Clean facility, great fitness center, Starbucks cafe has an amazing manager. She is very friendly and customer oriented.

Although a very nice property. We had a few concerns. The parking lot gates did not work properly all werkend, bed furniture lights had no way of turning off, and we recommend longer weekend hours for Starbucks.

Everything was great except for the gate leaving the parking lot. The ticket/QR code was not intuitive, and the reader did not cooperate with the ticket. I heard other guests complain about the long line to exit due to the difficulty of the QR code reader.

The pool was too cold, they seemed to have a pool warmer , but it’s was never used, the pool was empty the bar was over priced $44 per drink with a double shot … ridiculous. I could have and should have just bought a bottle myself.

The swimming pool is very dirty and unhygienic, it smells very bad. The receptionist service is very bad, the way they talk to customers doesn't seem very happy, at first I bought water and wanted to pay in cash, the staff refused to ask for my card, I agreed, about 10 minutes after I went up to my room, a male staff member knocked on my door and asked me to pay $20 for 3 bottles of water. Why when I agreed to pay in cash, they refused, waited until I got to my room and then knocked on the door and asked me to pay in cash, what's the reason????

Terrible experience ‼️I was in room 1003 at 7/25/2024 (Thursday night)and then it was literally bedbug in our room. I didn’t know that was bedbug when I killed on at midnight and then the second day when we went home start scratching, start feeling really itchy, I had even found one inside of my suitcase, STILL A LIVE‼️⁉️Now, I have to clean up everything, and spray bug spray around my house❓❓❓Call the front desk, they told me she couldn’t do nothing but wait for the Supervisor come back.(M-F):( Idk, what the heck is going in there, but definitely wouldn’t recommend at all, please don’t go, don’t let the bedbug get you.

The staff was very nice and welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. The room was not the cleanest, but I always clean my rooms myself upon arrival. Housekeeping came to clean on our second day, and did not use any cleaning products for the bathroom. She only wiped it down with a white wash rag from the bathroom. When we came back to the room we discovered my son’s shoebox and stuffed animal was missing( not sure if it was thrown away or taken). The A/C was not probably working our last night. It was set on 70, but the temperature in the room was 78. The pool did not look ever clean, but the pool area was decent. The parking lot seemed pretty secure and was easy to access the hwy from.

Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Close to all area attractions and restaurants. Has a small starbucks and store with everything you may need last minute.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom fan did not work and the bathroom sink was a slow drain. The ceiling in the bathroom looked to have black spots like mold. I could see that it had been painted over at some point in viewing the painted patch which is located right above the toilet. The walk-in shower appeared to be old and stained. I try never to complain…however, I chose not to stay a second night.

The hotel's interior is beautiful! The restaurant is OK. The rooms are a little small but the maids do an excellent job. We enjoyed our stay.

The activities of the adjacent room were like watching an adult video. Additionally the hallways and elevator were dirty. The first room I was given was not clean when I entered which caused me to doubt the freshness of the sheets in the next room I was given. Housekeeping was definitely deficient. Combined with unrequested adult theatre sound from the adjacent room I would not recommend this hotel if you are traveling with children or wish for a pleasant experience.

It was very nice. Love the hotel, love the friendly atmosphere. Only wish there were microwaves in the rooms.

Great experience all around. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Only suggestion would be the pillows on the beds are super flat after lying down to sleep. We woke up with headaches.

Nice hotel, but the noise from the restaurant/lobby downstairs is loud. Also, the interstate noise is extremely distracting, especially when trying to sleep. As much as it cost, I expected it to be quieter. On the plus side, the room was spacious and bed was comfy. Updated shower, but the floors weren’t swept. I tried to book an additional night and the price went up over $50 for the night. No breakfast included and paying to park is ridiculous with the rates. It wouldn’t be somewhere I’d stay again.

Our room was on the side next to I-85. LOTS of traffic noise all night. The hotel is built with a giant atrium in the center which provides amplified noise from guests in the lobby/bar/restaurant area. So, if you're looking for a good night's sleep - may want to book elsewhere.

The room we stayed in was on the interstate side of the building and was quite noisy. Pro tip, ask for a room adjacent from the interstate.

