This place should be inspected and removed from all sites until the property makes changes. For starters, our toilet had fecies in it and toilet would not flush down waste the whole time. 2nd the room had roaches, spiders and webs throughout. 3rd the refrigerator did not work and forth the sheets and blankets were stained. Willfully knowing rooms were available I requested to change rooms, they lied and said no availability and if we left I would not receive my money back. They did replace the refrigerator on day 2 but never cleaned the room. Promotes a pool and free waffles for breakfast. Ahhh the pool was nowhere ready but looked condemned for opening. Zero waffles and electronic sign seen from road still promoted them. While on a budget asked for refund to go to another place, completely refused to refund, fix toilet, clean room from bugs or replace linen. If I could post pictures I would. U want a refund and no one should ever stay here until it is state inspected

Chairs in room were gross. No coffee in room OR in lobby at 7 am. Heat had to be set on high only. No vending machines where marked, I know minor issue, lamp shades in room were disgusting looking. Floor was sticky.

Rate my stay... I know how Expedia can let a hotel like this stay on their listing. Three broken things in the room: insude door handle kept slipping off, shower nozzle missing screw and slips off, AC cover fell off. Oh, inside bathroom had a huge hole! False advertising, pool closed (and from other reviews over a year) and flashing marquee said Hot Waffles, which there were none. Floor was filthy on the rooms and 2 dead beetles (at least they were not alive). Just gross and broken... oh, AC was super loud. Kept being woken up cause when it clicked on it sounded like a storm.

This location is infested with roaches! Had them crawling on me in my sleep and crawling around the floor in full daylight. This property had multiple disabled vehicles stored in the parking lot. Absolutely disgusting and I will never be back. Will be sharing this review on every platform avail to do so. They need to be shut down!

Over all clean, water pressure/ hot water in shower was great and heat in room worked well. however the adverted amenities do not exist . Inclusive Breakfast doesn’t start at 6 am rather 630 and options were terrible you get dry donut , coffee and fruit loops. It prompts familyhotel and offers cribs for baby , but hotel Doesn't have cribs . Customer service was bad the man working literally completely ignored when you’re speaking to him When I brought up the discrepancies about the crib and the breakfast since this is why we chose this hotel

Stains on the sheets, cigarette buds everywhere, false advertising not in the lakepoint area it’s three exits down. A lot of old furniture by the dumpsters and the pool is never functioning they have atvs and motorcycles, and non running vehicles still parked from a year ago. Not the friendliest staff either.

It was good. Though there were some blue stains on my bed sheet. Also when I went to check out, there was no one there to greet me so I ended up jus leaving the key card on the counter.

Dirty overall. Refrigerator wasn’t working when we checked in. Was given a smoking room so we had to change rooms. Toilet is lose. Stained bed sheets. Among other things I will not mention. Then room smelled bad.

The bedding was filthy and stained, didn’t seem to have been washed. There was a blood stain on the mattress cover. Bathroom was very dirty, smelled like urine. The shower curtain was nasty and smelled horrible. Will not stay here again.

The towels were dirty, bed sheets had stains but were washed "I pray". Parking lots wasn't lit the best. The floors had not been vacuumed for sure. Inconsequential but the fridge wobbled which can simply be fixed by twisting a leg to the correct height underneath. Cost was the same as an Econo Lodge which would have been nicer. Interior of the entry of hotel for checkin needs to be cleaned. There is a dead spider right next to the buzzer.

Do not recommend. Feels unsafe with all kinds of men just hanging around outside all hours of the night and asking you for money. Room was not very clean. A/C made a loud noise all night. The tub was clogged. We checked out early and customer service at the front desk was not very good as we had issues with them not wanting to refund our money for the nights we didn't stay.

It was alright for a cheaper hotel, nothing was broken or Damaged. Pretty quite, the shower was compatible, had soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower which was nice.

The person checking us in was tring to scam us out of cash. Saying we owed them more for our stay but we could only pay cash. I booked and payed online before arrival and the employee could not change that. The area had alot of scatchy things on.

The room I booked was not the room I got ok stuff happens I understand but when it came to check out time management was very unfriendly I asked for 20 mins extra to check out told 11 00 am check out time one person told me yes that's fine then manager was knocking on door saying I had 5 mins there is no extension of I want to pay $20 I could stay 1 hr if not you got 5 mins to get out and leave door open so he made sure door was open and stayed opened whole I was getting my stuff together people passing by could look right in while I was packing I Ii found out I'm not the only one that got treated like that there been others manager was luckh that I didn't lay my hands on him to teach him cuztomer service he needed it to be beaten into him they know nothing about customer service remember customers are the one that pay the bills and there slary this one definitely giving Red Roof a bad name

I booked at the red roof by mistake thiknking it was the hotel across the street. This place is terrible. Smells rooms are falling apart from toilet to air conditioning didnt work. Entry door didn't close. When i complained they just said.... its ok. Hahaha not ok. They acted like they are hearimg these complaints for the first time. Had to pack up and go across the street to the other remodeled hotel. Honestly i dont know how this place stays open.

