The room was beautiful and the amenities were great! It is in a lovely area. I just wish there was a human at the front desk. I did not like the self check-in process. And there was no room to store our luggage until our room was ready.

Very new and clean. Check-in is all digital, cannot keep luggage at the hotel after check out or before check in. Must have your phone handy to check in, advise pre-check in. If any problems, use the tablet to call 247 at the reception. Staff will come out to help.

We check in 2:53 pm they said we have to call back till 3 pm. We call back at 3 pm and they took a while for them to answer the phone Stove not working, did email got reply next day saying someone will come but never show up till the day we check out.

Although compact roomy for a family of 5. Futons were good and was the Japanese experience. Could not provide extra pillows though. Shower head is odd handheld one, but same as others in Japan. Very modern and clean inside. Small apartment with no pool but an excellent stay for the price. Very safe. No one at the desk but you can contact staff easily through email or Ipad. 10 min walk to stations in many directions. Very safe area near temples and shops. Kitchen was and dining table was great. No tea towels though.

Our stay was okay but could’ve been better. Check-in wasn’t thorough, and we had to figure things out ourselves using QR codes. The room had a slight odor, dusty surfaces, and tatami beds that smelled and looked heavily used. We needed to request new sheets. The washer and dryer didn’t work well even after a tub clean, leaving clothes damp and with a strange smell. The only good thing about this hotel is that the room is spacious. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing — there were hair and stains all over the room. I also asked a question one month before check-in and never received any response. The location is about a 15-minute walk to the shopping area or the subway. I’ve stayed at the Minn-Gion location before, and this property is definitely not at the same standard.

Arrived early and requested to leave our bags until check in time but all bag storage was used. The virtual receptionist said they could help and hung up from us. We were finally able to get someone to help us by storing our bags in a storage room. But was difficult to find someone to help. This appears to have been mentioned by other quests but nothing had changed. Aldo found the room very dusty especially with the air conditioning on. When we checked the air conditioning it was full of dust and it looked like it had never been cleaned. After we cleaned the filters and the room ourselves it improved a lot. Don’t recommend staying here.

Room was spacious for japanese standards, very convenient to have in-suite washing machines and centrally located to trains and main asakusa area. Cons: could be cleaner..especially in the shower/bathroom area..there was mould/pink build up and drains got clogged. Also gets super loud if you are on the bottom floors because you can hear upstairs dining room chairs getting pushed, children crying, etc. Its more of a family hotel.

Great location nearby 2 metro stations and a bus station is 1 block away. Walkable to Senso Ji Temple and pretty much all the dining options within Asakusa area. 2 metro stops to Akihabara. Place is clean in general but we still found hair on bed and floor. Family of 5 enjoyed 2 bedrooms while venture out everywhere daily.

上野駅から歩くには少し遠いですがタクシーならすぐです。綺麗なお部屋でしたが、お風呂を中心に小さな虫が20匹ほどいました。虫嫌いじゃないので蚊じゃなければ良いか....と思いましたが11階でも虫いるんだなぁと驚きました。洗濯予定の方は洗剤しかなかったので柔軟剤持参されたら良いと思います！また利用します！

一個晚上6000以上台幣，但是房間非常不乾淨，床上還有小蟲子！碗筷很髒，抽油煙機看起來沒清潔過，抱枕充滿灰塵，真是大吃一驚！ Check in 沒有前台人員，需自行辦理，但是電梯沒有用密碼鎖，住起來不安心。把床墊掀開，充滿頭髮，聯絡了旅館之後，來了一個可憐的人員，協助打掃房間約半小時，旅館實在管理不善。

Check the AC is Rm 101. It has a small leak from the condensate drain. We had to keep a towel on the floor to prevent slips. Loved the fact it had a nice size fridge, stive, microwave etc.

This hotel ist a good place to discover Tokyo. It was clean and well equipped. There are two things that could be improved. In our apartment there was only one of four windows that wasn’t made of frosted glass. The fact that you could not see outside made the room a bit prison like. The other thing was the fact that there was no room service at all.

Great place to stay if you’re shopping for kitchen wares. Lots of great places to eat nearby. View of the Tokyo Skytree. Room was larger than expected. Kitchen was a nice touch. Combo washer/dryer was awesome.

The property for minn kappabashi is excellent with the caveat of one thing. The check in and check out times are far apart. Check in has to be at 3pm and there isn’t much flexibility in this (I booked two separate rooms for two separate stays). Check out times were also really early leaving a 5 hour gap for you to figure out what to do with any lugaggage (front desk does not take it). I also found that there was a discrepancy in luggage temporary storage as we got Minn Kappabashi to receive our luggage forwarding from our hotel in Osaka but they would not hold onto our luggage for the few hours between our first check out and our next check in. Other guests ended up leaving their luggage behind the counter anyways. I’d advise that the hotel review their temporary luggage policy as it’s a major inconvenience to staying here. Otherwise the apartment was clean and had ample faculties for a long term stay. I’d recommend it again if not for their lugagge storage and check in/check out times.

