Vending machines either did not work (drinks were dispensed hotter than being left at room temp, hit or miss one did not take cards and other did not give change when cash used. Ice machine on our floor did not work. Curtains seem to be a little outdated or damaged barely working on slides. As well as when there is an event going on there, it seemed there was never enough working elevators for such a large hotel there needs to be more ways to get to and from your rooms because the stars were hard to locate .

Lots of broken stuff. Two exterior doors didn't open even with keyboards. The three ice machines I found all were broken. I gave up on the ice...how long am I supposed to look for a working machine? Especially when I am not convinced there is a working machine. It just felt like the hotel was in decline. I had stuff delivered from Walmart and they would not keep it behind the counter, but in a table where everyone can steal it. Fortunately nobody did. I asked why they wouldn't hold it behind the counter and they said for liability reasons. Whatever that means. I had two small boxes shipped to me at the hotel. They would not hold that either for liability reasons and instead sent it to the fed ex office where I had to pay $15 handling fee on each box. This is a really bad system. I never stay at nice hotels and thought I was in for a treat, but I was disappointed.

Check-in went smoothly as well. The biggest issue I had was with the valet parking service on the day of check-out. At exactly 11:00 AM, housekeeping knocked on my door to make sure I had checked out—even though I was still in the room and asked for just 2 or 3 more minutes. I found that a bit pushy. But what really frustrated me was the valet. I waited 1 hour and 5 minutes to get my car back. I asked three different times if my request had been submitted, and each time they said yes and told me to give them another 10 minutes. They kept repeating that, and in the end, I missed a reservation I had with friends because of the delay. No real explanation, just a quick "we're sorry." Because of this valet issue and the aging condition of the hotel, I’m giving 3 stars. The stay was fine, but the last impression was unfortunately disappointing.

Be prepared this hotel is huge. We stayed in the south tower. Only 4 elevators for 12-15 (I can’t remember the exact amount of floors) prepare to wait a minimum of 15 minutes each time you need to go anywhere in the building. We waited over 30 minutes at one point. With all four elevators working. While we were there 24 hrs the majority of the time we noticed they periodically breaking down. It was horrible. The hotel roomed need a proper update too. It looks like they have tired to update some what but it has a lipstick on a pig feel.

The hotel was very dark. The pool was nasty. I spoke with customer service rep and manager and explained I did not get the same room that I purchased they mentioned because it was third-party. They cannot change the room that was on display and they did offer me a day voucher.

Stayed here for the weekend during ComiCon. Our original Suite was not available, due to overbooking, but the staff gave us an additional room at no charge to help split up the sleeping arrangements. Housekeeping did not come by; front desk said we elected out of it - but I didn't check it anywhere. Pool was really small and full of kids. My bed in the smaller room (#1774) was extremely uncomfortable. The king bed in the Jr Suite (#1783) was way more comfortable; very nice room. We did not experience the dining options at the hotel.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Building layout is not intuitive, and I am still not sure how we got the elevator to finally stop on our floor. Sixty bucks to park is frustrating but the valets are very efficient. If you are in town for something at State Farm Arena this place can't be beat. You don't even have to go outside to get there.

BLACK MOLD! Yes we were reimbursed for the room but we were both extremely sick from exposure not knowing the mold was inches from our faces as we slept each night and hidden by the curtain . We only found it the day we were leaving because we lost something and we happened to move the curtain, so we were there 3 days unknowning. As of now I have not been reimbursed for my medical bills nor medications and I refuse to keep calling and having my caps not returned by their insurance company. At this point; it's on Omni to do the right thing regardless, because Omni dropped the ball when having us fill out claim forms which kept insurance company from doing their job, which is covering those expenses and one should not have to work so hard to get reimbursed medical expenses.

It was the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed at on floor 27th . Besides the party music from Friday night in the street. My only complain is I could tell the pillow sheets were were dirty from the previews tenant and that is the worse .

The Omni is typically very nice. This particular time we ate at the hotel bar restaurant cockroaches came out. "A worker" walked over in disbelief and killed them for us. However, when we told another worker it was said " Ok, everyone has them". This remark was unacceptable, no one wants to eat with bugs walking around your plate. Not to mention, there were gnats swarming around as well. All other parts of the hotel was fine.

Food options were decent. Great coffee bar and sandwiches. Slightly pricey but decent. The break feast at south kitchen is cold and expensive. The service is great. The rooms are date and the decor is boring. My room 814 was hot and a/c was on 63 just to stay somewhat cool. Staying at the Omni you’re just paying for a name.

Our room was spacious, clean, & comfortable with a great view. We were within walking distance of many restaurants/attractions. We were extremely satisfied with the valet service, check-in, & check-out process. We’ll definitely be staying at the Omni again!

There was no water available in my shower! My wife and I went to take a shower in the morning and couldn’t. We had to call the front desk and they sent an engineer. The engineer advised us that the room was deemed earlier because of the water issue and that the front desk was advised! We had to move rooms on the morning of check out to just shower and get dressed. I’m so disappointed!!!

The best thing about this hotel was the location as well as the customer service which were both excellent. But not worth the money for such a basic outdated room & noisy hotel. Very overpriced. Wouldn’t recommend.

Rooms are outdated, beds and pillows are not comfortable. Our room was not cleaned daily after several requests, more towels and a blanket were sent to the room and placed on the floor. We were told the pool is closed as of last week 6/10/25 and that was not true at all. Our kids were excited to swim at the end of the day so on the final night we went exploring and sure enough it was open and kids swimming. The staff was not very helpful and I was hoping for such a better hotel experience, especially for the price!

