I booked through Hotels.com so I couldn’t get the check in instructions for some reason. But their staff was super helpful over the phone. The place was AWESOME, they got everything you needed. The loft was so nice and clean, the bathroom was even better. Love it!!!!

Komplett digitales Appartementhotel (alles erfolgt online, man sieht keinen Menschen) in bester Lage. Stylisch eingerichtetes Zimmer, leckere Bäckerei im Haus. Der Fitnessraum war ein wenig dreckig, aber ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Am besten war eigentlich das riesige Zimmer, mit der voll eingerichteten Küche und den kostenlosen Waschmaschinen und Trocknern. Der Service von Bob über WhatsApp war auch herausragend. Total netter Kontakt.

Started writing this review as soon as I got in because I was so impressed within the first minute of me walking in and the impressions improved by the minute. Firstly, I love the appartment. It makes me want to downsize and buy something of the same size and scale. Secondly the decor is just like the pictures, the colours, the accents just makes it an amazing place to be in. So amazing that you'll want to forfeit a day of sightseeing to just have an indoor day. Thirdly, are the things the pictures don't capture. There's a bag of cables and adaptor which was such a lifesaver. I brought just one to power a laptop, 2 phones a power bank, basically a disaster. Was about to go purchase another and there it was a bag with 2 adaptors and cables to suit any device 🙌🙌 Fourthly, Bob W. goes above and beyond sustainabilly. There's 2 water bottles they encourage you to use during your stay to reduce waste and there's also a free tote bag which came in handy when I went grocery shopping. Did I mention there's a yoga mat as well! AND a Polaroid camera to take some selfies with, honestly what more could you want?! Fifthly(?), they kindly kept my luggage for me after checkout so I could do some last day bits and get some souvenirs. They honestly went above and beyond for me.

Our stay in Tartu was short, but I wish it was longer because the loft was so nice and comfortable and cute. Easy check in and check out, Bill The was helpful via WhatsApp and we had no issues. Large laundry room with washer AND dryer! Large TV with Netflix and streaming. Comfortable bed. Only complaint is lack of microwave, otherwise 10/10 and would definitely stay again. Cute little bag as a souvenir from Bill W :)

Very nice apartment with lots of space. The kitchen is great! The bed upstairs was really soft, even too soft for us. Old people need firm bed :)The pillows were great and there was enough varieties! For some mysterious reason we didn't get the TV working. Only sound but not picture. That was strange. I really like this concept. Reservation is easy and you take really good care of the client with your messages. And all the small details make me so happy, for example the teabags, cotton pads, kitchen tools. And the code locks are great, no need for card or keys. Thank you!

Bob W. is in love with its own image. If they would only spend as much time and effort improving the product as they do marketing it, it would be at the right value. Critiques: 1. Yes it is a loft -the bed area is made for 5'5" humans. 2. TV is connected to no network or feed services. 3. Breakfast is in the same building, but is a credit. I was with my wife and so we had "20 EUR" credit daily. My problem was to use it early - if you spend any, you must spend the whole quantity, it cannot be spread over multiple aggregate times. So the voucher is not flexible or useable. Good location, but some aggravations made this a place I would not stay at again. Purely a play to Gen Z.

Rigtig fint koncept og fin lejlighed. God plads til to personer. Køkkenet manglede bestik. Lejligheden var lidt beskidt - lister var dækket af støv og skidt. Trappen var beskidt. Overflader var ikke tørret af og der virkede beskidt på hemsen, så benyttede kun stuen.

It’s a loft style flat in a converted building. Very convenient for the centre. Beautifully decorated and reasonably well equipped. Very clean. We liked it a lot. Downsides were it’s quite loud as on the main road and hard to make it dark given the huge windows. It was good for us for two nights.

Affordable, amazing amenities, and a great location! So many high quality freebies in the room, and a beautiful view of the church next door right from the window. It really feels like they care about the guest experience, despite not having on site staff. Could not recommend more if you want to explore Tartu!

If street noise does not bother then very very nice, clean and fun appartement. Think good choice for families because more than 2 sleeps possible. Very nice appartement, but lousy windows and the street is very busy all night which means there is pretty much noise. Also large windows and no air conditioner means in summer wether +30C+ or if to open windows it would be very noisy.

