An absolute gem . A warm welcome on arrival and completely exceeded our expectations from the start, the pictures with Cottages.com do not do it justice a spectacular warm and cosy incredibly well furnished property.I can see why so many guests have returned and we shall too hopefully get to try out that Aga thanks again for having us

The most beautiful cottage, decorated and furnished to the highest standard with so many thoughtful touches. The welcome basket was second to none and everything you could want in terms of equipment provided for. Located in a very quiet, very pretty village with plenty of places of interest ( Raby Castle, Barnard Castle, Bishop Auckland, Darlington) within easy reach. It was easy to walk our little dog in the village itself. A lovely stay!
