I like the convenience of the location, enough parking, nice environment, super nice customer service (Abner at the front desk was fantastic). The room was clean and neat, bathroom clean and neat. the furniture was a bit on the worn side and could do with some TLC, and the grout in the bathroom could be made better with a redo (it was brown). Splatters on the bathroom wall and door could be repainted.

BEWARE!!! What you see in pics online IS NOT what you get!! There was no fridge/microwave in room. Phone did not work. Electrical outlet next to sink/bathroom did not work. Bugs all over the floor and in tub. The deadbolt on the door was not secured properly to the wall. Chair was taped up with duct tape. Furniture was badly damaged. People hanging out in stairwell. We could smell weed everywhere even inside our room. I complained to front desk person on duty when we checked into the room but were told he would leave note for manager the next day. I don’t expect to pay $86 for a night in a hotel plus a $50 deposit and the hotel room be a trash motel!!

We could not stay there. It smelled really bad, no coffee maker or refrig. No couch, walls were dirty, drugies outside, did not feel safe. Totally run down. The bedding looked very worn and dirty, not fresh and inviting. The lady at front desk was rude to my boyfriend. I would rather sleep in my truck than here. They refused yo give me my money back. Looks nothing like what they post. Ratng 1 to 10, 10 being the best...I would say 0.

Paid for a premium room with the snack an better bedding the bedding was good but didn’t get the snacks people standing in groups at the tops of each set of steps so glad our room was on first floor! Will definitely not book here again

Power went out on June 19, 2025 for about 2hrs with no backup generator. Didn't restock towels after taking the dirty towels. AC was very noisy. No apologies during check out.

It was extremely dirty. My room looked like it hadn’t been clean for the passed 3months.. I had to clean the chair myself before sitting on it. Definitely not coming back here.. although I will say the lady who checked me in at 1am was very nice & welcoming.

I was supposed to be there for 3 nights. I had to leave early. Had to switch rooms twice because of room issues. Property and the room were not clean. Property smelled like urine. I was only there because i had two doctors appointments but I couldnt do it after a while. By the time I was in my 3rd room in a day and half, I just booked another room at another place. I'm not going to add pictures because Im not petty, but be cautious. Came off more like a halfway house than a hotel

Bowel on toliet seat. Book a double bed room and both bed had blood on sheets and comforter. Pubic hair in bed. Floor broken, just horrible. The front desk rep was so nice and tried her best to assist me and my family being that I was traveling with my child... i wouldn't reccommend this hotel to an animal.

This place is horrible! We stayed for about 2 minutes and checked right back out and had to go find somewhere to stay. It is nothing like the pictures and hotels.com should remove this listening. The room was filthy and falling apart. The floors were not only dirty as if no one has ever cleaned them but the panel flooring was also coming up. The sheets were stained and the bathroom was an eyesore. I wish i had pictures to post but we got out of there so fast i didn’t even have time to pull my luggage in the room completely. The walls were dirty and the curtains were falling off. Whatever you do do not book this place!

Other Red Roof Inn we stayed at was comfortable and clean. This particular Inn in Buckhead, GA was lousy! Room was not clean (stains in carpet) and bed sheets stained (was told it was from the bleach used but I don’t buy that excuse). The bed frame is not solid base and of course my cat get underneath it - unfortunately, it has lots of dust and junk underneath, can’t prevent my cat getting dirty under the bed). Heat in the room is not working, kept blowing cold air even though we had temperature set as high as 80F; They issued someone else key card to our room who tried to open our door; the deadbolt to the unit is broken (will not lock); Neighbours blaring their music at 3am; Room has a microwave but is not working as the cord was too short to reach the outlet; We had two double beds in our room and my mattress sag on the right side. Overall, it was not a good experience. Very disappointed.

I like the outside access to rooms. But rooms and building was in bad shape, clean, but AC unit in room didn't work properly, loud and noisy, bathroom fan also loud and noisy, carpet dirty, ceiling dirty and flaking, furniture, safety box, all too outdated and semi working or not working, looked like a cheap bad motel, and it is not cheap, they need to adjust the price to reflect the bad state everything is.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. The room was clean, but the shower flew off the shower as soon as I turned the water on and there was no way to fix it. That was the biggest inconvenience, but apart from that, the stay was just what I needed.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am an experienced solo traveler and as a female my safety is very important. Someone knocked on my door at 11pm-3am. I called the front desk and the lady told me that she would call the police ON ME if I called again because they allegedly receive prank jokes. She said she would send security to walk by my door and she never did. I looked out my window waiting for someone to check. I was potentially going to be human trafficked and they didn’t care

This hotels staff was very hostile after they assigned a room to me that had a severed cable wire. The television wasn't working and the attendant took two hours to rectify the mistake. In the end I was blamed for the mistake and had to endure rude inhospitable clerks.Very disappointed.

I felt neutral about the room and property, to be honest, but what really stood out was the staff. The customer service we received from the manager on duty around 1pm on 3/12/24 was really above and beyond, and I am so appreciative of everything he did for us. He was super friendly and professional, and he just made the stay that much better. He was also just as delightful when we checked out the following morning. I'd definitely stay there again for that reason alone!

Front desk lady is very rude. Never ever stay in there again.2rooms.booked 7 nights. If I can get my money back. I could leaving earlier.

This place was not at all as expected from reviews. I am really sorry that I booked 2 rooms here. The entrance was hard to find. The lobby/front desk was hard to find. Check in was unfriendly, the rooms had a very obnoxious odor. My room, the air had been unplugged from the wall and the room was in the 90s.

I would not stay at Red Roof inn EVER. Firstly, when I checked in, the guy at the front desk gave us an uncleaned room. I had to go back and ask for a new room. Secondly, when we walked into our new room, the place smelled like something died in there. Also, the drain for the tub had green rust. There were so many other things that needed to be addressed.

The girl at check-in was so rude. The door was locked, no notes. Finally found a window and stood there forever before she finished on her cell. Acted like I was ruining her evening making her check me in. Get to the room, so so hot. Realized the next day it's because they prop the doors open for hours as they clean letting all the ac out. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were either broke or empty. Hair dryer broke. Yellow jacket nest on the ceiling of the walkway outside of room. Had a little piece of paper I had to keep up with and put on my dash to park. So annoying. Just stay away. This place is awful.

Dried feces was on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet was wobbly with a cigarette burns in the seat. Long black hair was on the back of the door. The room obviously had been smoked in. Rust and decay was all around the room. The furniture was crumbling. The lamp over the bed did not work. The front desk called and woke me up because I left a 3 out of 5 review with the text from Red Room Inn. The call and text were early. The room stunk.The room had a very strong odor, of bleach, mildew and smoke.. They took 2 $100 dollar deposits. I only agreed to one. I left the room and when I came back the A/C was turn off, on a 100+ degree day. My key stopped working. The manager did not acknowledge me when I needed a key made. The stag was friendly but lacking. This hotel is a health hazard. It should be removed from your site. There were people milling around all times of the night. My biggest problem was with the room not the staff. They a running a sinking ship.