It started with fantastic service down in Valet. When we arrived we were asked if we were assigned a room yet. I said, not yet, they said not to worry, unload your luggage, when you get a room, you luggage will be delivered to your room. Then we meet Ram. He by far have us the best hotel experience we've ever had anywhere, from signing us up as members, from giving us a better room since ours wasn't ready yet, with city view just his overall personality. He's the reason we'll come here again.

First of all do not book through a third party. I paid for a specific room type weeks in advance but was told that room type was sold out and over book so my wife and I had to stay in a two double bed room. I asked if any upgrades were available I could pay for and was told only a manger could do that and they were busy. As the line was backed up. Why do they except third party.Then the Omni says the valet is a third party as I need to complain as they ballet my car to the wrong tower. First we came to the tower where we valeted the car a they were six valets in the area talking and walking around none of which spoke or asked for my ticket. There was another couple waiting no one ever spoke to them either so I finally asked the one guy left if he could take my ticket he said have they sacked it I said no you are the first person I talked to other than calling for the car from my room. He told me I have to go into the office behind me for them to stand as if I was suppose to know that. The girl scanned my ticket and said oh your car is at the other tower I said where is that she said across the street. I said am I supposed to walk there or will they bring it she said oh let me scan it again they will bring it. 15 min later I asked her if my car was still across the street or was it in the process of being brought over and she said let me call. I heard her say on the phone oh it was never moved. Another 15 min later they brought my car. Not 5star service for a 5 star hotel.

The concierge and bellman were most helpful and attentive to our needs and Sheryl (concierge) even sent gifts up to our room which was totally unexpected and the staff at the buffet breakfast restaurant also sent fruit up to our room. The hotel is located in a wonderful part of Atlanta. Lots of restaurants and shops and very walkable. Convenient to sporting events and concerts. The only negative comment I would make has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The area is loud and it is not safe to be out walking about late at night. But the wonderful thing about the Omni Hotel is that it is connected to Phillips arena, so you never need to wander the streets of Atlanta after your concert or sporting event ends. We enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

Food options were decent. Great coffee bar and sandwiches. Slightly pricey but decent. The break feast at south kitchen is cold and expensive. The service is great. The rooms are date and the decor is boring. My room 814 was hot and a/c was on 63 just to stay somewhat cool. Staying at the Omni you’re just paying for a name.

It is $60 to park here A NIGHT! Thats half the cost of the room. Breakfast wasnt good. Paid $40 a person for liquid eggs (not real eggs) and the sausage was terrible. The shower in my room didnt work. Overall if i came back i would park in the parking garage next door. Way cheaper and i wouldnt eat at the restaurant there.

Overall our hotel stay was great. Our room was nice, clean, super comfortable, quiet, and had a great view. However, we had a horrible experience at Top Draft, one of the hotel’s bars/restaurants. We went there for dinner and drinks. They were busy and clearly understaffed. We had to clean off our own table because no one was clearing tables and all tables were either taken or dirty. We got a small table by the bar and sat there for several minutes without a server coming to us and finally someone from the bar told us we needed to order from the bar. I ordered a cocktail and after waiting for several minutes was told they couldn’t make it because they didn’t have the right ingredients. So I asked for a similar gin drink and was given something that tasted very watery. So then I asked for a different cocktail from the menu. That one was gross and I couldn’t drink it so I just had water. Then our food came out and my burger was wrong. We weren’t provided any cutlery or napkins. This was the most disappointing restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time.

My stay in this hotel was an excellent, the staff were so friendly everyday, the rooms was quiet and spacious very clean too. The small cafe situated by reception was ok to crab quick snack and have your favourite coffee as prices not too high, the bar just behind reception was lovely food tasting good. The down side to the hotel was to me, the drink prices, they were so expensive it was cheaper to get a ride to Walmart and buy your own bottle or bring with you from where your coming from. Accept the drink prices, the stay was perfect 10/10

The location is good, minus a few homeless on the streets nearby. Lots of nearby dining options. Some of the eateries in the hotel were not open while we were there (not sure why). Service in the hotel sports bar wasn't great - they were short-staffed both times we went in. The rest of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have issues with our room heater not working (they repaired that) and our toilet running every couple of minutes (that was unfortunately not successfully repaired - they tried, but after they left the toilet continued to run). Our room had an incredible view, which we truly enjoyed. Our floor was very quiet the first two nights, but on our last night, we had some neighbors slamming doors and talking loudly late at night. Lots of elevators so we never had to wait to get on one. Would we stay again? If we did ever decide to go back to Atlanta (unlikely) we would likely stay at the Omni again.

The valets were excellenté! Peaver the bartender in Vues Lobby bar was the abaolute best—knowledgeable about wines, accommodating), great food recommendations; the salad with salmon was delicious, the crème brûlée cheesecake was amazing.

Lots of broken stuff. Two exterior doors didn't open even with keyboards. The three ice machines I found all were broken. I gave up on the ice...how long am I supposed to look for a working machine? Especially when I am not convinced there is a working machine. It just felt like the hotel was in decline. I had stuff delivered from Walmart and they would not keep it behind the counter, but in a table where everyone can steal it. Fortunately nobody did. I asked why they wouldn't hold it behind the counter and they said for liability reasons. Whatever that means. I had two small boxes shipped to me at the hotel. They would not hold that either for liability reasons and instead sent it to the fed ex office where I had to pay $15 handling fee on each box. This is a really bad system. I never stay at nice hotels and thought I was in for a treat, but I was disappointed.