Ha sido todo fantástico. Ubicación, decoración del apartamento, complementos de baño… quizá falta una indicación de la altura en la cama del altillo. El techo es bastante bajo y algún cabezazo nos hemos dadi.

loft lodging in a modern building, just a short walk from the old town centre. cafes and eateries were steps away from the quiet apartment. people, especially the younger ones, would like the sleeping area tucked away in the loft. the apartment we were in was nicely heated for winter time, though it seemed that occupants would have to make do with fans in summer - no air con.

This is a very small studio apartment which can be rather stuffy in warm weather. The fan in the room wasn’t used as it made an annoying clicking sound. It is in a great area not far from the river, the Town Hall Square and there are lots of eating places.

Sehr nettes Hotel am Rande der Innenstadt. Ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig zum Rathausplatz. Hotel ist modern und der SB check-in relativ problemlos. Das Bad, besonders die Duschecke, ist sehr klein. Der Kühlschrank in neinem Zimmer auch extrem laut und die Mattratze viel zu weich und gibt NULL Support.

The space was perfect, lots of room and plenty of utensils/etc.. in the kitchen. The coffee maker was incredible and well stocked. Bed was comfy and could not hear noise. The communications that I received before I ever got to the hotel were clear and very informative. The room was incredibly comfortable and very well maintained. Even though the building does not have an in-house reception I was able to get help for an issue I was having within a couple of minutes. Overall it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time and definitely the best I've had on this 6 country, 12 city tour.

Affordable, amazing amenities, and a great location! So many high quality freebies in the room, and a beautiful view of the church next door right from the window. It really feels like they care about the guest experience, despite not having on site staff. Could not recommend more if you want to explore Tartu!

loft lodging in a modern building, just a short walk from the old town centre. cafes and eateries were steps away from the quiet apartment. people, especially the younger ones, would like the sleeping area tucked away in the loft. the apartment we were in was nicely heated for winter time, though it seemed that occupants would have to make do with fans in summer - no air con.

This is a very small studio apartment which can be rather stuffy in warm weather. The fan in the room wasn’t used as it made an annoying clicking sound. It is in a great area not far from the river, the Town Hall Square and there are lots of eating places.

Sehr nettes Hotel am Rande der Innenstadt. Ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig zum Rathausplatz. Hotel ist modern und der SB check-in relativ problemlos. Das Bad, besonders die Duschecke, ist sehr klein. Der Kühlschrank in neinem Zimmer auch extrem laut und die Mattratze viel zu weich und gibt NULL Support.

It’s a loft style flat in a converted building. Very convenient for the centre. Beautifully decorated and reasonably well equipped. Very clean. We liked it a lot. Downsides were it’s quite loud as on the main road and hard to make it dark given the huge windows. It was good for us for two nights.

Nice little, comfy and modern apartment with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Close to all services, restaurants and features. Look at the possibility of installing an AC but fans were available and this was OK. Superb communication with the owner who was very helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage in the flat after check out. Breakfast was available if needed. Definitely recommend.

Bob W. is in love with its own image. If they would only spend as much time and effort improving the product as they do marketing it, it would be at the right value. Critiques: 1. Yes it is a loft -the bed area is made for 5'5" humans. 2. TV is connected to no network or feed services. 3. Breakfast is in the same building, but is a credit. I was with my wife and so we had "20 EUR" credit daily. My problem was to use it early - if you spend any, you must spend the whole quantity, it cannot be spread over multiple aggregate times. So the voucher is not flexible or useable. Good location, but some aggravations made this a place I would not stay at again. Purely a play to Gen Z.

Beautiful well-equipped apartment in a perfect location. The only thing I found frustrating was the endless messages from the property. Especially the ones telling me to check in when I already had. Wasted a lot of my time.

Many texts/emails, pre-registration and then youvare told you will ”receive access details. They never come, you have login to your account which is a little confusing. The apt is well furnished and quite stylish. Loft for sleeping was too warm - there is a fan but no airco - wouldn’t choose this at height of summer. Lot of dust under the bed so cleaning not great

Extremely uncomfortable check-in, you have to list even the kids. Unlogical numbers of the rooms - the room number 107 is on 4th floor, not on first, not on 10th. Tha rooms are not small but tiny. I understand the budget accomodation but it was really too tiny. You pay for late check-out and hope to stay your last hour in peace but meanwhile the cleaner wants to clean your room.
