Customer service was awesome! They are so welcoming. Also on Friday nights they do Karaoke. They have a pool and restaurant on site. Perfect weekend getaway. I would recommend 10 out of 10.

I would not recommend this hotel! Hand towels in the bathroom had old dry blood on them as did the sheets and pillowcase on the bed. The room obviously was not cleaned by housekeepingSee pictures.

There were stains on the 'white towels' which were actually dingy. There were short hairs, which looked like pubic hairs on the sheets, and found hairs in the dried wash clothes. The floors were slippery. Used one of the towels to wipe the floor, and the towel was filthy.

There were no signs to indicate where the hotel shuttle picked up. I called from desk for over an hour before I departed and the over an hour before my plane took off to ask about the shuttle and the front desk never picked up. My shower had hair on the walls and the pillows smelt like sweat. I can’t say this was a good experience, overall I think I’ve been generous with the scores. I made no complaints, I was in Atlanta for a funeral. The staff were consistently cordial.

This place wasn’t great. The floors and walls were dirty, and the TV remote was sticky. Found dead bugs. The bathroom was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was drug paraphernalia in the parking lot, which made us feel unsafe. Breakfast was overcrowded and the food was low quality. The beds were hard as a rock. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Avoid this property! The room was literally falling apart. The air conditioner was falling off the wall. The toilet seat could spin 90 degrees either way. No toilet paper holder - just a roll sitting there to use. Mattresses were worn out to where there were indents where people sleep! Dirty handprints on the moldings around doors. Zero ventilation other than turning on the A/C (windows locked shut and no working bathroom fan). The shampoo and lotion bottles were half used!! Remote physically broken (missing a piece of its casing). One light didn't work. I expected bare bones for the price, but this was straight up unacceptable neglect and disregard for cleanliness and guest safety.

Average hotel in need of renovation, the shower head was falling apart and the tv was way too old and small. The noise was unbearable! We knew we were by the highway but were hoping to get a few hours before our next flight. It felt as if we were sleeping outside! Not good quality glass in the window.

The airport shuttle that was supposed to come every 30 mins did not (I waited 51 minutes and I'm not sure how long before I arrived the last shuttle was). Also, I had a flight at 6:15am and the hotel shuttle doesn't start until 5am - which I didn't head until I checked in - so I had to Uber. The bed was AWFUL. I don't consider myself a picky sleeper, but it was lumpy and hard. I probably slept about 45 mins out of the 5ish hours I was in bed. The room was clean (not updated, but I don't really care). I would not recommend this hotel.

Well let's start with Demetre front desk was awesome. Very nice mild manner and answered all questions without attitude. He made my day every day I came downstairs. I really appreciated him so much. Customer service was top tier. He was wonderful. The room was nice and it actually had hot water for showers which was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. The housekeeping staff were very nice also. No complaints from me. When I touch down in the ATL I'll be back. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful stay.

Was waiting in the pickup area for 2 hours while its was 96F outside . The driver comes by and he doesn’t even look for us . The sign in the car is small if you don’t pay attention you won’t see it . I keep calling the front desk and every time he said the driver will be there in 20 minutes and it took 2 hours to come to the hotel The hallway carpet so dirty and so old and ugly . If something happen no supervisor is around until next day in the morning the management need to step up and get thier stuff together

I attempted to check in with my service animal that has all of the required paperwork and some of the Beyoncé fans were in town for a concert and stepped on my dog and he just yelped a small bit. The very rude woman working there kicked us out and said service animals don’t make a sound. I told her that he is an animal none the less even with his training. She didn’t care and we were kicked out at 1am. I would never recommend this, not even to my worst enemy.

My flight was late and I missed my connection and was stranded in Atlanta until the next day. The front desk staff was outstanding. Ms April took my call, explained how to get to the airport shuttle and was kind and welcoming. The hotel is spotless and the breakfast is nice, hot and substantial. The shuttle to the airport is convenient and runs on time. An experience that could have been harrowing turned out pleasant due to my stay in this hotel.

This is a horrible place to stay in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone staying here. The Staff were rude even prior to even checking In. I spoke to the manager over the phone, she kept me on hold for over 30 mins and never came back. Called back and the staff told me they were busy and hung up with no apology for keeping me on hold for over 30mins. Bed Linens were dirty. Bathroom inclusive. It is a complete NO for me.

We will not be returning to this hotel brand. We got less than what we paid for. Not a safe area, but they did have a security guard on property. Establishment itself is extremely outdated and in dire need of repairs. I could not wait to leave. Being close to the airport car rental area was the only perk.

