Our room was not as clean as we would have liked, particularly on the floor. Most people would have likely not been bothered, but we have a one year old who explored every inch of the space. Furthermore, the shower curtain was thin and not water resistant so water was all over the floor every time we showered. Lastly, the shower drain was broken and dirty. Again, would not have been the biggest deal if we didn’t have 2 kids

When I was there I went to breakfast only once do to the cook coming out hollering & shouting at me me am I gonna eat 3 waffles I can’t take no food back to my room I can’t have a to go try in front of everyone the other customers didn’t like the way in which day he had disrespected me as well then on another instance the next day when I went down and said something to management about the room when they came in the clean that they did not clean the tub or clean the floor in the bathroom or anything because I have red hair and my hair was still in the bathroom as well on the tub and her response to me was they turned down rooms every other day, but they came in and made up the bed and gave up towels, so that was really just an excuse then she asked me what did I want cause I can’t give you a free room because you booked through a third-party, but the management had already took out a night due to the cook, hollering and disrespecting me in which as he did ruined my appetite, I did not finish eating my food and that was $15 per person for breakfast so my money was wasted and when she told me that that she couldn’t takeoff a free night due to a third-party it just let me know how and truthful that she was then she also told me that the hotel didn’t have anything to do with the valet parking as well so they are misleading. Your room is barely clean correctly and be nasty if you’re not cleaning up behind yourself, but that mean they didn’t clean out after the previous guests
