Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Downtown

Me encantó el hotel, muy buena atención y las habitaciones muy amplias y espaciosas. Definitivamente me quedaría ahí otra vez si volviera.

Maintenance was poor, with broken tiles and doors that won't shut

Very nice place to stay. Clean. Friendly staff. Excellent location with walking distance to tons of restaurants.

The the parking setup was beyond ridiculous, and in all honesty it may not be the hotel's fault but it falls on the hotel call it we are the they I was charged for 2 days of parking when I only stayed one night the gentleman who picked up the vehicle to bring back was working by himself the system never notified myself and my daughter that our car was available. Then it impacted everyone myself the one person working by himself and everybody waiting for the car we were notified 30 to 40 minutes into our weight that they were finally retrieving the car when in reality it was waiting for us where we were supposed to come I am not going to wait in the rain if I'm been told that my vehicle is not yet available for pickup. I fully expect to be reimbursed at a bare minimum the extra day I was I was charged for my parking and this needs to be done I don't care who does it and in reality I want to be credited for the full thing because this was ridiculous. Also, in the end we realized when we were halfway home that he didn't give me all of my keys back there were two keys missing along with a keychain keepsake from my daughter that I can't replace I expect to be contacted by someone I don't care who it is and there needs to be something done to rectify the situation it was bad for everyone involved

We were upgraded to 2 bedroom suite. It was a lovely place with all the amenities more than enough for a night’s stay. The staff was simply awesome and we loved our stay. Will definitely book again future.