The hotel was good, there are a few things you need to note before you book. 1st: if you check in early or ask for a late check out it's $30 each meaning $30 extra dollars to check in early and $30 extra dollars to check out late. Super inconvenient considering I arrived early and my flight didnt leave until 8 pm the next day. Also, note there is a security deposit of $100 if you pay with debt/card or $250 if you pay cash. Crazy! On a good note: the front desk staff was great, super friendly .

Stayed here for a quick one nighter before flying out. We checked in late and the area seemed a little shady at night, but in the morning it looked fine. The room was clean and updated looking. It offered a microwave and mini fridge, too. The staff were all polite and friendly, too. The breakfast area was well maintained and offered muffins, breads and bagels, eggs & sausage patties, and waffles, along with coffee and hot tea station. The lobby was attractive. My only complaint would be that the frame of the bed didn’t seem sturdy and made a lot of noise anytime you sat or changed position. Other than that we had a pleasant stay and I was impressed with their staff.

Once inside, the hotel is quite lovely and well-run. Outside, however, one finds a five-lane road to cross for the only convenience store within walking distance. I would suggest stocking up on provisions for your room prior to arrival. Otherwise, it is a very nice place to stay.

Lots of people hanging out in front of the hotel. It’s dark and not a lot of light in the parking lot. The washing machine is broken. Spots on the wall of the room. This is a poor experience.

The staff at the front desk for check-in was pleasant. Room was very clean/ looked and smelled clean. Nice clean full breakfast buffet. The check-out lady was truly the best. She explained in great details my receipt and deposit coming back to me. This is the 2nd time staying here...10 out of 10. My new go to place when returning to Atlanta AND I WILL BE BACK!!! Thank You for a great stay!

Room keycard did not work the first time, had to go back to the desk and was sent to another room. Breakfast was typical powdered eggs and paper thin bacon. Restaurant/bar near pool had excellent burger.

I thought the stay overall went well. I needed something close to the airport that provided a shuttle service. The Female representatives at check in, check out and at the restaurant/bar were polite with good attitudes. The room was clean but there was a slippery substance on the floor. The two USB charging ports beside the bed didn’t work. Overall for a quick stay I’d suggest. May not be the greatest for longer stays.

This hotel was close to GICC, where we attended a basketball tournament for the weekend, and very economical. Our room was a bit dated, but spacious and clean. Staff was very accommodating, breakfast adequate. No problems encountered while there!

Customer service was awesome! They are so welcoming. Also on Friday nights they do Karaoke. They have a pool and restaurant on site. Perfect weekend getaway. I would recommend 10 out of 10.

This place is next to a major freeway. There is only one restaurant attached to the hotel and they don’t open until 2pm. You can only uber or drive to where you need to go. it’s about 13 miles from downtown. The breakfast is mediocre. Building looks NOTHING like the pictures. The service was ok (not much interaction with them). I will not be staying here again.

The front desk personnel was extremely friendly, helpful and professional!!! My room was ok, but it was not cleaned thoroughly. There was hair in the tub/shower and mold around the tub. And please dust over of the headboard. Lastly, the hotel exterior has not been kept up properly, especially by the pool area. But the bed was super comfortable and breakfast was good. I would stay again for a short-term stay and hope to see some upgrades and necessary repair.

The manager on duty (unfortunately cant remember her name) and Shackera went above and beyond to take care of my reservation. The only thing I would say is there needs to be some more upgrades to the room i was in. The bathroom door drags and the bed..mattress is sank into the middle. But all in all I would stay again

One overnight at this hotel near the airport. Selected it due to the location and presence of the hotel shuttle. Appreciated: 1) breakfast during the week goes till 9:30, very nice since that most hotels only go to 9, 2) decorative waterfall and fireplace in the lobby, 3) room had the basics, everything I needed, 3) parking in front was available even though the hotel appeared to be full. Staff were very nice, especially April. Considerations for future stays: 1) the hotel is good for an overnight but you can tell the age despite the paint and update. Lobby and main floor halls felt oddly dark, 2) area isn't walkable, 3) plan to get your meals (other than breakfast) and snacks elsewhere as there's nothing immediately nearby.

We had a short stay here with a friend while exploring Atlanta, and overall it was a great experience for the price! The hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport, which made getting around easy. The room was clean, the sheets were fresh, and the staff were friendly. We were initially given the wrong room, but the staff quickly fixed the mistake and got us situated. The continental breakfast was decent and gave us a good start to our busy days exploring the city. Great value for the price, and I’d definitely stay here again!
