Very polite at the desk got me in quickly. Lots of restaurants near by. Indoor pool open from 6am-10pm

Room was very clean. Bathroom had sample size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash and a small bar soap for sink--very nice. Bed & pillows were comfortable for me. I only had coffee in the morning, but the breakfast offered looked/smelled great (more than just cold grab & go options). There is an elevator (photo shows stairway--no idea where it goes). 3 floors in total. Parking was sufficient/free. Not bad for a basic hotel, but room could use a fresh coat of paint.

The pool was closed. What is with these hotels and not letting people use the pool?

Staff was very friendly. Pool was always closed for maintenance. And there was a HUGE pothole in the middle of the street leading to the hotel, but that wasn’t on the hotel….

Hotel needs updates and they had too many strange people walking around the area at night. Parkinf is horrible due to 4 hotels almost sharing the aame parking.

They had some kind of water leak around the ice machine and started running noisy equipment to dry it out around 7:30am. Room was fairly clean except from some mildew around bath tub.

Very noisy, pool closed for majority of the day with a sign saying closed for cleaning. Water from ppl leaving the pool on floors and elevator causing the floors to be very slippery when carrying a baby. Was charged 3 times and when I called to inquire about the charges the gentleman on the phone was rude and said he had to look into it and then never called back. Definitely would not recommend anyone staying here.

Pool , vending machines and laundry facilities were all closed and out of service and no spa was available in the building and the room had no towels and wash cloths in the bathroom and guest service did not answer any calls from my room and I had to leave my room to go downstairs to get my laundry and the breakfast was not stocked accordingly as needed and I had to go through the kitchen cabinets to find the items I needed to eat my breakfast

I was very disappointed because the only reason I rented the hotel was for the indoor pool because I was visiting my grandkids and it's not warm enough for an outdoor pool only to find out after I had checked in and paid that the indoor pool was ice cold because they didn't have a heater and won't have a heater until the 28th of March I do think that should have been mentioned upon rental of the property. Also check out was at 12:00 and they were knocking on my door at 25 after 11:00 asking me if I was leaving yet. I think that was very rude

The front desk staff was very friendly but that was the only good thing about our stay. The room hadn’t been swept, the floor was filthy. We were given a new room that was worse, and the air did not work. So we switched back to the original room and given a broom to clean the floor ourselves. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. The curtains were broke so the light from outside shone in the room all night. Someone continually knocked on our door from 1AM to 3AM. Worst hotel experience ever.

Dirty, dusty, air conditioner filter not clean,in living room and bedroom; prior tenant trash nor removed from bedroom; decor reminded me of Sanford and son with a piece from this decade and that decade (30s,40s,…); attendances not very attentive to guest arrival more concerned with co-workers gossip etc.

The sheet in my room had blood on it, which is why I left there that same night. It's been two days and they haven't returned my deposit.

