Las Eras Nest Hostel Policy and Conditions We operate an ONLINE CHECK-IN system, which allows you to access all the necessary information for entering the hostel and offers flexibility for late arrivals. On the day of check-in, you will receive an email with the link to complete the online check-in. It's very simple, but we will request mandatory information in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 on Traveler Registration. Hours Check-in: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Check-out: 10:30 AM Reception: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM # ##TERMS AND CONDITIONS## ## RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS **Booking Confirmation:** The reservation is confirmed only when full payment is processed, without exception. Reservations without prepayment or cash payments are not accepted. **Rates included:** Accommodation, applicable taxes, and specified basic services. Any additional services, upgrades, or exceptional expenses will be billed separately. All transactions are made in euros (€), unless expressly stated otherwise. We are committed to immediately updating or withdrawing any incorrect rates and managing the process with complete transparency. --- ## CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS ### Direct Reservation Modification - **Date or room change:** subject to availability. - **Superior:** immediate payment of the difference. - **Lower:** no monetary refund; equivalent services offered. --- ## RULES OF LIVING AND RIGHT OF ADMISSION --- **Minimum age:** 18 years. **Pets:** Not allowed. **Prohibitions:** Smoking, vaping, excessive drug or alcohol use, carrying weapons, making disturbing noise, violent or disruptive behavior. Lack of personal hygiene that makes living together uncomfortable, failure to respect quiet hours, entering with unregistered outsiders, etc. Violation of any community rules according to our values. Failure to comply with these rules will entitle management to cancel the stay **immediately and without refund**, as well as to request the guest's eviction. --- ## . ROOM CHANGES Room changes apply only to direct bookings and are subject to availability: - **Upgrade:** immediate payment of the difference. - **Downgrade:** no monetary refund; Nest Hostels may offer **compensation** in the form of additional services or discounts on future stays. --- ## OVERBOOKING RESOLUTION ### Equivalent Alternative Accommodation (Priority Option) In the event of overbooking, the guest will be relocated at no additional cost to a property of a similar or higher category, prioritizing other hostels in the Nest chain. ### Full Refund (Secondary Option) If equivalent options are not available, a 100% refund of the amount paid, including extras or taxes, will be issued within 24 hours of the situation being identified. ### Immediate Communication and Assistance Nest Hostels will notify guests of the situation as far in advance as possible, or at check-in if it has not been identified beforehand. Our team will provide direct assistance to resolve the situation quickly, transparently, and with respect for the guest. --- ## . LEGAL LIABILITY AND APPLICABLE LAW Nest Hostels operates in accordance with **Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consumer Protection)** and tourism regulations in the **Canary Islands and Ibiza**. The establishment's liability is **limited to the amount paid** by the guest. Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and before the courts of the jurisdiction where the accommodation is located. --- **Acceptance:** These terms take effect upon confirmation of your reservation and remain binding throughout your stay.
