This hotel was very clean, but for the price I expected a bit more - it was sort of weirdly outfitted, crappy hotel room coffee, asked me to pay $10 for WiFi when the room cost $300 a night. It was fine, but I would probably try something else next time. The hotel shuttle is very convenient coming from the hotel, but does not go to the international terminal for pick ups.

Pool was closed. Had to be a "member" for the higher runway view floors. Parking was Extremely expensive. Never been to a hotel in my life where i had to pay for parking AND wifi. Check in lady was very nice and tried everything accommodating us to a higher floor. Even went and talked to her manager 3 separate times to make it work. Was gonna have us on the 2nd floor then with negotiation with her manager got us to the 6th. Morning breakfast was expensive but we got 3 free vouchers so cant complain. Gave us complimentary waters. Flew all the way from detroit so my son could watch the airplanes from the balcony. Unfortunately the runway was under construction. Nice classic hotel but rooms were a little outdated. AC stunk. Overall good experience the asian ladys at the front desk were absolutely fantastic and nice and kind and tried accommodating us the best way possible.

Having been a somewhat regular to this hotel on all our trips out of Atlanta, we have been able to see its slow lack of maintenance and its falling in disrepair. Our room was less than what you would expect from a $300/night room. The carpet was stained in multiple places, lighting outside on many of the balconies was not working, (ours was one these), lighting over the bathroom sink was either out or not working, shower control was at best rigged and common spaces were very dirty. Food was excellent as usual which is about the only positive I can give. The shuttle bus had to be called 3 times to arrive at the airport which took 45 minutes to arrive and the bus itself was dirty with an after party smell to it. Overall, until the property receives a makeover of some kind, we not stay there for future trips out of Atlanta. Renaissance please get your act together and do something with this property.

Hotel overall was extremely clean, atmosphere was wonderful. All the staff we came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a room on the airport side and were able to see the planes landing and taking off, the noise level was near to nothing and didn’t have any problems whatsoever sleeping. Will definitely stay there again when visiting.

Room clearly had vomit on the window shades and carpet that someone just sprayed bleach on so it wouldn't smell the room immediately smelled like mold as soon as the AC / heater kicked on the bed was fantastic if they kept up on the place a little bit better this would be a four-star rating honestly I just feel like I could have gotten a $100 comfort inn room and it would have been about the same

Nice property in need of some light tlc. The room was decently clean, although there was hair in the shower upon my arrival and dusty baseboards. It’s clear that there was some type of water damage in the room that had been fixed, but the need to repaint t the walls and ceiling in certain areas was noticeable. Also there was an unpleasant smell coming from the heating unit. The staff was nice but wasn’t clear on the Expedia booking process or checkin in online- another staff member had to explain it to them.

The staff at this property are professional and pleasant. The outside and lobby of hotel is beautiful. The restaurant staff was great and the food was good. I didn't give 5 stars because no microwave in room. You had to go to lobby. Also the rooms are very plain not as nice as the hotel, but rooms are very clean. I enjoyed my stay at this property.

Terrific, friendly staff, (drivers, desk agents, operators)! Surprisingly good food! Hotel has "great bones", love the atrium, but room needed renovation, HVAC loud when it turns and squeaky when it's running. Very convenient to ATL airport.

The 1st Room was was noisy and squeaky. The electrical outlets did not work. Only a few did so we had to take turns charging our phones. The squeaking was getting on my husband‘s Nurse so bad that we did change rooms and that second room the bed was OK, but again all the sockets were outdated didn’t have proper access for current cell phones and most of the wall sockets again we’re not working so they they do need to have major upgrades the club lounge and concierge club was not available and I pay extra for that. I was told that it was shut down for the entire week.

Watching the planes is why we chose this hotel. This was our third stay here for that reason. We were surprised that there was no in-room safe. The person who checked us in was super. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic.

We had an airport runway view/balcony which was so fun!!! The rooms are feet from ATL airport runways. Big room, clean and comfortable. We had dinner brought in and sat for hours on the balcony watching the planes land and take off. You couldn't hear them once you went back into the room. So much fun!!!

The rooms are just Old and the security locks. Looks like it’s been repaired about two dozen times with numerous holes in the wall like someone was trying to break in before. The bathroom hardware and showers are old. Carpet felt cruddy.

