We stayed at this hotel for three nights - arrived late in the evening on the first night so was grateful for the 24hr reception. Things we liked about the hotel were it’s location (very close to a lot of public transport), friendly staff and generally very clean and tidy place. The I would say the main disappointment was the fact that our room was separated over two floors - I hadn’t perceived this was an option from the photos when making the booking. The downstairs area was bathroom and table/chairs. The upstairs area was bed, coffee table and small wardrobe. But the bed was so close to the top of the stairs that if you slept on one side you had to be careful when getting in and out of bed. Also on that same side was a low diagonal beam and a cupboard - very much a squeeze. One night I got up and hit my head very hard on the low beam because I couldn’t see it in the dark. I think it would be worth having something to protect the beam.

We were welcomed by a really lovely young man on reception. Room was clean and neat, and everything worked. Tea and coffee-making and mini-kitchen were a nice touch. Beware very low beams in certain places - I hit my head on one of them. Hard. Hotel very much recommended. For dinner, we recommend nearby Loulou or the Ethioian places opposite Loulou.

Stayed here solo, room was tiny and perfect! Great breakfast and a short walk from nation station. Friendly people at the front desk and very clean all around! Tiny elevator was a cute surprise, thanks again :)

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, the breakfast was very tasty in the morning, there was no fridge in the room, but that's not a problem, we could use the cafeteria fridge, all the staff are very friendly, we had a very good time, thank you.

La posizione non è centralissima ma a questo hotel non manca nulla. La stanza ha tutto il necessario. Comodo il servizio di reception h24 e il deposito bagagli senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla a 600 metri dalla stazione di Nation dove fermano 4 diverse metro che ti portano in centro con circa 25/35 minuti e la RER A che porta direttamente a disneyland paris in circa 40 minuti. Lo consiglio assolutamente per chi cerca il giusto compromesso tra centro città e disneyland Paris

Della colazione non abbiamo usufruito perché ha un prezzo molto elevato, come spesso capita a Parigi. Très joli petit hôtel, bien placé à Nation, les chambres sont petites mais bien agencées. SBD excellentes. Une table un peu plus grande pour travailler aurait été pratique. Super clean en tout cas. Accueil très pro et sympathique.

Collegata bene con la vicinanza metro “ Nation” e la “rer” Pulizia bagno da migliorare. Abbiamo trovato sia in doccia che sul lavandino, un batuffolo di capelli lunghi. Per il resto ok.

The best stay in Paris! All staffs are so welcoming and attentive, and the room was very clean. We stayed for one week, and the room was being cleaned every single day which was so nice. I also want to thank Azeeza who let me keep some important stuff in the fridge. The location is also perfect, close to good restaurants, boulangerie, and etc. Only 20 minutes to les marais! We’ll definitely come back for sure.

My (single) room was not very spacious, but it was very well equiped and comfortable. The bed was excellent and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a quiet street, nearby shops, restaurants and the metro. All in all it was very positive.

Only issues was the size of the bed. Our booking said queen bed but our room had a double. When asked, we were told that every room has the same size bed as what we have. Overall it was still comfortable and clean and in a lovely area

Gute Unterkunft, freundlicher Empfang, sichere und ruhige Umgebung, Frühstück in Ordnung, beste Anbindung an das Metronetz (Haltestelle Nation). Das Doppelzimmer (einfachste Kategorie) sehr klein, ich (1.91 m) war mit meinem Sohn (1.82 m) unterwegs und das Schlafen im Doppelbett mit 1.20 m Breite war grenzwertig. Fazit: empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder in einem Zimmer der nächsthöheren Kategorie.

J’ai passé une très bonne nuit dans cet hôtel. La chambre était joliment décorée, avec une ambiance agréable et soignée. Le personnel était particulièrement accueillant et sympathique, toujours prêt à rendre service. Seul petit bémol : l’insonorisation pourrait être améliorée, car on entend un peu les bruits des autres chambres. Mais dans l’ensemble, une bonne expérience !

Maravilhosa, quarto grande, bom chuveiro e funcionários muito cordiais. Portaria 24h e a localização é excelente próximo a estações de metro e uma das linhas com integração para vários lugares inclusive os pontos turísticos mais famosos, voltaria e recomendo. Uma dica que ajudaria muito os viajantes seria um frigobar no quarto mas nada que mude a experiência.
Maravilhosa, quarto grande, bom chuveiro e funcionários muito cordiais. Portaria 24h e a localização é excelente próximo a estações de metro e uma das linhas com integração para vários lugares inclusive os pontos turísticos mais famosos, voltaria e recomendo. Uma dica que ajudaria muito os viajantes seria um frigobar no quarto mas nada que mude a experiência.

