Quality Inn Byron - Warner Robins

I was pulling a camper and staying the night to make my appointment at 9:00 the next morning. Plenty of place to park. The room was over the top clean and very spacious. The wifi was also fast to be able to watch an episode on my tablet. Will use the Inn for any visits that I make to that area in the future. Thanks Quality inn staff for the excellent job Dennis

We stopped at the hotel, it was written on your website that there is a swimming pool and a hot tub, even on the advertisement near the entrance. The pool is not working, when we entered the room there were cockroaches sitting on the walls. We immediately refused the room and found another hotel.

Called ahead to ask about pool and hot tub was told both work . When got their they only had a pool working , the pool area has 0 up keep with spider webs and pool pump not even working and so much chemicals in the water it was not funny . Before I made it to the pool we had to wait 15 mins to unblock the parking spots cause they had a domestic at one of the room . Walked in to the room and other than the TV everything was from the 90s lamps where old carpet was so dirty you got black feet walking around the room the shower didn't work hardly at all . I'm very disappointed in this location as it has such a high rating this should be a 3.8 not a 7+ hotel for 20 bucks more I could have gotten a clean room with a pool and a hot tub less than a half a mile down the road . So to sum it up if you just need a place to sleep sure this is for you . But I do not recommend this place if you want clean , updated rooms

Good shower, comfortable bed, clean room.

Room was old, stains on sheets and towels, Shower wall had a hole in it. Sink was clogged and would not drain. The room smelled very strong of carpet fresh. To the point I propped my door open for some time to air the room out.

Walked un the room and a god awful smell slapped me in the face. The room looked like it hadnt been clean in months. The table and night stand had ashes all over it. And there were roaches crawling on the floor.

After traveling almost 4 hours, we arrived at the hotel. Upon arrival I asked the clerk to do a room inspection to ensure it was up to par and she agreed we could. My husband and I entered the room and I was met by a German roach hanging on the refrigerator near the microwave area. We immediately pulled back the covers and saw multiple hairs on both beds, stains, and burn marks on the sheets. There was also unclean surfaces and grime on the microwave and on top of the refrigerator/ handles. Needless to say you both agreed that we were not staying anywhere like that with our family and went back to the clerk and showed her the pictures we took and asked for a refund. She did try to offer us a new room, but we felt like if they couldn’t get the room, we reserved three days prior clean incorrect a new room will not also be up to our standards. I believe she was speaking to the manager while we were there because she said that my payment did not go through and I had to show her verification that my payment did go through or else she would’ve charged me twice for a room that we were not going to stay in; granted she did say it was a mistake on her end. The manager told her that we could not receive our refund then and we would have to go through the booking agency being Expedia to receive our refund. It’s been almost a week and I called to speak with the manager, but he was not in, I left a message and he hasn’t returned my phone call to resolve.

The manager was RUDE!!! Called a few days in advance because hotels.com advertised a jacuzzi tub and wanted to make sure we got that room. The MANAGER yelled at me telling me I didn’t book that room and blah blah blah. I can’t stress that enough. Blood in my room and got yelled at and told it was pop. No it wasn’t. I took pictures. Walked into room bad smell, run down, and again BLOOD ON THE WALL! Walked right back out. Didn’t stay there at all.

When we first got there, there was an older gentleman ahead of us who proceeded to tell us to watch the guy at the desk because he was going to try and charge us double. He in fact did try to charge us again when we reserved and did everything online already that started the whole issue. Then we get to our room we open the door and our greeted by the worst smelling musty. I’m not even sure what it was smell coming from the room when we walked in we immediately checked the bed. It was dirty. There was dirt all over the sheets. We had to sleep on top of the blankets that night in our clothing without anything touching it. The way everything was handled was completely unsatisfactory, and I will be making sure to let everybody know not to ever book this hotel for any reason for anything for any wants or need this is absolutely ridiculous.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life. Everything was just dingy and nasty. The non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room. Serious work needs to be done on this hotel. What a disappointment.

When I entered the room it seemed to be ok. But when I placed my bag on the first bed I saw a few tobacco looking stuff. When I went to the bathroom, the vent had tissue stuffed in it. Why I dont know. The guest book was stained with coffee

Front desk staff very professional, but cordial. Room is clean, but bathroom could use an update; not much space for toiletries. Close to a highway so a bit noisy.

It was ok. A little outdated but it was fine.

Though aging, the Facility is not being Neglected. Very comfortable King Suite. Mattress medium-firm, provided excellent level of Rest. Travelling on Business - tough to rest 'away' from Home. Chose this location as it offered carpeted Suite. Freezing temp and high wind overnight? No Worries...

handy to restaurants very close to highway - road noise

Great for our overnight stay! Room was clean and easy to get to! Staff was friendly! Only issue was the bugs in the juice machine.

Staff was nice. Place was nice for a short stay.

Close to the Highway good for continuing travels Tomorrow I did know what to expect and this was where i wanted to get to today. Area Restaurants were disappointing.

Staff and facility was very friendly and clean. Only one issue was the continental breakfast. They’re wasn’t any. Both waffle makers were not working. Had cereal and coughing and juice if you wanted it.

Limited breakfast options, room was good for price. Overall would stay again during travel if necessary

Carpet needs to be replaced. Toilet handle broken. No lock on door. Very skimpy on “hot breakfast“. OK for quick stop over on long trip to Florida.

We had an accessible room so the bathroom was quite large, but had a tub which i found odd for being an accessible room. Also bathroom could be viewed from outside if curtain left open. Room overall was good and the clerk was really nice. Breakfast was decent with a waffel option. Bucees was close by as well

Did not come as advertised no hot breakfast buffet different price for pets then on the booking site very dirty beds in need of up grades rooms extremely outdated overall disgusting will not stay here or with Quality Inns