Room smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. Toilet would not flush, sink was very slow in draining, the carpet was dirty and the bed squeaked. The shower bottom wall appeared to have mold. Management was told about everything but did nothing.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! TRUST ME! WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM THAT WAS DISGUSTING, BLOOD DROPS EVERYWHERE FROM THE BED TO THE WINDOW SILL TO THE DESK AND COUNTER! TRASH LEFT IN ROOM, BLACK TRASH BAG OUTSIDE DOOR FULL OF TRASH, BUGS ACTIVELY CRAWLING NEAR BED, NO BED BUG PROTECTORS ON EITHER BED, NO TOWELS, WASH CLOTHS OR HAND TOWELS, NO HAND SOAP, NO TOILET PAPER, FOOD IN THE FRIDGE THAT DID NOT WORK. DRAPES/CURTAINS FALLING DOWN JUST HANGING BROKEN, CHAIR LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE DIED IN IT! I HAD TO ARGUE WITH THE FD ABOUT GETTING A DIFFERENT ROOM AND WAS TOLD SHE COULDN'T MOVE ME BECAUSE SHE HAD MOVED TOO MANY PPL THAT DAY (I WONDER WHY). I TOLD HER WHAT I BOOKED ONLINE WAS NO WHERE NEAR WHAT THE ROOM WAS IN PERSON AND SHE SAID "YOU CAN'T GO BY WHAT THE PICTURES SHOW ONLINE BC NOT ALL ROOMS ARE THE SAME OR LOOK LIKE THAT" THE HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR CAME UP TO THE DESK IN THE MIDDLE OF US ARGUING AND I SHOWED HER THE PICTURES I TOOK AND SHE COMMENTED ABOUT WHOSE ROOM THAT WAS AND LAUGHED ABOUT HOW SHE DIDN'T CLEAN IT SHE THEN WENT UP TO SEE IT AND ARGUED WITH MY WIFE ABOUT THE TRASH THAT WAS LEFT INCLUDING TWO CUPS FROM COOKOUT AND SAID THEY WERE STILL COLDAS IF WE LIED ABOUT WHEN WE CAME INTHE ROOM. SHE COMES DOWN AND IMMEDIATELY CALLS THE OWNER WHO SAYS TO MOVE US. MIND YOU FD AMANDA REFUSED TO CALL HIM. I THEN GET SHOWED 4 OTHER ROOMS ALL GROSS! ALSO GOT LOCKED IN THE POOL ROOM WITH MY 5 and6YR OLD! POOL NOT HEATED! LEFT AFTER 1 AWFUL NIGHT!CAN'T GET REFUND

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The first room which we were put in was dirty, had dirty sheets and had a musty smell. We complained at the front desk and they put us into a new room. The second room was only mildly better. The breakfast Was very disappointing as well. There was very little variety and the food didn’t look fresh. I usually like this chain of hotels, but this experience was quite disappointing.

Dirty, old, broken down and stinks. Smelled a lot of weed even though there are signs saying no smoking, vaping or marijuana. At $74 a night, you get what you pay for. I checked out the next day and found a better hotel.

The hotel room is dirty and just disgusting. Remove several times to different rooms because they failed to clean the room.

Tv didn't work in living room. No satellite box. Only got one channel

At night, I had to listen to the AC unit condensating so loudly that it sounded like a constant loud dripping or almost a pouring right next to me. Whatever you do, don’t stay in room 211.

Room was cleaned well and staff was very pleasant. I was solo and I could tell it was family friendly because I heard kids at the pool. Seems like the place provides “housing” and didn’t seem to be a problem other than people hanging around out front smoking. Bed was comfortable. Internet was spotty. I would stay here again if it is just me.

Ripped furniture, no remotes for tv. Curtains falling off, AC grill rusted and smashed. Old furniture Cold coffee for breakfast

Average property and the pillows were aweful. 6 pillows and none were the same. Old and lumpy

My only complaint was that the property was very noisy. I could hear the people above us running through the hallways. It sounded like thunder but less tolerable.

Older Hotel. Needed some upgrades on room amenities. Coffee maker in room didn't /couldn't brew properly with the coffee packs provided. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke the first day but honestly that happens in pretty much all hotels these days. Overall though the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast provided was good. Staff we saw were friendly. I'd stay here again.

My stay here was ok for the price I guess. They do need an all around deep cleaning and a few upgrades. The worst part of my stay was the horrible staff! I’m from New York so I was expecting some “Southern Hospitality” and I got the worst, rudest customer service ever!!

