You find out at check-in there is a refundable deposit of 100 USD deposit against late check-out, which you are obliged to make by credit or debit card. No cash accepted because of their claim of safety on site issues concerning staff. Worse, you find out at check-out that this will take 5-7 days (imagine finding out this at check-out when during check-in you overhead staff asking called in clients to check with their banks weeks after not receiving their deposit). Some staff go out of their way to help whist some staff are rigid and unhelpful. Bath-tub in the room I was assigned to had a long-term stain and the bath gel container was empty (obviously not checked by house keeping staff)

the rooms were surprisingly up to date. staff was very nice. the TV didn't work and they sent someone up right away to try to fix. she couldn't get to work and they changed my room immediately.

The lighting condition was very poor. There was hardly two lights with very slight illumination. The restroom condition was terrible. They even forgot to keep towel in the room. I didn’t find towel. I will never ever return to this hotel and even scared to be in any RedRoof again.

Everything was nice I didn’t have any towels n my room when I checked n but they kindly got me some

Dirty and stained sheets. The staff was friendly and I felt safe since they had security.
