a restaurant/lounge at this location. As a female traveling alone, that's a key amenity. There has not been a restaurant here in over 2 years. When I complained to hotels.com, they were told it's "under renovation". There was no evidence of this during my stay. The room phone did not work so any issues had to be handled by going to the front desk. I was not informed that breakfast was a separate charge. When I checked in, I asked if breakfast was PROVIDED. The clerk said yes I won't be staying here again during my upcoming 3 trips to this area
