Il nostro appartamento era perfetto. Nel cuore di Downtown, al 49esimo piano, vista meravigliosa. L'hotel occupa due piani (48 e 49) della torre Santander e non utilizza chiavi, né altro per l'accesso, se non un codice numerico. Noi abbiamo avuto problemi all'arrivo, perché non ci era stata inviata la mail con il link per il pre-checkin, quindi non avevamo il codice e non riuscivamo a entrare. Praticamente non c'è reception e non c'è personale, per cui, non avendo grande padronanza dell' inglese, abbiamo dovuto penare un po' per parlare con la referente dell'hotel. Ma in una mezz'ora tutti si è risolto e il resto dei tre giorni sono stati perfetti. Sotto l'hotel c'è un comodo parcheggio a 30 dollari a notte. Vicino forse si trova da parcheggiare anche a meno, ma da lì puoi entrare e uscire a piacimento e salire in hotel in ascensore. La camera non viene rifatta, solo una volta la settimana nei lunghi soggiorni, ma è fornita di tutto, dal caffè al cambio di asciugamani, alle stoviglie, lavatrice, detersivo, asciugatrice, ferri da stiro...

I was massively impressed by the size of the room, the convenient location, and the quality of the hotel for the affordable price. I would definitely stay again and we’ll be looking for the Kasa hotels in other cities.

I had a great stay. The gym was fantastic and big. I would recommend it for anyone looking for an extended stay with a kitchen and gym. The rooms are on the 49th and 50th floors, so I had to make sure to drink extra water because I did notice a difference with the elevation, but that also means I had a great view. You can hear the people next door, but I never had an issue at night hearing anyone. I also noticed a sound machine, if I needed help sleeping, but I didn't even use it. I have suggestions, but it does not lower my recommendation. For the hotel, it took a while to get warm water, and my internet/TV disconnected twice during my week stay. I had good customer service through text to get it working again, but maybe something you want to look into. I also think someone walked off with the kitchen towels and a frying pan in my unit. I had a frying pan lid but no pan. These would have elevated my stay even more, and may be a good thing to have housekeeping complete inventories on. I worked around these needs to the pot available, so I didn't feel it needed immediate attention. I still had a great experience, and since these are minor easy fixes, I would encourage others to not let this affect their stay.