A nice stay. The hotel is clean and had a nice renovation. Location is great. Only down side is that the walls are paper thin, you have to specifically ask at the front desk to get the heat/aircon ‘activated’, and a small point but we asked for ice and they didn’t have any. They said they would get some for the next day but this never happened. Not a big deal though. Would stay again.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel to the extent I left and didnt even finish my stay and left after 2 nights. There is probably 1 staff member for the entire hotel, so when I arrived in the afternoon I waited for 20 minutes bc the desk was empty - when I called the number the phone on the desk just rang and no one came. Overall the hotel has a overwhelming feeling of cheapness - lots of plastic, thin walls, not super clean space. The room itself was extremely small, which could be fine but the noise, thin walls, and poor setup was an extreme turnoff. (no mattress pad on the bed, extremely thin cheap towels, etc). The bathroom is so small as a petite woman my knees hit the wall. As I was having a friend join me, I decided to change hotels as this room is impossible for two people. I had paid extra fees upon check in for an additional guest, which the hotel refused to refund even though I left early, and the second guest never came. Overall, I would never step foot in this hotel again and do not recommend unless you are on a low budget and dont care much about where you stay. Its also very far from the fun parts of Paris.

Amazing staff. Great rooms. There is tea!!!! With milk. It made my day. Rooms are typical Parisian size, but comfortable. Anyway I have booked another stay. Lost of buses and a metro station nearby.

Our room was spotless and fresh, better than expected! The staff were super helpful and welcoming and we immediately felt comfortable. I will recommend District nation to family and friends, and we will definitely return on our next Paris visit!

The best stay in Paris! All staffs are so welcoming and attentive, and the room was very clean. We stayed for one week, and the room was being cleaned every single day which was so nice. Nice place to stay in Paris if you plan to go to an event at Bercy. A relatively quiet location for the city, since it's not off of a main street. Very easily accessible to the metro and friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay at District Nation. It was very clean and we found it quite safe coming back late at night, as it’s only a 5 minute walk from Nation station. The location was good as we were visiting both Disneyland and the central tourist sites. There are also plenty of local bakeries and cafes nearby, so a great stay if you want to experience somewhere less touristy. The staff were friendly and tidied the room each day, including changing the towels if requested. The only downside was that the soap provided in the shower was a combined hair, body and hand soap, so you might want to bring your own shampoo and shower gel!

La posizione non è centralissima ma a questo hotel non manca nulla. La stanza ha tutto il necessario. Comodo il servizio di reception h24 e il deposito bagagli senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla a 600 metri dalla stazione di Nation dove fermano 4 diverse metro che ti portano in centro con circa 25/35 minuti e la RER A che porta direttamente a disneyland paris in circa 40 minuti. Lo consiglio assolutamente per chi cerca il giusto compromesso tra centro città e disneyland Paris

My (single) room was not very spacious, but it was very well equiped and comfortable. The bed was excellent and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a quiet street, nearby shops, restaurants and the metro. All in all it was very positive.

Hotel situato in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso, abbiamo sempre dormito bene, fondamentale quando si è in giro tutto il giorno. Camera piccola, ma pulita e con letto comodo. Nel bagno una bella doccia grande, viceversa lavandino un po' troppo piccolo e scomodo per lavarsi la faccia. Unica pecca la colazione, non all'altezza del prezzo.

This was a great option for our stay during the Olympics. Very convenient to several train lines and the RER A. Room was bigger than expected. Breakfast not worth paying for if it is not included.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 2 notti. La camera ed il bagno sono molto piccoli ed essenziali ma non manca nulla. Della colazione non abbiamo usufruito perché ha un prezzo molto elevato, come spesso capita a Parigi. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Nation station, with easy access to both the Metro and RER. Personally, I found my room compact but very well-designed and comfortable. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi both worked perfectly, and everything was spotlessly clean, including the bedding and bathroom. As a female traveller, I also really appreciated having plenty of hangers, which is not always the case in hotels! What made my stay even better was the thoughtful service from the reception staff. I arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, and they were incredibly helpful. As soon as my room was ready, they contacted me by email, just as I had requested, so I could check in a little earlier, freshen up, and get some rest after my journey. I really appreciated this kind gesture. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Paris!
