The hot tub was terrible it was brown water the pool was not clear and to many kids in it there was a show that took place across the street from the hotel and when we returned to the hotel all those people that was seeing the show they used the hotel parking to parked they cars and there’s was not parking for the hotel guests which wasn’t not fair they have to better accommodate for they hotel guest

I didn't like the parking fee to park your own car in a open parking lot! The fact that they took out the parking fee twice 😒 other than that the stay was great, breakfast was awesome, but you didn't have many chooses with the complimentary drinks. I would book here again but pay for parking with cash

Overall...the property was pretty nice with a couple of hiccups. One big one for us was we arrived and wanted to use the hottub and pool and the hottub was around 70 degrees...same temp as the pool. We then figured out that the hottub had been cleaned at 4pm that afternoon. Then in the morning...fire alarms going off...have to walk down 4 flights of stairs at 630 am...just kind of left a bad taste. This was after checking in virtually and still having to wait im line at the front desk because Hilton Rewards app doesnt work well with Expedia I guess?? Just overall an average stay for a hotel that has a very above average price.

After an 8 hour drive I was really looking forward to a soak in the hot tub before bed. At check in I asked how late the hot tub was open and they said it was closed. It was 7pm. When I asked about hours they said it was out of order. Then I asked about changing my reservation to a hotel with a functioning hot tub. They said I would have to go through hotels.com to change my reservation and a refund was not guaranteed. After such a long drive I did not feel like searching for a new place to stay or having to deal with the hassle of a third party to get a refund. So disappointing. When I went to check out the pool it was obvious the hot tub had been out of service for a while. It’s unfortunate they did not mention that on their website. I would have definitely booked another hotel.

Staff were great. Had a small hiccup when paying the security fee, but my bank was able to clear it up with staff. Room was clean, pool was okay. The tile floor used in the pool room is extremely slippery when wet. The hot tub was in need of service. The jets were weak, and the temperature was not very hot. Overall the stay was nice. I'm not sure if I'd book here again, though.

So first of all we entered the parking lot and had to take a ticket into the back lot which was the wrong lot. It was at this time that I read the ticket and it said “free for 30 minutes” there was an absolute crater in the road and we had to go back around to the other entrance which also had a take a ticket gate thing. I now realized we were probably going to have to pay for parking on top of the rental car for some reason. I don’t think I have ever paid for parking at a hotel. There was a scanner for our hotel room key card but that did not work. I told the front desk I had a rental car also and they made no mention of it. Breakfast was good for me - mainly the omelette - my wife thought the eggs were gross, On top of paying for parking I kid you not - on our final night I was so thirsty and needed a water bottle, came all the way down to the lobby and they were sold out of any water bottles at all. Went to bed and woke up even more thirsty - went back down at 7am and still no water of any kind. Had to pay to leave the lot before checking out - Then come back in and take another ticket and pay again when we left to checkout around 10am This process was insane I just refused to let it get to me in the moment. Also if you lose your ticket the cost is $50 so thank god I never lost mine but honestly super goofy with that process and definitely got taken for a ride there. Not to mention I took pictures of the hot tub it was green the night we got there and whole time

Could not get enough towels because they were understaffed. Indoor pool area was incredibly slippery. No pool towels. Room did not stay cold; it was 61 degrees on the thermostat and humid/warm. Not enough seating for breakfast including two large seating areas that were roped off because they were broken. $27 for parking.

The room was perfectly clean. Beds were comfy. My only complaint the entire stay…barn doors. Nobody traveling with friends or coworkers (or even family) wants a barn door closure for the bathroom door. Breakfast and the managers reception were great as usual for the brand.

After visiting the location at Kennesaw Station, this hotel needs a make over. They parking fees are hidden and I just don’t trust this hotel chain anymore. PLUS there was MOLD in the ice machine on the 4th floor. Worst experience through Expedia in 5 years!