Clean, comfortable! Staff was very helpful .. would definitely stay again. The only minor suggestion would be having instructions in English for the washer/dryer as we couldn’t figure out what the buttons were for.. otherwise perfect!

No receptionist at the front. However, you fill out a survey before getting there and just enter your code into IPAD to get your room information. Locks are unlocked with a code. Check out by scanning QR code. Stayed for 4 days there and did not have any trouble with the noise. At night is really quiet but fun is a 15 min walk away. Train station is walking distant. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time checking into "Minn", and did not realize they have a self checkin process. We arrived 3 hrs ahead of our check-in time, and were asked to come back in 3 hrs to check in - which is ok. However, they had no proper way to hold our baggage for 3 hrs. They directed us to a storage closet by the front desk, but all racks were full. After a while, a staff member was sent to help us, who merely took the bags and moved them back into front desk sitting area (no concept of securing them away...they were there in the open for next 3-4 hrs). We could not get hot water in shower, but again - unfortunately there was no front desk or staff to reach out to. Overall, lack of staff coupled with their location (which was 12-15 mins away from nearest train station) was a disappointment.

After traveling for over 24 hours the last thing you want is have trouble checking-in to your room. They did not email the check-in procedure ahead of time. When they did, the website didn’t work. Even when I was at the lobby scanning the QR code it didn’t work. Their virtual check-in process doesn’t work. It’s frustrating when you and travel companions are exhausted and just want to rest.

有洗脫烘衣機，不用帶太多衣服。同樣的價格這邊的空間是同價位的1.5倍以上。垃圾放門口，聯絡服務人員也會很快收走。距離各地鐵站約走路10-15分的距離（～1km)，不算太遠，也有公車可到地鐵。總之，是一次很好的體驗。

The hotel fit out needs perfectly. Anything we asked for was delivered. Staff presence was minimal but you were about to leave messages via an iPad in the front and by the time we returned whatever we asked for would be there. The area was safe and quiet and close to several tourist attractions and train stations.

The hotel was conveniently located near Asakusa Sensoji Temple and both Iriya and Tawaramachi Stations—all within a 10-minute walk. The room layout was unique, featuring a tatami area where the futon beds were laid out. As a family of five, we stayed comfortably for five days. FamilyMart and 7-Eleven were nearby for quick snacks and drinks, and Life (a local grocery store) was just around the corner if you wanted to prepare meals. We enjoyed some Wagyu steaks with instant rice and salad—it was delicious. The in-room washing machine with a dryer function was a great convenience. Although there was no front desk staff on-site, support was readily available via the LINE app. I was initially shocked to find a blood stain on one of the futons, but the staff responded promptly—even at 10:30 p.m.—and replaced it with a clean one by 10:55 p.m. The room had a vacuum cleaner, and there were ample supplies of garbage bags and toilet paper available in the lobby. Check-in and check-out were seamless using a QR code. It truly felt like a second home in Tokyo—we would definitely come and stay again.

Room has all the things we needed to have a comfortable stay. We got 4 beds but all twin size. Washer/dryer in the room is quite handy as well as the small kitchenette. There are bus stops close by but if you want the subway, it can be a good 10-15 mins walk and with the heat, we used the bus more often to go to the station. There are plenty of dining options and grocery stores within walking distance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The property is in a good location to explore Ueno and other local areas and also has easy access to Tokyo city centre. It has several small supermarkets close by and was very comfortable and clean. Check in was very easy.

The hotel was fine. We found 2 problems 1. The light at the entrance was motion detection. Which meant anyone who sleeps on the futons which could only be placed on the tatami mats close to the entrance would trigger the light during the night. 2. We booked this hotel because it stated it had a washer dryer in the room. We were unable to wash and dry our clothes as the machine was defected. Although the hotel gave us another room on the 6th floor to use for our washing only we found it was inconvenient because we were returning to our room late at night after a long day of sigh seeing and couldn't get any sleep as we were having to go to the 6th floor during the night to put washing in and making several visits to make sure our clothes were dry due to the fact the small heat element as it was a combined washer dryer so clothes were not drying in the first cycle.

入住6個晚上整體而言是舒適的，只是剛好房間平底鍋受損嚴重無法使用，比較可惜。離地鐵入谷站需要走一段路，每天回去都可以看到晴空塔，很棒！但如果戰利品太多就會有些累人，附近便利商店很方便購買食物。