Great property but very poor check in service and desk staff. Check in was 4pm, we arrived at 5:30 (and had to be at a semi formal event at 7pm) and our room was not ready. The lobby was full of people in the same situation going to the same event. We had to eventually change in the lobby bathroom and leave our bags. We never received an update about our room being ready. We return after the event at 10:30, and found our room was finally ready. No apology or consideration about the difficulties of the day. The staff really didn’t seem to care.

I’m shocked that this hotel has such a high score. I chose it, and paid much more than I would have elsewhere, based on reviews. I regret it. The behavior of the staff is my biggest complaint. The bar staff and the kitchen staff got into a loud verbal fight with each other while I was sitting at the hotel bar, the front desk staff double charged me and I had to spend time in the morning correcting it, and the cleaning staff appears absent. The carpet was covered in stains, the sheets were dirty, dust covered everything, and the fixtures were beaten up and in poor condition. I could summarize this experience by saying it is staffed by people that just don’t seem to care about doing a good job. It’s a convenient location and a building with a lot of potential, which makes it even more disappointing that the staff are so unpleasant and untrained.

No one picks up the phone when calling front desk, no one responds to the message in over 2 days. I was not able to confirm the shuttle pickup due to this lack of service and ended up getting uber. property is dated, the sink was clogged completely, so i ended up washing my face and brushing my teeth in the shower, since the water would not drain. I booked king bed and ended up with 2 queens instead. Since it was already 1am, i did not bother to point out the mistake. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone for the price they charged.

We were stranded in Atlanta due to a terrible storm. This property is close to the airport so we gave it a try. There wasn’t a room to be found in Atlanta due to so many displaced travelers. The staff offered us a sheet and a quieter area to rest/wait until a room was ready. We were treated so kindly. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay near the airport.

The staff were so courteous and professional. I was greeted the second I pulled up to the hotel from the parking valets to the representatives at the front desk. The staff in the hotel restaurant were extremely hospitable. Thank you Weverly and the entire team for making my stay enjoyable!

I came in for an interview with Delta Airlines and my son picked the wrong bag . The staff Deyra and Sonya ( I hope I am spelling their names correctly) went above and beyond for me. I was able to look presentable for my FTF . Then the shuttle made a special trip to Delta headquarters for me. I will be staying again.

Only stayed from 11 pm to 4 am for a layover, I had a lovely experience. Transportation was easy to get to the airport in the morning. However, there was 2 renaissance hotels near the airport and it’s easy to get mixed up and take the train from airport to the wrong one. Mention Concourse one when looking for directions! I went to the wrong one and ended up taking and uber to get to the right one. Otherwise train from airport brings you right there! It’s not walkable from the airport.

Arrived late and ordered room service dinner. Food was on the quality level of fast food at best. Came in a bag with an over-stuffed cardboard container inside. For a hotel of this price I would have expected a tray with proper utensils and an actual plate. I tried to order room service breakfast but nobody answered the phone and the front desk basically told me to go to the actual restaurant as room service would be really slow. Disappointing experience on the dining front especially when my goal on a business trip is to be efficient and eat in the room where possible.

This hotel is amazing! The employees are very welcoming and professional. We had the breakfast buffet Saturday and Sunday, which was delicious and the staff were great. We had dinner and drinks both evenings, also delicious with great service! The whole hotel has such a peaceful yet beautiful atmosphere-very relaxing for a weekend stay. We will research other Renaissance hotels for future trips!

Room and bed quite comfortable. Nice restaurant downstairs. It was first class the staff were helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and woul use hotel in the future. Beautiful lounge areas and private quiet places to sit.

Hotel is in real need of a refresh. Everything feels dated and old. The windows with the famous view were semi opaque and dirty. The amenities were pitiful and the service on arrival reception and from room service and evening reception not good enough. Very disappointed. Add to this that Hotels.com advised Club Room access on the booking - which is not included at all and it was a totally underwhelming experience

This was a solid hotel and what made this hotel really perfect for my stay was the staff. Everyone was really welcoming and went above and beyond - from the receptionists to the people who worked in the restaurants. The shuttle was convenient and the room was super spacious and clean. It's not really a negative but the shower was intense. It only had one level: intense. I felt like I was trying to shower under niagra falls or something - but it was not bad, just surprising. I would definitely stay here again.
