Perfect location! We stayed here to go to the Braves game. There is a free shuttle that runs from 7am - 10:30pm. The customer service was amazing! If you don’t want to wait on the shuttle, the walk to the stadium is only about 5 minutes. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance (right next to the stadium). The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely come back again!!

Breakfast was very good but pricey if not included in your room rate. Parking is quite expensive as well but so close to Truist Park and all the good restaurants and bar in the battery that it makes up for it. We walked and used the shuttle for game days and enjoy our stay every time.

Wonderful location if going for a braves game. Grounds were nice, pool area wonderful and the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Also really appreciated that it was 24 hour. Complimentary shuttle to Truist Park was an added bonus! Room was clean and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, on site self parking. Room was on the expensive side, despite having the bare minimum offerings. No fridge, microwave, or safe. My air conditioner mad an awful high pitched sound when turned on, possibly in need or servicing. Did have a balcony overlooking the pool, which was nice. Parking was an additional fee, and quite a high one, at $20 per night. “Late night” food options only available until 11pm. Otherwise, facility was clean and inviting, and staff were reasonably pleasant.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time it has been delightful. The rooms are comfy and clean. The staff is always friendly. The shuttle to the Braves stadium is a huge plus!

Stayed here while passing through to see a Braves game with my kids at the beginning of July. Booked it last minute due to a logistical error on my part at another hotel. Check in was fine. Put our bags in the room, then hurried to Truist Park for the game. Didn’t get back until late, so I didn’t even think to check the sheets and towels. Woke up the next morning, and I almost used a dirty towel that was folded and placed in the clean towel area. It had brown streak marks on it. Didn’t want to verify whether feces or dirt. Then, I go to wake my kids up and find dried blood smeared all along the side of the bed on the sheets and pillows, mere inches from where my kids put their head. Did my due diligence to check for a nose bleed, but neither had had one during the night. It appeared as if the maids had just folded over the blood in an attempt to hurry up. Don’t stay here.

The purpose of my trip was to attend a baseball game at The Truist Park. The location proved to be ideal. A brief 13-minute walk with ample guidance from officers ensured a safe pedestrian experience. The hotel lobby was well-appointed and the bar offered exceptional wings and pizza at a reasonable price. However, my stay on the 3rd floor was marred by a rundown and uncomfortably hot hallway. The room was smaller than anticipated and the bathroom lacked a clean appearance and proper ventilation. Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to concerns regarding cleanliness.

Stayed overnight while visiting Atlanta. I expected a higher standard from the Marriott but it was just okay 2/5. There were chocolate crumbs or droppings all over the desk. Not sure what it was really. But it seemed like the desk wasn’t cleaned. The bed sheets looked wrinkled like someone slept in it and the cleaning staff just remade it without washing them. The hallway on the second floor had a strong mildew smell. The hotel needs to be aired out

Definitely a much older property. It could use some updates. Ceiling looked like it had a leak at one point. The room had a humid and moisture damage feel and smell. The hot water didn't really work in the shower and the air conditioner was on its last leg, very loud. Other than those things it looked like it could've been a nice property at one time. The staff was very friendly and helpful I will say.

As for the staff, I had to call the property phone number in order to get in contact with someone for extra towels and when I go in contact with someone the towels never came. After almost an hour, I assumed they were busy with checkin for the concert, I went down to get the towels myself. I noticed at least 4 staff members standing at the desk, with no customers there.

Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of The Battery. However, I booked a room with a King bed but was given one with 2 full beds instead. Besides this, the shower head was cheap and only had one setting which was a jet. The thermostat didn't function properly either, blasting out heat when it was set on 66F. To top everything off, the thermostat stopped working entirely our last night so we couldn't change the temperature at all.

