We had a wonderful stay at Catalina Hotel in Ubatuba! The amenities are fantastic, including the pool, hot tub, and rooftop area. There's a portion of the beach which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel where hotel staff provide chairs, tables, and drinks. There is also a shuttle service to and from the beach. Would highly recommend staying here, if you're looking for a quiet, safe, and well kept hotel with plenty of amenities!

Beautiful, sparkling clean hotel with a spectacular view of the beach below. Customer service was exceptional with very friendly and helpful staff. A perfect place to relax in and enjoy the pool and also a great location to explore the beautiful beaches around the Ubatuba region. Idyllic

Hotel com ótimas instalações. A piscina de borda infinita com incrivel vista para o mar é inigualável e relaxante. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi impecável na pró-atividade , cortesia e simpatia. A comida e bebida são muito saborosas. Enfim, a experiência foi excepcional.

O hotel fica na encosta e uma bela vista para a praia da enseada. No local ficava um hotel antigo que foi totalmente reformado, abriu há poucos meses. Tem quartos confortáveis com vista mar (inclusive o banheiro do quarto em que fiquei), café da manhã muito, restaurante ótimo servindo almoço, jantar, drinks na piscina, conta também com serviço na praia com cadeira, guarda-sol e drinks (em breve petiscos também), que fica próximo do canto esquerdo da praia, mais tranquilo e familiar. Como não aceita crianças pequenas, é um hotel delicioso para casais. O acesso à praia não é ideal para o padrão do hotel, embora seja um caminho relativamente curto.

Hotel simplesmente maravilhoso. Arrisco dizer que foi o melhor que já fiquei em Ubatuba. Uma estrutura perfeita, com quartos amplos e confortáveis. Uma vista cinematográfica para a praia da Enseada.Todos os quartos possuem vista privilegiada. A piscina é aquecida e a vista é de tirar o fôlego O hotel respeita todas as normas de acessibilidade, possui elevadores e rampa dando acesso para todos os ambientes do hotel com tranquilidade. Para acessar a praia o melhor é ir de carro mesmo, mas isso não tira o brilho e o valor do hotel. O hotel conta com um bar na praia, e no local a água é tranquila e muito limpa, parece uma piscina, perfeito para quer tranquilidade e privacidade. A equipe é muito solicita, simpática, bem preparada e competente. É perceptível que se preocupam com o bem estar dos hóspedes, de forma genuína. Com relação a gastronomia é muito bom, café da manhã completo, tem até pudim no café da manhã. Como sugestão colocaria mais opções de porções no cardápio. Dica se você estiver em 3 adultos pegar o quarto com 2 camas queen, acomoda melhor. Já indiquei para amigos e familiares e voltarei, sem dúvida, será meu hotel em Ubatuba a partir de agora. We loved everything about this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful, and the view from the pool is just amazing. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away — and since it’s a bit steep, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service. At the beach, you’ll find sun loungers and a small hotel bar where you can order food and drinks. The restaurant at the hotel is also highly recommended — we had two excellent dinners there, and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared. We can highly recommend this hotel and especially the wonderful staff!

O hotel é bonito e confortável, quartos confortáveis e uma vista linda do mar. A equipe do hotel é bem simpática e educada. O único pondo que precisa melhorar é a estrutura da praia que além de abrir só as 10h toda alimentação vem do hotel transportada e as vezes demora muito.

Foi uma estadia boa. O prédio é novo, então ainda precisa de mais decoração para ter personalidade e aconchego. Faltam alguns ajustes de acabamento. Tem tudo para ficar um hotel excelente!

Fantastic beach, very quiet with warm water. Room well appointed and the jacuzzi was a plus. Restaurant is decent without being spectacular. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff very friendly. Only negative was normal requests for things like room service seemed to be considered unusual.

The hotel is rather lovely. Great spacious room. We had the best eve r dinner at the restaurant BUT there is a massive bit coming up…. The hotel didn’t tell us about the huge and exceptionally noisy environment due to extensive building work. It is utterly noisy and v uncomfortable. We had to leave the hotel For the day in order to relax and enjoy. Totally unfair. We approached the reception team and they literally lied to be by saying it was just a last minute problem. They all Lied to our faces. Shame on you Expedia for not looking after us your customers and failing to advise and give us the chance to book another hotel. This hotel Was and is v expensive and yet we hate it due to the building work. Stay away until the work is completed or demand a discount. It is unfair that we pay for a service which is not being fully provided. For the team at Expedia, I expect more from you Considering the huge amount of bookings I have made the past few months. You were supposed to take care of us all customers and those who were supposed to enjoy the Platinum status. This is not the case. I am embarrassed on your and the hotel behalf.

Fantastic beach, very quiet with warm water. Room well appointed and the jacuzzi was a plus. Restaurant is decent without being spectacular. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff very friendly. Only negative was normal requests for things like room service seemed to be considered unusual.

The man who helped us check in, was extremely hospitable, sharing with us great information on the area, and also some needed supplies that we did not have for charging our phones. We were stranded in this area and couldn’t get back to our home, but we had a very hospitable time in this posada.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful, and the view from the pool is just amazing. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away — and since it’s a bit steep, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service. At the beach, you’ll find sun loungers and a small hotel bar where you can order food and drinks. The restaurant at the hotel is also highly recommended — we had two excellent dinners there, and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared. We can highly recommend this hotel and especially the wonderful staff!

O hotel fica na encosta e uma bela vista para a praia da enseada. No local ficava um hotel antigo que foi totalmente reformado, abriu há poucos meses. Tem quartos confortáveis com vista mar (inclusive o banheiro do quarto em que fiquei), café da manhã muito, restaurante ótimo servindo almoço, jantar, drinks na piscina, conta também com serviço na praia com cadeira, guarda-sol e drinks (em breve petiscos também), que fica próximo do canto esquerdo da praia, mais tranquilo e familiar. Como não aceita crianças pequenas, é um hotel delicioso para casais. O acesso à praia não é ideal para o padrão do hotel, embora seja um caminho relativamente curto.