They advertise hot waffle went down every morning for breakfast. They had nothing but coffee and empty containers for other stuff all 3 days. Went down at 7:30. Staff was rude. Door didn't close right because had been prayed open by police. Do not stay here!

I like that it was close to where I was going and my room was outside so I didn't have to enter into a hotel as I was coming and going but one of the worst rooms I've stayed in

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast provided could have been better, my granddaughter ate Donuts for breakfast. The View from the room was very nice and the hotel was convenient to everything

The person checking us in was tring to scam us out of cash. Saying we owed them more for our stay but we could only pay cash. I booked and payed online before arrival and the employee could not change that. The area had alot of scatchy things on.

Do not recommend. Feels unsafe with all kinds of men just hanging around outside all hours of the night and asking you for money. Room was not very clean. A/C made a loud noise all night. The tub was clogged. We checked out early and customer service at the front desk was not very good as we had issues with them not wanting to refund our money for the nights we didn't stay.

I arrived later at night with my two children. There was a night window that should have clued me in. I could not get in the lobby. I checked in, walked up the stairs to our "room". The light switch did not work. Teh room smelled like black mold. Lamp did not have shade on it. The water pressure in the shower was so bad I had to basically hug the wall to get wet. Black mold in the cracks in the shower. Furniture was destroyed. Covers were off of the outlets. When we walked up the stairs there were very shady people just sitting on the stairs hanging out at 10 pm at night. Not to mention the group of people in the parking lot. There were bags of trash and cigarette butts in the walkway. I had to stay that night but checked out the next morning. When the front desk person asked me what was wrong i told him and he acted like he had no idea. I asked for a refund for the day I would not be staying and he refused to provide me with it even though they were fully booked. Unless you are desperate I would avoid this place like the plague.

Stains on the sheets, cigarette buds everywhere, false advertising not in the lakepoint area it’s three exits down. A lot of old furniture by the dumpsters and the pool is never functioning they have atvs and motorcycles, and non running vehicles still parked from a year ago. Not the friendliest staff either.

There was a gap at bottom of door had to put towels at the bottom. Rooms need updated. The only plus office people were really nice and location.

It's always a pleasure staying here. The front desk staff has always been nice to my family. The rooms are clean as well as the beds and towels. My only dislike is other patrons with their untrained pets. Barking dogs should not be allowed. Besides no real breakfast, this was a perfect stay.

Rate my stay... I know how Expedia can let a hotel like this stay on their listing. Three broken things in the room: insude door handle kept slipping off, shower nozzle missing screw and slips off, AC cover fell off. Oh, inside bathroom had a huge hole! False advertising, pool closed (and from other reviews over a year) and flashing marquee said Hot Waffles, which there were none. Floor was filthy on the rooms and 2 dead beetles (at least they were not alive). Just gross and broken... oh, AC was super loud. Kept being woken up cause when it clicked on it sounded like a storm.

Over all clean, water pressure/ hot water in shower was great and heat in room worked well. however the adverted amenities do not exist . Inclusive Breakfast doesn’t start at 6 am rather 630 and options were terrible you get dry donut , coffee and fruit loops. The room was not clean. The breakfast is pitiful. They have a sign that says waffles for breakfast and they serve them. The coffee is horrendous. I don’t recommend this property.

It was just very old and not-maintained. Attempts to redo flooring and paint were shotty at best. boards didn't line up and tape still around toilet tank and area not filled in. Desk clerk was rude and wouldn't clarify his rationale why no phone or tv. Simple reposne would have been we operate on satellite. NOT snarky comment "you are aware there is a hurricane in FL. Problem is we were in GA. and no wind or rain yet soooo. Breakfast at the end of the range had coffee and Sunny D and thats all -- no donuts as indicated on sign.

This has to be one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed in. My son's room had poop stains on the couch and dust all over the room. The room was absolutely filthy with bugs all over. My room also was full of dust and Cobb webs all over the room. The door handle for the adjoining room was falling out and bent out of shape. The entire property is in complete disrepair. Don't waste your money with this place. The Health Department has been notified....