Staff was kind and patient. Property was clean . Netflix and other tv app were not working during our stay and there was no one available to help troubleshoot or fix the issue .

The staff was IMPECCABLE!!! That is not an exaggeration!!! The place was clean and great but the staff is what has made me a repeat customer whenever I return to Atlanta!!!

The front desk staff were incredible. I was there during a stressful time during my daughter‘s debate tournament or some things kind of didn’t pan out as I was instructed as a chaperone. And your staff completely saw me and helped me feel comfortable and took care of me that weekend in the kindest most compassionate way I would definitely return. You have an amazing hotel and staff.

This hotel will charge the card you place on file for incidentals if they are unable to charge the Expedia card. When I checked into the hotel, I was advised to place a card on file for incidentals only of $100. On the day of checkout, I received a text from my bank stating they were attempting to take $261 from my account. When I called the front desk to question why they were attempting to take money from my account when I had no incidentals. They stated it was a mistake and they weren’t trying to take any money from my bank account. I had bank alerts so I advised I can see clearly that you have attempted to take money from my account. Artis stated that the third party card was not working and I would be refunded on my card once Expedia’s card works. I asked if there’s anything I needed to do, I was advised no.During checkout I went by the desk to make sure I wouldn’t be charged and for some record that I had no incidentals in case I needed to dispute the charges. Again Artis stated I can’t get anything in writing and that I was not being charged. I again accepted his word, when I received another message from my bank stating they were attempting to pull another $161 from my bank account.I guess at this point Artis was tried of seeing me cause he was yelling and belligerent b/c I called Expedia directly to have them immediately resolve the issue. He was charging $0 to the Expedia card that’s why it didn’t work. So now I have $497 on hold b/c of this hotel. Never going back.

Angel was great at the front desk. Her friendly personality made me and friends feel so welcomed to be at the hotel Friday evening.

Amazing experience. Excellent customer service. Nice location. A short distance from mid and downtown but far enough from the busyness. Only 4 stars and not 5 on comfort because the air conditioning was not blowing as cold. Would recommend and stay again!

Close to I 85 and relatively quiet. Easy to locate. Within a half mile from the restaurant where we were attending a high school reunion. The nightly rate was very low and included free parking. Staff was very friendly. In addition an onsite restaurant there two small shops where you can buy breakfast rolls, juices and Starbucks coffee.

The cafe has limited hours. This is an older hotel. It looks a lot better in the pictures. I think they charge to much for the rooms. Rooms are small and you can hear people in the hallway.

First of all, the front desk copies your credit card for incidentals - which is normal. What they fail to tell you is that they are going to immediately charge $100.00 to the card. They refund it?, I guess if there is no problem with your stay, but I still have not received the refund. 3-5 days is what I was told. It's been longer than that. Second- I was given a promo on Expedia site - free parking. The hotel charged me $15 per day for parking anyway. When I contacted Expedia they promised to check into this as it should not have been charged and I am still waiting to hear from them. I was on the 2nd floor and the noise from the atrium (lobby echo) was loud enough that I could hear it from my room. It went on all night long. In addition to voices - there is music playing in the lobby all night and I could hear that as well. The breakfast is very expensive not to mention the prices in the little store (2 cans of wine spritzer $17). It cost $11 for a small glass of house wine in the bar. Ridiculous. If you want Wi-Fi in your room they charge extra for that as well. The pool area was small but nice and the room was clean. The area is a business district but convenient to I-85. One bright spot: there is a fabulous French restaurant less that a mile away that is worth a visit which has reasonable prices and the food is to die for! I would not stay at this hotel again.

Just an overnighter for my moms bday...Dinner was delicious, the seafood linguine, packed with a nice assortment of seafood and she enjoyed the crabcakes

The breakfast area was really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was great!

What is the perfect stay down the street from my job nice clean room and comfortable bed. You can tell it’s an old property, but renovated.. they have Starbucks inside. They have another restaurant and they serve breakfast daily, but the breakfast is an extra charge I think of about $23 per person.

I was basically satisfied but didn't like the noise from the highway. In addition, the food in your restaurant that I ordered wasn't very good. It felt like it was heated in the microwave.