My family stayed for one night celebrating a special day . The only bright spot was the gentleman who checked us in his smile and personality were captivating. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the your hand 6 inches under the water . The hot tub was beyond dirty and luke warm at best , pool bathrooms were dirty overflowing trash and non working toilet. After swimming or attempting to swim. We went the bar I when I walked up to the bar the guard said she’ll be right back she came Back and then stood complaining about another guest for 3 min before coming over to see what I needed . I ordered my drink , she snarled her nose and said “really yuck?” I said yeah few people order it . She said a single or tall I said tall she said tall vodka or tall Coke I said vodka . She repeated it again and shook her head in digust. It was a vodka, Diet Coke with a lime not difficult. She then made it wrong with Coke vs Diet Coke . This morning the breakfast was many options but the eggs and sausage were cold and the omelet station was out of multiple things at 9 am . Room was clean but I booked for 4 people and only had two towels and when I asked for more they were out .

I honestly was disappointed about this stay. The hotel room needed to be serviced. Our AC wasn’t working properly so the room stayed pretty warm in the night. The mini fridge did not work so we couldn’t keep our food in there. The bathtub looked a little dirty and it had paint chippings all over it. We also wanted to use the pool and spa, that didn’t work out. The spa was yellow and the pool itself was cloudy. They both needed to be cleaned so we just went back to the room. And lastly, my phone was stolen when I went to the lobby to buy a coffee at the front desk. I set it down to pay and walked to the parking lot, when I noticed I turned around and went back it was gone. A lady at the front was trying to help me by using the “find my iPhone” but by that time they turned it off. So overall with the hotel condition itself and that experience with my phone I wouldn’t return.

The hotel room was nice however I do wish they did a better job cleaning it. The phone was filthy and had coffee spills on the cord, and I don’t drink coffee 👀. The hotel also wasn’t far from my activities which was a plus, but it sucked I had to uber/ lyft to the airport because the shuttle wasn’t running.

Our room was in at the end of a hall in a "corner" and was not oddly laid out. Lots of empty space which could have been better used. Hardly any surface space (unless you counted the king bed). Sink in bathroom had about 6 inches of counter space on each side, and the right side had the tissue box and soap dish, so no place to put much in the way of toiletries or makeup. Due to how the room was set-up, had to be careful not to run into the TV (which hung from the ceiling). Since we were at the end of the hall, it was quiet and it was a clean room, just difficult to maneuver around and very limited counter space. Also, couldn't get the door to open - took 3 tries upon check-in and 6-7 when we can in for the night. When I told the front desk at check-out, was told some of the door locks/handles were put on wrong and it had to be lifted up instead of pushed down. Think that would be an important thing to know at check in.

Not having a smart tv was the worst. One tv didn't work. The cable offered is cheap and we ended up watching the news. Couldn't cool the room down. Even with the temperature at the lowest setting the room was still very warm. Pro very quiet.

1st room we went into was cig smoky too much, got another and it was fine. 1st room was very smokey smelling, so we mived to better room. Rooms were nice. Very well layed out, nice bathroom. Coffee, refridge and microwave. Comfortable beds and flat screen in both rooms. The hotel is a little older, but not bad The best part ess its right across the stteet from the Cobb Energy Centre for the concertt we were going to so, just walked across the street.

Everyone was great and friendly. Perks were nice. Place was nice and convenient. Our room was in a “hole” in a corner #317, King room. I understand that housekeeping have to do their job to prepare for the day. I did not expect that would start at 6:30 am outside my door with a constant slamming of the Staff Supply room door. Our room was awakened each morning with this at way earlier than we would have ever appreciated. Awful. No sleeping in here. Breakfast is way loud. You hear dishes clanking early too. The combo was too much. Will NOT be back here, and I am a member. Sorry it was this way. Unfortunate.

Loved the omelet from the omelet station. The breakfast staff was phenomenal. I wish the check in/front desk staff had been equally wonderful. I found some of them to be less friendly or accomodating. Usually Embassy Suites has a top notch front end staff. I missed that this time. Also, no complimentary afternoon cocktails offered. Check in at 4 pm seems later than others.

