Le hace falta algo de mantenimiento al hotel, en nuestro cuarto, en el baño estaban vacios los dispensadores tanto del shampoo como del gel de baño

Para llegar en coche hay que salvar 300 metros de camino sin asfaltar, propios del París-Dakar. El hotel está a 4km de Telavi e imposible ir a pie. Si buscas huir del mundanal ruido es tu sitio, si buscas un campamento base para explorar la región yo iría a otro sitio. Las habitaciones en. forma de tinja hay que solicitarlas, sino te asigana una estándar. La piscina está miy bien, la saun limitada y el jacuzzi hay que reservarlo antes. Si buscas un hotel spa..este no es. El desayuno bien y el retaurante bien sin grandes pretensiones. Y sigue las indicaciones de la carretera, no de google maps para encontrarlo.

We had a decent stay overall however the hotel definitely fell short of our expectation. Only 1 restaurant was functional as opposed to the 3 advertised on their website. Had a little incident during dinner but they fully compensated us for it which was appreciated. Ordered 1 sunny side eggs for breakfast since the available options (especially vegetarian) were very limited - the eggs never came as we simply left after 45 mins. The property is clean however and the rooms are quite nicely designed. The spa was very good and they also have access to a bar and jaccuzi. Good overall but could have been much,much better.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel is beautiful and brand new. The only problem we had is the restaurant that took very long time to get our food and I mean two hours long.