I understand check in is at 3:00. But we didn't get our room until 7:00. Supposedly because they were short on house keeping staff and also we couldn't get any other rooms or money back

I’ve been staying @ this hotel multiple times a year for the last 2-3 because it’s close to my granddaughter who lives there. I WAS TOTALLY DISGUSTED FROM START TO FINISH WITH THIS RECENT VISIT. The smell of the room made me want to vomit the staff was non caring & I had to go through HELL & high water just to get a refund!! I WILL HAVE TO BE DESPERATE TO EVER STAY THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Upon check out, I was told that I could not have a receipt. I was also told that I had to tell the person at the desk my rewards number before he would tell me whether I was on the board member but I know damn well it’s on the computer that he was looking at then he told me he couldn’t give me a receipt, nor can you tell me what rate I have been charged I will never stay at this property ever again. I was thoroughly thoroughly disappointed by my treatment have they not already had reservations at the ends and suites in Durham. I would’ve changed them that I 20 confusing sweets. It’s terrible just plain terrible. The clerk, upon check out was condescending and uncooperative. I will never stay at this place again, and I’m contemplating that ever using country, inns and suites ever again. Once again, have a Matt already had reservations at the country Inn and suites in Durham I would have changed them and I will consider other hotels in the future when I make trip south again or any other direction in this country. I have stayed here multiple times where I booked or my common friend booked. The one time I called because my child left something in the room. The male front desk agent didn’t even consider one second to check if the item was there so I can then return to pick it up. He just raised his voice as I spoke in a common tone, I have no clue what I’ve said for him to respond with such tone. Please keep in mind, the tone that he holds with his guests is not very welcoming nor pleasant and I have witnessed it more than once, it just never happened with me on my stays until this time. I will not return with my hard earned money and pay for bad service. I will not come back here.

Charles was a great customer service representative. My television was not working correctly and he had it replaced within the hour. I would stay there again.

Javon was the best so much hospitality. He fixed any issues we had which weren't many. Friendly fast check in!!

This hotel attempted to illegally charge a fee for our service animal. They also asked illegal questions about the animal and the disabling condition of my travel companion. We ended up cancelling and rebooking elsewhere. I asked the agent for a confirmation of my cancellation and they did not provide one.

Friendly customer service. went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The toom was comfortable and clean. The area is near so many places to eat some in walking distance. It was also quiet to be packed. I would definitely book again.

This property is located 5 miles from downtown. I was pleased there to find there is plenty of food and shopping within walking distance. The room is very nice and huge. Very nice seating area in the room to lounge in. I don't think I've ever had a cooktop in the kitchen area at this price point, so that feature was amazing and a surprise. Many hotels these days do not offer a microwave, so I am pleased this one did. I was also pleased to find there were plenty of clean bath towels stocked to last the duration of my stay. This was also a plus being many hotels now don't offer room service. It was nice to have fresh towels daily without having to go to the front desk and ask for them. The only negative is I chose a non smoking room and I can clearly tell there was smoking in the room. The smell literally met me at the door when I entered. Nevertheless I tried coping with it although I had a little trouble breathing the first night. With so many positives, overall I see myself staying here again on my next visit. Very pleased.

Everything is convenient for me and my family in this location. There are shopping stores and a variety of restaurants.

No frills. Was pretty clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed for The Masters. Only a mile down the road and a nice easy drive into ANGC north lot.

We paid huge price to stay in this hotel as it was the week of the Masters. Our room was dirty, no housekeeping service available. Breakfast was included but was terrible

The over all was good. Got first room, but this one was bad, so was moved with no problem. This room over all was clean, just had a bit of Oder when you walked in; nothing my body spray didn’t get rid of. Had plenty of linens and bath necessities. Indoor pool had a bit to much chlorine.. Just sit in the room caused eyes to water. Breakfast was a decent variety of hot and cold options. Would stay here again if in the area..

This was an average hotel stay. I found some areas in our room that needed deep cleaning and some stains on the walls. The breakfast was also subpar. However, it was fine for a one-night stay to lay our heads.

Sink did not drain, shower did not drain. Staff was stoic, kind of like they didn’t care if we were there or not. They were not rude, just unfriendly. At breakfast, The waffle iron needed cleaning so it wouldn’t stick but instead they just made it unavailable (I don’t think the staff knew what it needed). The only good thing at breakfast was the sausage.

The breakfast was great, hot sausages and eggs. Fresh coffee. Rooms were super clean everything at the hotel was nice.

Yes, the breakfast menu was fresh and never ran out. Plenty of clean towels.
