The room was horrible. I'm not one to complain, but when the remote does not work from the bed. The a/c is filled with mildew/mold smell. There are holes in the walls that has outside air seeping through them and had to stuff them with wash clothes. The toilet seat was falling off from the toilet. Then the room itself had a old damp smell that made eating food after work pretty much unbearable. The floors were not mopped or swept in a long time. If I was not working 13hr shifts. I would have asked to be moved to another room, but who wants to do that when you want to unwind and go to sleep after a long hard day of work. Outside of that. The shower was hot. The bed was soft, minus the cigarette burns in the covers. The front desk staff was nice and the lobby was clean, but other then that. I will not be staying back here again.

I loved the cleaning people they were the only good thing about my stay. I was asked to get 2 accounts and do reviews to help them since they let me do late payments sometimes. Because I was late sometime thefront desk told me because I was let of course they'd continue leaving me in a moldy room with the ceiling leaking water

We needed an accessible room for a wheelchair, but the one that was available and reserved for us (with a roll-in shower) smelled very musty/moldy when I went in to see the room. The very nice clerk (Raytheon) then showed me a few other rooms, but none of them were handicap access, no roll-in showers, and the size of the bathroom made it almost impossible to get the wheelchair into the bathroom for access to the toilet, and of course no safety handrails. This made it really hard for our Mom, and we had to struggle to get her chair turned around safely. Many of the other rooms I was shown had that same musty smell, too. Another issue was how the wheelchair ramp at the back of the hotel isn't exactly smooth. As I was rolling my Mom up the ramp, we hit a crack and the wheelchair tipped backwards, spilling my Mom onto the pavement. We had to visit the local ER. We noticed that that the hotel first floor corridor had a funky smell. My sister and I had stayed there Oct 2025, the whole place seemed to be in much better condition then. That's why we felt comfortable rebooking there. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is somewhat run down, but things seemed clean. Bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, like it's offset to the doorframe? Ratheon (sp?) was wonderful throughout the whole visit, although we didn't see ANYONE at all at the front desk when we were checking out. Coffee in lobby was weak. Double charged, by RedRoof and Hotels.com, FINALLY solved.

Room was somewhat decent. Clean bedding. There was a hole in the wall. Bathroom was dingy and yellowed. Not at all like photos advertised. Room smelled of smoke. They need to remodel like the pics suggest. Would not recommend.