Arrived at 4:00 for check in and room was not cleaned, so had to wait 30 minutes to check in. We were not the only ones, several guests club not check in due to rooms not being cleaned. Obviously, hotel needs more staff to help get rooms ready for all the guests.

We stay at this property frequently and they are always on point! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet and conveniently located near many things (shopping, dining, concerts, etc). Shout out to Cassandra and Anita who made check-in/out super easy. I always recommend this Embassy Suites to anyone visiting this area of Atlanta.

The Customer Service was first class. It was an extremely busy holiday weekend and the staff handled it well. Barbara especially was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to secure me a room during the check-in process. Also gave me tips on when to arrive at the event I was into for. The advice she gave me worked. The entire process wirh check in was unprofessional. Even though i received confirmation, they couldn't find reservation. They found a room, not like the one i requested including the price. Checkout was just as bad. No receipt!

The location was perfect because our venue was right across the street! There is a shuttle that will drive you around within 3 miles and until 10pm! That was great! The hotel breakfast was great! The rooms could definitely use an update but overall this hotel was perfect for our stay! If you’re looking for a secure stay especially in Atlanta, this is it. You must have a room key to enter and leave the parking lot.

Nice newer Embassy Suites. Many Dining options within walking distance. Truist Park is a nice 25 minute walk however the hotel does have shuttle service to/from walking bridge on Braves game days. Downside was did not get maid service first night. Had noisy guests above me but can’t fault the staff for that.

My son and I attended the mlb allstar game. The hotel was the perfect location for that. The shuttle helped me tremendously. The staff were all amazing.

The hotel was perfect location for our stay . Walking distance from the Cobb energy center . The room was clean and spacious . Close to the Battery which has lots of restaurants and bars, would love to stay longer

The stay was good. However I was unable to get any type of service at the restaurant due to the long lines for free drinks. I ended up having to leave without eating. There appeared to be only one server.

Staff was very friendly. Had a great time at the bar during the happy hour. Stayed for dinner and chatted with the girls at the bar that were so nice. Drinks were excellent

Breakfast ends at 9:00, a little early for a full house, large groups came down at8:30, there was only one grill cook cooking one item at a time, line was 22 people long, when we got to the front of line the cook would only cook one omelet, my wife was with children at the table. Then an employee told everyone the line was cut of behind us and shut overhead door, would not even give us bacon which was already cooked in a large bowl. When we tried to get to the self serve area the employees shut doors and took remaining food away to the back. It was 9:04 not even an orange or toast left out , ended up spending $50 at Chic fil a. Never had that experience at a Hilton property before. Very disappointing. Maybe that just reflects on Atlanta as a whole?

First off was not happy about your hidden fees!! The pillows had no support whatsoever, bathroom floor was dirty and what’s up with all the dim lights throughout the whole room and especially in the bathroom!! Oh and this was the worse breakfast I’ve ever had from any hotel!! And all this from the Hilton name!! I’ve stayed in much better hotels for half the cost!! I won’t stay at a Hilton ever again!!

The staff was friendly and housekeeping was courteous during our multiple day stay. The breakfast buffet was welcomed addition. It’s hard to find hotels with a breakfast option. We especially enjoyed being able to get made to order omelets. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Overall, this is a nice hotel, but maybe not quite what I expect from an Embassy Suites by Hiliton property. The "office" chair in the living room was well worn, The phone in the bedroom was inoperable. The mini fridge was not completely stable and would tilt when you opened it. Also, I was surprised to find that there was no coffee access after the end of breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Galleria! The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and offered some great perks that really made our stay enjoyable. One of our favorite benefits was the two complimentary drinks per person, per night, which was a fantastic touch and made relaxing at the end of the day even better. The breakfast was another highlight. The cook-to-order egg station was excellent, and we especially enjoyed having options like avocado toast made fresh. It was a great way to start the morning, and the quality and variety exceeded our expectations. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent breakfast, and thoughtful complimentary perks made this a great value. Location is great as well close to a few restuarants and shopping centers.