Check in was a breeze. ALEJANDRA went above and beyond to satisfy all my request.. As a matter fact, all of the staff (in the bar and in the restaurant)were very professional and friendly, and we’re ready to help at all times. The room was clean and comfortable. And quiet. It had a beautiful view from the balcony, but unfortunately, the balcony door would not open. The only other negative I would say would be the furniture was outdated. The bathroom looked like it had fresh tile and wallpaper. The water pressure was outstanding. I was there for two Braves games, and they had a shuttle that would take you and pick you up, but it was such a easy walk that I decided to walk instead. Next time in Atlanta, I will stay here again

Worst check in experience ever. We literally had to get ready in the lobby restroom since the room wasn’t ready yet. After surviving that uncomfortable experience we returned to the desk and was supposedly offered an upgrade probably because I mentioned reporting the inconvenience. Come to find out there wasn’t any changes to my stay. We were lied to, most likely to keep quiet. Multiple women had to get ready in the lobby bathroom like an high school gym class. Expected to pay full price and we didn’t have access to a room once we arrived. We won’t be returning to this hotel again. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff was nice and very helpful. Liked both shuttle drivers that we come in contact with. The shuttle will take you anywhere within a three mile radius of the hotel. Everything was really good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was rude and there were hundreds of people in the lobby and bar because they would not check anyone in until after 5pm when all the guests were there for an event that started at 5:30. People were having to get ready in the bathroom and returning their luggage to their vehicles. Absolutely unacceptable!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean, concierge lounge was really great for breakfast, snacks and evening bites and the mobile key card was a great feature to have. Conveniently located near Truist allowing a brief walk to the stadium without needing to battle parking and traffic there. Definitely will consider another Marriott in the future!

Perfect location! We stayed here to go to the Braves game. There is a free shuttle that runs from 7am - 10:30pm. The customer service was amazing! If you don’t want to wait on the shuttle, the walk to the stadium is only about 5 minutes. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance (right next to the stadium). The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely come back again!!

I didn't like that they did not have a "FREE" breakfast or more than teh 1 pack of coffee available in the room. Coffee prices and prices for the breakfast buffet were far too high, especially when considering the cost of the rooms.

Smelled like marijuana as soon as you get walk into the lobby. The service at the Rocks restaurant and bar was slow. And the chairs in the restaurant were dirty with food particles and the fabric was matted down. The hotel is getting run down in general. And even worse they decided to use a gas powered leaf blower around the grounds at 12:30 a.m. for over an hour.

They accommodated our early check in and had a room ready for us, which was greatly appreciated. The team working the restaurant Saturday night hustled to get us our food, with a very packed house, so went above and beyond for service.

Breakfast was very good but pricey if not included in your room rate. Parking is quite expensive as well but so close to Truist Park and all the good restaurants and bar in the battery that it makes up for it. We walked and used the shuttle for game days and enjoy our stay every time.

We always try to stay here for the ballgames between the Red Sox and Braves. It is perfect walking distance and you feel safe even after the game. The hotel has a great restaurant that serves a great breakfast buffet and dinner is offered as well. The food is of great quality and delicious. They also offer room service with the food that is available off their menu. The personal, from the desk clerks, servers in the bar/restaurant, cleaning personnel and managers are very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The rooms are in the process of being updated which it does need but the rooms are clean and comfortable. This is our hotel of choice every time we are in Atlanta for ballgames.

My air conditioner mad an awful high pitched sound when turned on, possibly in need or servicing. Did have a balcony overlooking the pool, which was nice. Parking was an additional fee, and quite a high one, at $20 per night. “Late night” food options only available until 11pm. Otherwise, facility was clean and inviting, and staff were reasonably pleasant.

The hotel needs a refresh but the bathroom was adequate and the bed and pillows were comfortable and the elevator was never crowded. We did not eat at the restaurant. The shuttle will take you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel and you call to have them pick you up. If you leave the ballpark at the let out time you may have to walk back to the hotel due to traffic, which is all downhill and only 0.5 miles. We always got something to eat after the game and called the shuttle later.

Room was small and in need of major updating. Old tub with a an old shower curtain. No refrigerator or safe in the room. Furniture was old and worn. Hallways looked like an old hospital. Extremely disappointed in a Marriott property like this.
