Aside from the elevator out of order the place was clean and well maintained. Staff told us about the elevator at check in, apologized for the inconvenience, and worked to accommodate needs as much as possible.

We live quite a ways out of cleveland. Went to a concert downtown the evening prior to a 6:20 departure from the airport. This was the perfect hotel ! Close to airport, shuttle in the morning and the offer extended parking very reasonable. So left car and away we went! Nothing to write home about but hotel was nice enough, bed was comfy and service was excellent.

Elevator was out of service and sounded like it was a reoccurring problem. Had to carry our luggage up the stairs without any assistance and since we were staying here before a flight, we had heavy suitcases. Room was not very clean, the toilet especially and it’s all just generally very run down. Staff was very kind and nice - but the overall condition of this property leaves much to be desired.

Elevators were down we were on the 3rd floor with luggage. No doors work at the property all the key fobs were broken so you had to walk thru the front door every time no matter what side of the building you stay on. Sheets were visibly washed but had very prominent stains on them. Towels were not in room had to walk to front desk. Overall will never stay here again..

Room was not clean Clump of hair sitting on top of bathtub drain. Dog hair on bed. Dog hair on floor. Doors felt sticky. I spilt some water on the floor and wiped it up with a wipe- the wipe was dark brown.

This was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. The room was so dirty. The floor was really dirty. The bathroom area did not look like it had been mopped lately as there were prints on the floor from the previos people in the room. The carpet had been vacuumed at but not vacuumed well. There was trash and dust all around the edges. The main surfaces on furniture and bathroom counter appeared to be clean. Overall it felt gross. It definitely was not up to the rating that was given on Hotels.com. Definitely would not stay there again.

Room was bigger than some other hotels. The hotel itself was clean and well kept. The breakfast wasn't bad. Would have appreciated having bread and bananas offered. Checkin was great. Only downside to this hotel is there weren't many restaurants in the area other than Dennys and 2 or 3 fast food ones. Excellent hotel if you are flying in or out of the airport and need an overnight stay.

I can’t speak for every room, but the mattress in my room was terrible. The middle was sunken in and it felt similar to sleeping on a hammock. The shower floor isn’t offset towards the drain, so the water pooled up in the middle and left a sort of off colored stain on it. Used toilet paper roll on the dispenser. The subway station is directly across the street, so that did make getting to and from downtown and the airport really easy. Although filled with sleeping homeless, so was the lobby of the hotel. I’d probably spend a little more and stay elsewhere if I was not solo travelling.

Front desk took A VERY long time to check us in. Nobody said anything about not accepting chime after already prepaying, even though it’s the only bank we have. Thankfully they finally ran our card. Then they made a big deal about some fire sensors detecting smoke or vaping and if it accidentally charges you they can’t do anything it’s all up to corporate. Just very off experience, will not stay again.

The La Quinta is comfortable and very convenient to the airport. The staff was truly wonderful. They made suggestions about places to go for dinner that evening and we're very helpful when it came to booking the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver was punctual and friendly. Location was Awesome. But was disappointed when i checked in, i requested a Wake up Call Plus to be put on the Airport Shuttle List, Good thing I checked when i came back for the Evening , Ours names were NOT on Shuttle List, Definitely Lack of Communication.

The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Our room seemed recently updated and was clean. The whole hotel seemed in good condition. The area, though, is run down and a bit sketchy with homeless and addicts somewhat nearby. The property parking lot is fenced in, though, and no public restrooms are available, which helps keep it safer. We felt okay staying there with our two kids and baby.

If you have to go to Cleveland and want a reasonable and safe place to stay, this is it. The hotel is located near the airport and approximately 7 miles from city central. Thus, it it is away from the urban area and does not have the issues facing downtown. The parking is free, the parking lot is well-lit, and there are no shady, poverty-riddled neighborhoods nearby. Overall, everything was fine, but basic.

Our room was very clean and well-prepped, with plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. The bed was not as firm as I like but still okay for the one night. The pillows provided great support. Recharging areas were convenient on both sides of the bed, thank you! Breakfast was good and hot. We were very pleased to have coffee including decaf available to guests throughout the day and night. Even higher-end hotels do not always offer this anymore, and we appreciated La Quinta's providing it. The hotel was quiet and restful. We would recommend it to others and return there ourselves if we are in the area again.

Worst breakfast by far. Fake scrambled eggs, no yogurt, no bread for toast. The only bread available were bagels and small muffins. Very little to offer and very little variety. Otherwise, a pretty nice place to stay for the price. Front desk staff was nice.

There was a tornado. Questa struttura è stata chiusa per mancanza di corrente elettrica e non abbiamo potuto soggiornare. Non ci è stata fornita assistenza per una soluzione alternativa sicuramente da non imputare all'unico impiegato presente che è stato gentile ma non ci ha saputo aiutare per mancanza di informazioni.

The hotel having a shuttle from the airport and being right along a stop for the RTA red line were mine reasons for choosing this hotel. Both came in super handy getting to and from the airport and downtown Cleveland. My room was clean but the mattress was definitely past it's prime, as it lacked in much support. The water in the shower was almost warm at best, never really getting hot. Outside of that, the stay was good. The breakfast was fine and the front desk staff was helpful whenever I stopped by.

We stayed a total of 5 nights. Ine if the front desk staff was very helpful when we had to extend our stay, informed me there was a discounted rate for Cleveland Clinic patients. The cleaning staff didn't enter our room once the whole stay though. We had to get towels from the front desk, they were very helpful. Breakfast was nice, the breakfast room was clean and well stocked.
