Great location and a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the mall, shopping, and other attractions. Everything was easily accessible, which made our stay even better. I would definitely stay here again!

I had booked 14 rooms for my group through Expedia. The day before check in I received welcome emails from Sheraton with confirmation numbers for each room. Upon check in, a few of our reservations (paid) could not be found. Each of those rooms took around 20-30 mins to get sorted because the check in agent had to make several calls to manually add the bookings. And at the same time, i witnessed people having the same issue and being extra frustrated. If you’re traveling for business and need convenience, this is probably not the right place. The restaurant was just ok, and had limited hours, no room service, and the coffee shop in the hotel was closed because the barista never showed up. We kept having to DoorDash and it was not convenient. The breakfast was ok, very mediocre. The rooms are a bit dated (walls and wallpapers especially). Bathrooms also quite dated.

Everything was extremely clean. The suite setup was great with a sectional sofa and desk with tv and bar area separate from the bedroom and bath. Rooms were quiet and water pressure was good. Coffee was really good. We missed breakfast. The only negative is they seemed to have only 2 luggage carts. Do note that there is an additional charge for parking of $25 per day.
